Abstract

ABSTRACT The character of integrity is one of the main character values in the Movement for Strengthening Character Education launched by the Ministry of Education and Culture in 2016. The character values in question include religious, nationalist, mutual cooperation, independence and integrity. These character values need to be instilled from childhood. Likewise, the character of integrity can be formed through formal education in elementary schools, one of which is through literacy programs. Elementary school level children have the characteristics of high curiosity and understand concrete things better than abstract. So that the literacy program that is applied must be interesting and fun. The literacy program has developed dynamically, which was initially only defined as the ability to read and write, then developed with the ability to think critically and speak spoken language. One form of literacy in schools is through the School Literacy Movement. One form of literacy at school is through the habit of reading books other than textbooks for 15 minutes before the lesson begins. Books that contain exemplary stories can shape children's morals. In addition, the provision of training from the teacher can train children's honesty. Giving assignments also trains children's responsibilities. It is hoped that through the literacy program, children's integrity character is formed, including honesty, love for the truth, loyalty, moral commitment, anti-corruption, justice, responsibility, example, respecting individual differences. This article discusses the autopsi (tasyri>h} al Jatsts\at) in the perspective Islamic law. In this modern era, autopsies are an alternative choice for the medical and police to resolve a criminal case. So there needs to be a discussion regarding how the scholars of jurisprudence punish the autopsy. This study uses a qualitative research type with a literature review approach. Through this literature review, it was found that there were ikhtilaf from fiqh scholars in judging autopsies. However, some other scholars allow forensic autopsies on the grounds of realizing the benefit of the ummah (mashalih mursalah). Tasyri>h} al Jatstsat or autopsies are allowed if they have aclear and good purpose, such as for educational purposes (anatomical autopsies), for scientific purposes (clinical autopsies), and for justice (forensic autopsies). Anatomical autopsies are needed by medical or other health students in order to study anatomy or parts of the human body. A clinical autopsy is needed by a doctor to observe a case of a disease suffered by a patient who dies for the development of medical science. And a forensic autopsy is needed to help law enforcement officers or the police to determine the cause of someone's death that involves a crime. Dissection of forensic corpses is allowed to establish the law fairly as stated in (QS. An-Nisa [4]: 58) that we as Muslims are encouraged to set the law between humans fairly. An autopsy is not justified by religious law if there is no emergency cause, does not cause benefit and is not accompanied by permission from the heirs.

Abstract

The development of the times marked by the flow of globalization has also changed the human mindset. If in the past women were considered the second sex and only took part in the domestic sector, now there are many women who play a role equal to the position of men, for example with many women who are involved in the public sector, therefore the phenomenon of double burden or double burden. often afflicts women. This study aims to explore the double burden of female workers in the "Dua Putra" cracker home industry and viewed from the perspective of Islamic law. This research is a type of qualitative research with a phenomenological descriptive approach that examines the phenomenon of double burden in Lajolor Singgahan village, Tuban. The informants are 7 women working in the home industry of "Dua Putra " crackers. The results show that there are several reasons that motivate women to work in the informal sector such as the " duaputra " cracker home industry, including to improve the economy and family welfare, and to fill spare time for productive activities so that they can increase family income even though it is enough. Islam as a religion of rahmatanlil 'aalamiin punishes women to work with 3 laws, namely allowed, forbidden and obligatory. Each law applies to women depending on the accompanying conditions.
