Abstract

Ex-psychotic individuals encounter many difficulties in the process of socializing and returned to the environment, so that the necessary training skills before returning to the family and society. The purpose of this study was (1) To determine the effort to improve the social and economic independenceof individual ex-psychotic through vocational skills training in the Social Rehabilitation Unit Ex Psychotic Social Service of East Java Province, (2) To determine the effectiveness of vocational skills training to improve social and economic independence of the individual ex-psychotic The Social Rehabilitation Unit Ex Psychotic Social Service of East Java Province. Writing method using a case study approach to field studies (field research) combined with literature (library research). This community service is a descriptive research, data analysis using qualitative analysis with interactive model. The analyzed data is the data rate of socio-economic independence of individuals before and after the psychotic ex vocational skills training. This research with two activities that make the carpet of material raffia rope and wooden crafts. Potential outcomes include training in order to improve their socio-economic independence,product copyrighted works, a national scientific journals and strengthening the role of counselors and social services functions.

Abstract

Anak usia TK adalah anak yang sedang berada pada rentang usia 4-6 tahun,yang merupakan sosok individu yang sedang dalam proses perkembangan. Anakusia TK ini memiliki karakteristik dan kepribadian masing-masing serta yanglebih unik adalah anak memiliki dunianya sendiri. Adapun karakteristik anak usiaTK adalah kurang mandiri, pemalu, pendiam, penakut, bergantung pada orang tuadan guru, takut untuk salah. Penerapan token economy dirasa mampu dalammeningkatkan kemandirian siswa TK Kartika IV-21 Kota Madiun.Terkait dengan perilaku mandiri dapat dikatakan sebagai kemampuan untukmengendalikan dan mengatur pikiran, perasaan dan tindakan sendiri secara bebasserta berusaha sendiri untuk mengatasi perasaan-perasaan malu dan keraguraguan.Kemandirian biasanya ditandai dengan kemampuan menentukan nasibsendiri, kreatif dan inisiatif, mengatur tingkah laku, bertanggung jawab, mampumenahan diri, membuat keputusan sendiri, serta mampu mengatasi masalah tanpaada pengaruh dari orang lain. Hal inilah yang dapat digunakan menjadi alternatifyang relevan untuk menangani anak yang berperilaku kurang mandiri diantaranyadigunakan teknik token economy.Token economy dapat digunakan sebagai penguat yang dapat bertahan lama,ada beberapa keuntungan yang didapatkan dari token economies yaitu, Pertama,mereka dapat diberikan segera sesudah suatu perilaku yang diinginkan terjadi dandipertukarkan diwaktu mendatang dengan backup reinforcers.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif eksperimen. Berdasarkanpenelitian yang dilakukan di TK Kartika IV-21Kota Madiun diperoleh gambaranbahwa anak usia TK di TK Kartika IV-21Kota Madiun tersebut cenderungmenunjukkan perilaku kurang mandiri. Hal ini terlihat dari lembar observasikemandirian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dan juga berdasarkan wawancara yangdilakukan terhadap orang tua dan guru siswa.Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan sebanyak 3 kali yaitu mulaiBerdasarkan kegiatan observasi yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkatkemandirian anak TK Kartika IV-21 Kota Madiun masih rendah. Berangkat daridata tersebut peneliti melakukan perlakuan dengan menerapkan teknik tokeneconomy. Berdasarkan hasil observasi yang dilakukan peneliti seteah perlakuandiketahui bahwa kemandirian anak menjadi 41, 35% dan diketegorikan cukupmandiri. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa teknik token economy dapatmeningkatkan kemandirian anak TK kartika IV-21 Kota Madiun.

Abstract

Study aims to explain the application of guidebooks in minimizing concerns on speaking class students of English Teachers IKIP PGRI MADIUN. Methodology of writing using methods developed for the study, developed teaching materials. Based on observations at the Teachers IKIP PGRI MADIUN third semester students of English Education courses are approximately 70% of the students who this concern when performing exams speaking. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, documentation, and testing during learning process to determine the speaking abilities of students. Outcomes of this study is in the form of guide books, articles published in national online journals is not accredited and is also manifested in the scientific seminar national and international scale. According to the research, high criteria, quite, low before was low 4 student, quite 24 students, and one student in terms of high pretest. Researchers suggest that efforts should be made to help reduce the level of student concerns are still high is to optimize the service
