Abstract

Pondok pesantren Nurul Haramain Narmada merupakan salah satu pesantren di Lombok yang telah membangun peradaban umat melalui dakwah lingkungan hidup. Dakwah berbasis lingkungan hidup ini sekaligus sebagai reaktualisasi dari ajaran Islam yang diwariskan, seiring dengan kompleksitasnya permasalahan lingkungan hidup dan berbagai masalah sosial. Adapun tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui implementasi dakwah berbasis lingkungan hidup di Ponpes Nurul Haramain Narmada Lombok Barat dalam rangka mewujudkan masyarakat sadar lingkungan. Kajian ini merupakan studi kasus yang menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif, data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi serta dokumentasi. Analisis yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Secara implementatif dakwah berbasis lingkungan hidup di Ponpes Nurul Haramain dilakukan melalui dakwah persuasif dalam bentuk dakwah bi al-Lisan, dakwah bi al-Qalam dan dakwah bi al-Hal.Selanjutnya Ponpes Nurul Haramain melakukan transformasi melalui dakwah dialogis atau interaktif dalam berbagai kegiatan ilmiah misalnya, seminar, Focus Group Discussion (FGD), loka karya dan pelatihan, semua ini merupakan media yang terus dimanfaatkan oleh pondok pesantren dalam menyampaikan pesan-pesan moral keagamaan terkait dengan lingkungan hidup. Sedangkan dakwah partisipatif yang diurai dalam bentuk: (1) kebijakan pondok pesantren dalam mewujudkan lingkungan bersih, membuat tungku pembakaran sampah, dan gerakan peduli lingkungan internal pesantren maupun eksternal pesantren. (2) Penanaman pohon dan penghijauan. (3) Konservasi lahan krisis. (4) Gerakan Pohon Gratis.

Abstract

Sorong serah aji krama is one of the processions in the marriage custom of the Sasak people in Padamara Village, East Lombok, which is still preserved today. This study aims to explain the implementation and meaning of Islam in the sorong handover aji krama procession. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to the perspective of symbolic interaction through a case study research design. The results of this study revealed that there are Islamic meanings in sorong serah aji krama such as being a leader, close relations between religion and customs, husband's responsibility, affection and courtesy. The symbols in this procession are also seen in its implementation, each part reflecting self-awareness and the role of the family as heirs of values. This tradition also displays a close relationship between culture and religious teachings for the Sasak people in West Nusa Tenggara. This research has implications for the internalization of Islamic values in culture. thus strengthening the relation between religion and culture in the theological and sociological scope.Sorong serah aji krama merupakan salah satu prosesi yang ada dalam adat pernikahan masyarakat suku Sasak di Desa Padamara Lombok Timur yang masih dilestarikan sampai saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan tentang cara pelaksanaan dan pemaknaan secara Islam pada prosesi sorong serah aji krama. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif perspektif interaksi simbolik melalui desain penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian ini terungkap bahwa terdapat makna secara Islam dalam sorong serah aji krama seperti menjadi pemimpin, hubungan erat agama dan adat, tanggung jawab suami, kasih sayang serta sopan santun. Simbol yang ada dalam prosesi ini juga terlihat dalam pelaksanaannya, setiap bagian mencerminkan adanya kesadaran diri dan peran keluarga sebagai pewaris nilai. Tradisi ini pula menampilkan keterkaitan yang erat antara budaya dan ajaran agama bagi masyarakat Sasak di Nusa Tenggara Barat. Penelitian ini berimplikasi terhadap internalisasi nilai-nilai Islam dalam budaya. sehingga memperkuat relasi agama dan budaya dalam lingkup teologis dan sosiologis.

