Abstract

This study focuses on self-concept, years of service, and educational background that affect the work motivation of the head of RA Pekanbaru City. The hypothesis proposed is that there is an influence between self-concept, years of service, and educational background on the work motivation of the Head of The Raudhatul Athfal City of Pekanbaru. The subjects of this study were 27 RA Heads of Pekanbaru City. The data analysis technique is correlation analysis in the SPSS for Windows program. The results of the study between self-concept, years of service and educational background influence the work motivation of RA heads, expressed in the results of the study with an R Square value of 28% (0.282), higher than the value of σ = 5% and an F value of 6.913 above the value 10% showing no symptoms of multicollinearity. This study states that self-concept, years of service, and educational background have a significant effect on the work motivation of the head of the RA City of Pekanbaru. The effect of self-concept, years of service, and educational background on work motivation show a significance value (Sig.) Of 0.010 with a value of σ (significant degree) 0.05, meaning 0.01 <0.05; meaning is that there is a significant influence between the influence of self-concept, years of service and educational background on the work motivation of RA Kota Pekanbaru head

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the internalization of Actual Moral values ​​through Fitrah Based Education (FBD) for Grade 1 Students of SDIT Tahfizh Al-Fatih Pekanbaru. This research uses a case study method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the education carried out by SDIT Tahfiz Al-Fatih, especially in instilling moral values ​​for students, refers to the concept of FBE (Fitrah Based Education). The fitrahs are 1. Faithfulness, 2. Physical (Physical and healthy) nature, 3. Developmental nature, 4. Learning and Reasoning nature, 5. Sexuality and Love nature, 6. Aesthetic and Language Nature, 7. Talent and nature Leadership, 8. Nature of Individuality and Sociality. Fitrah Based Education (FBE) aims to enable educators and parents to educate their children according to their nature. Included in instilling actual moral values ​​in children starting from grade 1. In addition, PStrengthening the internalization of Actual Moral values ​​applied at SDIT Tahfiz Al-Fatih can also be seen from several school programs, including congregational prayer, the Al-Qur'an program using the ummi method, Tahsin, Muroja'ah, and other extracurricular programs such as pildacil, muhaarah, Art, Fun English and Arabic and so on.

Abstract

The introduction of worship to children at an early age must be done with love, fun and without elements of coercion. Guidance and habituation of worship starts from the family by both parents and is continued to school in a professionally programmed manner. Worship that is instilled in children from an early age of course begins with simple materials such as prayer, fasting, zakat, hajj and umrah, habituation of daily prayers and so on. The location of this community service is carried out at Harapan Bunda Kindergarten, Pulang Padang Village, Singingi District, Kab. Kuantan Singingi. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, an effort is needed to overcome the problem of limited online and face-to-face learning in providing Worship Practice Assistance for Early Childhood. Where, the role of teachers and parents is very influential in helping facilitate children's learning activities as well as providing motivation and reinforcement to children in learning and worship. The results of this community service include: (1) There is an increase in knowledge and understanding of participants about the procedures for carrying out worship practices for Early Childhood. (2) All participants have understood the procedures for practicing Worship for Early Childhood, including: procedures for ablution, prayer and reading, hajj and umrah. (3) Increased insight to early childhood education teachers related to mentoring worship practices in order to develop Spiritual aspects of early childhood starting from the introduction of Worship Materials and the Demonstration stage starting from planning, implementing and evaluating.

Abstract

Today, more and more cases of sexual abuse of children. Sexual harassment can result in typical post-traumatic psychological symptoms. There are so many psychological impacts on child victims of rape, it is necessary to provide healing, one of which is sex education. Sex education is intended so that children can understand the condition of their own bodies and bodies of the opposite sex, and are able to teach children to be able to avoid sexual violence. One of the effective methods used in early childhood sex education is the pretend play method. The result of this activity is a change in understanding about the importance of sex education in early childhood, as well as new skills in methods for sex education in early childhood.

Abstract

Inclusive education is a central issue in global education reform. An element of education is the teacher. The complex role of teachers makes them vulnerable to burnout. This condition requires good emotional regulation and emotional intelligence to facilitate mindful teaching. This study aims to explore how emotion regulation and emotional intelligence can predict teachers' ability to conduct mindfulness teaching. The research method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The number of research samples consisted of 67 inclusive PAUD teachers, selected using a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria that teachers teach in inclusive PAUD and have a minimum of one year of teaching experience. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple regression. The results showed that emotional intelligence and emotion regulation together had a significant effect on Mindful Teaching in Inclusive PAUD teachers. The research findings indicate that 58.3% of the variance in mindful teaching was influenced by emotion regulation and emotional intelligence. Emotion regulation and emotional intelligence play a significant role in predicting mindful teaching. Keywords: mindful teaching, emotion regulation, emotional intelligence, inclusive PAUD
