Abstract

Nia Indriasari; This study aims to determined the relationship between the development of employees with performance at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch. The method used in this study are: qualitative and quantitative analysis using the average distribution analysis, and the Spearman rank correlation test hypotheses. From the calculation of the correlation coefficient, calculated value = 0.91 means the variable relationship with employee performance development at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch is very strong. Hypothesis tests obtained t value greater than t table is t value = 18.73 whereas t table = 2.003, meaning that if there is a significant relationship between the development of the performance of employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk . Bengkulu branch. Employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch has an interest  in any development training held by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch, employees at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Branch has a high creativity in carrying out the tasks given by PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk. Bengkulu branch so that the creativity that is owned by the employee, the employee is able to improve the quality of work from time to time which can improve the performance of PT. Abstract

Siti Hanila, Nia Indriasari; The purpose of this study is to determine the factors of completeness of products and services have an effect on buying decision in shopping at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. The population in this study is all consumers who happened to visit and buy in Zan Mart. Sampling using random sampling technique that amounted to 100 people. From the calculation results simultaneously obtained Fcount of 48.499 while Ftable 3.09 Ho thus rejected and Ha accepted simultaneous means of completeness of products and services have a significant effect on buying decision at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Partially obtained by tcount X1 = 13,9481 and tcount X2 = 7,8455 and ttable 1,98 means Ho is rejected, so partially completeness of product and service have significant effect to buying decision. The conclusion of the research results that there is influence of completeness of products and services to the decision to buy at Zan Mart in South Bengkulu Regency. Effect simultaneously equal to 51,2% and partially influence of variable X1 = 66,5% and variable X2 = 38,6%. Suggestions that can be given is the Zan Mart should pay attention to the completeness of the product and offered so that consumers will feel satisfied. Regarding the service, should be more attention especially the element of speed, accuracy, security, friendliness, and comfort because service variables have a big enough influence in the decision to buy on Zan MartKey Words: Completeness Of Product, Service And Buying Decision.

Abstract

Study aims to determine the dominant factors affecting the employees’ performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The most dominant factor / the highest affects the employees’ performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is the quality factor of employment the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the total value of the respondent's perception 884 with agreed criteria.The average of the respondents' answers to the overall factor is 862.86 in the agreed criteria, meaning that the average respondent agrees that the overall factor proposed can affect the employees performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province. The lowest factor affects the employees’ performance in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province is an innovation factor of the employees in the division of water resources at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang of Bengkulu Province with the number of values from the perception of respondents 829 with the criteria agreed.Key Words: Quality of work, quantity of work, job knowledge, teamwork, creativity, innovation, initiative

Abstract

The concept of tourism today is divided into two, namely conventional tourism and halal tourism. Halal Tourism is a form of cultural-based tourism that promotes the values ​​and norms of Islamic Sharia as its basic foundation. In this digital age millennials access all information through cyberspace. So as to be able to spread information and capture market share in tourism we can utilize electronic marketing or e-marketing. E-marketing or electronic marketing refers to the application of marketing principles and techniques through electronic media and more specifically the internet. E-commerce is a sales system that developed after the discovery of the Internet. This marketing system can be felt to reach the entire world simultaneously without the need for representative branches in all countries. Besides marketing like this can be done 24 hours without stopping in marketing the products. Bengkulu Province Tourism Office data recorded the number of domestic and foreign tourist arrivals in 2018 of 662,766 visits, 798 visits came from foreign tourists (tourists). In 2019, it is targeted to increase the number of domestic tourist visits to reach 394,265–420,025 and tourists to reach 3,972–4,995 visits. With the target of increasing tourist arrivals in Bengkulu, the local government must be more vigorous in terms of tourism promotion in Bengkulu Province. Bengkulu Province which began to face the challenges of tourism was felt to be able to start introducing Halal Tourism as a new Brand in its tourism activities. The difference of this research with the previous one is the independent variable Halal Tourism (X1) by using dimensions: Halal Destination, Halal Public Facilities, Halal Lifestyle, Halal Food in Bengkulu Province. This study uses intervening variables E-Commerce Social Media (Y) which uses dimensions: Context, Communications, Collaboration, Connection to determine the effect on the dependent variable of tourist visits (Z) in Bengkulu Province. This research uses qualitative analysis.The type of data collected in this paper is primary data carried out by distributing questionnaires in the field to get a clear picture of the potential of Halal Tourism using E-Commerce Social Media to increase tourism visits in Bengkulu Province. . The number of samples taken was 150 respondents who met the criteria set by the researcher. The results of the study stated that Halal Tourism (X1) has a significant influence on the variable E-Commerce Social Media (Y). independent variable Halal Tourism (X1) and intervening E-Commerce Social Media (Y) have a significant and partial significant effect on the tourist visit variable (Z). By using the sobel test, the results are obtained that the intervening coefficient has a significant influence on the variable Halal Tourism (X1) on the variable Tourist Visits. Conclusions obtained by researchers that the Government of Bengkulu Province began to be able to introduce halal products in Bengkulu Province, improve existing facilities to make it more Islamic, introduce the Tabot festival which is a traditional warning greeting containing Islamic elements, build sharia hospitality , multiply information about halal food in Bengkulu Province. Such information can be disseminated on the Bengkulu government's tourism website, tourism agency social media accounts, travel agents in Bengkulu Province and outside Bengkulu Province in order to attract local and foreign tourists.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency. The sample in this study were 30 teachers who teach at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency. Collecting data using a questionnaire and the analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis,determination test and hypothesis testing.Based on the results of the study, it shows a simple linear regression equation,namely Y = 16.211 + 0.624X with a positive regression direction meaning that if the principal's leadership style increases, the performance of teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency will also increase. The principal's leadership style has a significant effect on teacher performance at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency, because the significant value of 0.001 is smaller than 0.05. This means that the higher the leadership style of the Principal at Madrasah Aliyah Suka Negeri, South Bengkulu Regency, the teacher's performance will also increase. The coefficient of determination of R square is 0.352. This means that the principal's leadership style has an influence on teacher performance by 35.2% while the rest (100-35.2% = 64.8%) is influenced by other causal factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

Counter Ervin Cell Bengkulu Selatan is a shop that is engaged in selling Smartphones, selling cards and credits for all operators and serving Hardware, Software and Smartphone Accessories services "and is one of the businesses that prioritizes service to its customers.This type of research uses quantitative research. The method of analysis in this study uses Validity test, Reality test, Calsik Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Coefficient of Determination and hypothesis testing using t test. The number of samples studied was 96 96 questionnaires to buyers of goods at the Ervin cell counter.The results of the multiple linear regression analysis are Y = 7.639 + 0.265 X1 + 0.351 X2 + 0.232 X3, this describes a positive regression direction, meaning that the variables of customer quality (X1) and service quality (X2) and product quality (X3) have a positive influence. on customer loyalty (Y) at the Ervin cell Manna Bengkulu Selatan counter. The value of the coefficient of determination from the results of calculations using SPSS can be seen that the value of the coefficient of determination from R square is 0.617. This means that the value of customer quality (X1) and the value of service quality (X2) and product quality (X3) affect customer loyalty (Y) by 61.7% while the remaining 29.3% is influenced by other variables not examined in the study this.
