Abstract

Making training activities based interactive multimedia instructional media for learning innovations for primary school teachers of Islam az-zahra palembang with Camtasia is an activity at the request of the Islamic Primary School Zahra Palembang, through the Head of School for the training was held. This activity aims to share knowledge to teachers in terms of making media-based teaching animation with Camtasia program. Besides the goal is held in order to attract and increase student interest in learning and understanding the material. This training is followed by approximately ± 30 participants were taught in elementary school. Thank God, this training can be run in accordance with the expectations, it can be seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in the training. From the observation and discussion directly during training, it appears that the participants were very pleased training, because in accordance with the opinion of some participants that the use of this method is a very interesting and they are sure to be able to increase student interest. During the training activities, participants easily and can be training because it is supported by the module are clear and detailed, so that participants can easily try and create teaching materials with Camtasia animation program. Abstract

Crowdfunding is a concept that emerged due to difficulties in raising funds for community business projects, social activities, micro-enterprises, and start-ups conventionally. Crowdfunding uses internet technology as a bridge between the donor and the recipient of funds so that it can reach a wider range of donors. This study aims to compare the performance of machine learning approaches in predicting crowdfunding campaign success. Three machine learning algorithms were employed to predict crowdfunding campaign success, namely logistic regression, random forest, and extreme gradient boosting (XGBoost). The dataset used in this study contains data about all projects posted on Kickstarter from January 2020 to September 2022. To improve the prediction model's performance, experiments using principal component analysis (PCA) feature reduction and log transformation were conducted. The results show that the implementation of log transformation on the dataset can increase the prediction model's performance. Meanwhile, XGBoost algorithm performs better than linear regression and random forest.

Abstract

Kegiatan pelaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan Peningkatan Pengetahuan Teknologi Informasi Untuk Masyakarat di Kelurahan Mariana Ilir Kecamatan Banyuasin Ilir, Kabuaten Banyuasin Sumatra Selatan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan agenda dan jadwal, yang sudah disepakati antara tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dan tim dari kelurahan, dalam hal ini diwakilkan oleh kepala dan sekretaris lurah. Dari hasil evaluasi selama pelaksanaan kegiatan, didapat bahwa sangat tinggi antusias peserta dalam menerima apa yang disampaikan oleh narasumber. Selain itu, hasil kumunikasi dengan tim kelurahan sungai pinang, diharapkan ada pelatihan lanjut dari tim pengabdian masyarakat untuk tahun 2023. Sehingga ada keberlanjutan kegiatan. Berdasarakan hasil wawancara dan observasi tim dengan peserta maka tingkat keberhasailan pada kegiatan ini sekitar 75%. Metode kegiatan yaitu pendampingan, penyuluhan dan demostrasi aplikasi TIK. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah staf keluraha berjumlah lebih dari 6 orang dan 24 orang perwakilan dari masyarakat desa. Perwakilan desa terdiri dari karang taruna, RT, RW dan masyarakat.