Abstract

The tradition of Topat War is one of Lombok's very valuable cultural assets that is held annually. Not only that this tradition have deep meaning to people in Lombok, it is also Topat Warevidence of the Lombok people's spirit to the preserve their culture.. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the process of implementing the values of local wisdom in the tradition of Topat War in Lingsar and the implementation of intercultural communication in the tradition of Topat War. In this study, a descriptive-qualitative method is applied to analyze data obtained through interviews, observations and documentation.. Findings reveal that the process of implementing the values of local wisdom in the Topat War tradition is carried out in several stages which include preparation, preliminary ceremonies and the peak of the Topat War event which coincides with the Sasak Calendar, where activities begin in the morning, ending with the Beteteh ceremony which is the closing of the whole series of events. The values of local wisdom contained in the Topat War tradition, including the value of togetherness, the value of tolerance and religious values. The implementation of intercultural communication in the Topat War tradition is done through group communication both verbally and nonverbally. Forms of verbal communication are manifested in the form of deliberation and interpersonal communication while non-verbal communication is manifested in forms such as dance, performance, prayer and throwing each other topats. This intercultural communication serves as a binding mechanism among all parties involved in the Topat War tradition. Keywords:  Intercultural Communication, Local Wisdom Values, and Perang Topat.

Abstract

This article discusses Islamic da'wa, social identity and violence against Ahmadiyya community in Lombok. This article is field research using qualitative methods and a case study approach. To analyze this phenomenon, this article uses social identity theory. It highlights how individuals develop and understand their identity in relation to specific social groups. The stigma and identity of Ahmadis as a group considered heretical by mainstream Muslims means that they are often victims of violence. Since post-reform until now, the Ahmadiyya community has experienced displacement from their hometowns, such as the violence in Pancor East Lombok in 2002, and Ketapang Gerung Village, Lingsar District, West Lombok in 2006 and 2010, and finally in Sakra East Lombok 2021. The results of this study revealed that: First, violence against Ahmadiyya in Lombok was caused by conservative Islamic proselytizing patterns. Although in fact Islamic groups in Lombok are moderate. Second, strengthening the social identity distinction between the Aswaja and Ahmadiyya groups in social relations. Thus, Ahmadis become a minor identity victimized, so they do not get freedom in the public sphere, even isolated by mainstream Islamic groups.

Abstract

One of the traditions that is often carried out by the residents of Bengkel Village until now is the Bejango tradition which is carried out after the marriage ceremony which has the aim not only to strengthen the ties of friendship between the families of the groom and bride but also to maintain and realize the values ​​of social education contained in the tradition. The purpose of this study was to find out how the Bejango tradition is carried out, the values ​​of social education contained in the Bejango tradition and efforts to maintain the existence of the Bejango tradition in Bengkel Village. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method that analyzes the data findings with data obtained in the field. The data collection techniques used in this study were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the Bejango tradition is a form of friendship between the bride's family and the groom. The process of the Bejango tradition consists of three stages, the first stage is the preparation stage, the implementation stage and the closing stage, in this Bejango tradition there are social education values, namely deliberation, mutual cooperation, hard work, unity and togetherness. There are also efforts to maintain the Bejango tradition, namely through socialization, providing education and involving village officials and community leaders.

Abstract

Social media has become a phenomenon that affecting various aspects of people's lives, especially among teenagers. This article aims to analyse how social media life is perceived in today's social reality, especially in relation to the phenomenon of social media addiction. in looking at current social reality, especially related to the phenomenon of social media addiction in daily life. Social media addiction phenomenon in everyday life. The research uses the study method (library research) by collecting and analysing various sources such as books, scientific journals, articles, etc. Sources such as books, scientific journals, research articles, and other written documentation related to the topic of related to the topic of adolescent social change and social media. The results show that the use of social media and social change in society, especially teenagers, is very influential. Social change in society, especially teenagers, is very influential on the way they interact and share information in the era of digital technology. Teenagers' lives and social interactions are influenced by social media, as seen from the social changes that occur such as the transformation of communication patterns, communication social changes that occur such as the transformation of communication patterns, evolution of interactions, dynamics of fashion, changes in habits, mindsets, and increased consumerism. Consumerism. Social interaction in the real world has decreased because teenagers communicate more through social media, which can result in a more closed society. a more closed society. In conclusion, social media has changed various social and cultural structures of society with significant impacts, both positive and negative, in the lives of adolescents as well as the resulting social changes.
