Abstract

The purpose of this research is not only aimed to know the service quality but also to know the supporting and inhibiting factors of the public service in Prona. This research used qualitative research type which is choosen by certain sample who had knowledge about Prona Service Quality. The research result showed that 1) if the required file was completed then the certificate could be quickly resolved 2) the service flow could be said “good” 3) the employee had not done the best in their work 4) PRONA activites will be completed within one budget a year 5) public enthusiasm in enrolling their land by Prona 6) the less of surveyor staff become the most inhibiting factor of Prona service. Keywords: Quality, service, PRONA

Abstract

: The purpose of this research is to find out how the implementation and obstacles of the anti-corruption village program in Pakatto Village, Bontomarannu District, Gowa Regency. The theory used in this study is the program implementation theory according to Charles O. Jones which mentions three basic activities, namely organization, interpretation, and application. The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The results of the study show that the implementation of the anti-corruption village program in Pakatto village initiated by the Corruption Eradication Commission in its implementation has been good. Judging from the structural organization and integrity of human resources, it has run optimally. From the aspect of interpretation, the program implementers have understood the goals and guidelines of the village program. In the implementation aspect, it was found that the realization of the implementation of the village work program went smoothly by holding a coffee morning activity with a Focus Group Discussion scheme and the existence of an Independent Digital Platform connected to the Website. Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the Implementation of the School Mover Program in Improving the Quality of Independent Learning Education at UPT SD Negeri 114 Pinrang Regency. The type of research that uses a qualitative method with a descriptive research type, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation, The results of the study indicate that the communication process in the implementation of the school mover program policy at UPT SD Negeri 114 Pinrang Regency has been effective where communication can be in formal form through official letters and face-to-face meetings. In addition, the availability of resources, namely educators, physical facilities, and technology, have been well managed to support the School Mover and Independent Learning Programs. Implementer disposition Support from the principal, teacher adaptation to innovative methods, and positive student responses to interactive and collaborative learning. The bureaucratic structure plays a role in supporting the implementation of the School Mover Program through technical guidance, training, funding, and monitoring and evaluation.
