Abstract

Di masa pandemic balita menjadi salah satu kelompok yang rentan terjangkit virus covid-19. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan balita menjadi perhatian khusus dengan memperhatikan asupan gizi yang dikonsumsi balita. Posyandu desa Rambung Sialang dengan jumlah balita yang cukup banyak menjadi tugas para tenaga Kesehatan dan kader untuk mengetahui asupan gizi yang tepat pada balita di tengah pandemi. Dengan sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) maka rekomendasi asupan gizi balita dapat dilakukan. Memanfaatkan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) yang fleksibel dan sederhana agar dapat merespon kebutuhan pembuat keputusan dan respon Analisa yang cepat maka dapat diperoleh asupan gizi yang dibutuhkan balita. Dengan Kriteria dan bobot yang digunakan yaitu C1 = Menjaga Daya Tahan Tubuh (30%), C2 = Meningkatkan Imun (25%), C3 = Meningkatkan Mendukung Sistem Kekebalan Tubuh (10%). Lalu alternatif yang digunakan meliputi sayur, buah, dan juga suplemen yang dapat dikonsumsi balita. Dari 26 alternatif yang digunakan, maka hasil yang didapat adalah wortel dengan rangking tertinggi 0,61. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah keputusan dengan menggunakan metode. Penelitian ini menciptakan pilihan hasil dengan menggunakan metode SMART untuk mengetahui rekomendasi sumber asupan gizi balita pada masa pandemi yaitu wortel dengan hasil nilai 0,61.

Abstract

Areca palm has been widely planted by the people of the Asahan Regency. This plant is cultivated not only by the farmers, but also by many people living in this regency. Therefore, an expert system is needed to help villagers in detecting areca palm desease. In areca palm cultivation, pests and diseases attack always happen. The purpose of this research is to apply an expert system as a tool to diagnose and also provide advice for control. This expert system, in the form of a consultation scenario, can be done by answering every question (yes or no); all answers are compared to the areca palm plants needs based-on expert experience. The inference method used is forward chaining. The output of this system is the types of diseases, percentages, symptoms, definitions, treatment, and prevention. Abstract

Penerapan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dapat membantu sistem dalam menentukan hasil Musrenbang berdasarkan urutan prioritas tertinggi. Pada penelitian ini penerapan metode AHP untuk menentukan hasil akhir musrenbang melibatkan tiga parameter sebagai kriteria yaitu Bidang Kegiatan, Biaya, dan Urutan Prioritas. Masing-masing parameter memiliki sub kategori yang mewakili nilai setiap parameter. Parameter Bidang Kegiatan memiliki tiga sub kategori yaitu infrastruktur, bidang ekonomi, dan sosial budaya. Parameter Biaya memiliki tiga sub kategori yaitu biaya rendah, biaya sedang, dan biaya tinggi. Dan parameter Urutan Prioritas memiliki tiga sub kategori yaitu prioritas tinggi, prioritas sedang, dan prioritas rendah. Berdasarkah hasil pengujian, didapatkan bobot untuk parameter bidang kegiatan yaitu 0.22, bobot parameter biaya yaitu 0.13, dan bobot urutan prioritas yaitu 0.65. Pada sub kategori parameter bidang kegiatan, bidang infrastruktur memiliki bobot sebesar 0.71, bidang ekonomi dan sosial budaya memiliki bobot sebesar 0.14. Pada sub kategori biaya, biaya rendah memiliki bobot sebesar 0.68, biaya sedang memiliki bobot sebesar 0.23, dan biaya tinggi memiliki bobot 0.09. Dan pada sub kategori parameter urutan prioritas, prioritas tinggi memiliki bobot sebesar 0.76, prioritas sedang memiliki bobot sebesar 0.15, dan prioritas rendah memiliki bobot sebesar 0.08. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mengurutkan usulan kegiatan musrenbang berdasarkan prioritas tertinggi).  The application of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method can assist the system in determining Musrenbang results based on the highest priority order. In this study the application of the AHP method to determine the final results of the Musrenbang involved three parameters as criteria, namely Activities, Costs, and Order of Priority. Each parameter has a sub category that represents the value of each parameter. Parameter Field of Activity has three sub-categories, namely infrastructure, economics, and socio-culture. The Cost Parameter has three sub-categories namely low cost, medium cost, and high cost. And the Priority Order parameter has three sub-categories, namely high priority, medium priority, and low priority. Based on the test results, the weight for the parameter of the activity field is 0.22, the weight for the cost parameter is 0.13, and the priority order weight is 0.65. In the sub category of activity parameters, the infrastructure sector has a weight of 0.71, the economic and socio-cultural fields have a weight of 0.14. In the cost sub category, low costs have a weight of 0.68, moderate costs have a weight of 0.23, and high costs have a weight of 0.09. And in the priority order parameter sub category, high priority has a weight of 0.76, medium priority has a weight of 0.15, and low priority has a weight of 0.08. The test results show that the system built is able to sort the proposed musrenbang activities based on the highest priority).

Abstract

Administrasi perpajakan merupakan salah satu unsur dari system perpajakan yang sangat menentukan keberhasilan dalam pemungutan pajak, karena tanpa adanya administrasi perpajakan yang efektif sangat sulit bagi lembaga pemungut pajak untuk melaksanakan kebijakan perpajakan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu Bagaimana cara Sistem Informasi Terpadu (SIT) menjadi tujuan penting bagi organisasi pemerintahan dan bisnis dalam meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi dan pengelolaan pajak. Beberapa solusi yang dapat diterapkan dalam perancangan SIT untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi pajak antara lain: Sistem dapat dikembangkan untuk secara otomatis mengumpulkan data tentang penghasilan, aset, dan transaksi pajak dari berbagai sumber secara real-time. Hal ini akan memudahkan penyelenggaraan pajak dalam memperoleh informasi yang akurat dan terkini. Pada penelitian sistem ini digunakan metode Waterfall atau air terjun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti dampak yang diharapkan dari implementasi rencana aksi, terutama terkait dengan upaya peningkatan efektivitas administrasi perpajakan dalam meminimalisasi aktivitas BEPS korporasi di Indonesia, serta meneliti faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghalang implementasi rencana aksi.

Abstract

Di SMP Negeri 1 Setia Janji, Desa Urung Pane, Kecamatan Setia Janji, Kabupaten Asahan, telah dilaksanakan pelatihan dasar Microsoft Office Word untuk meningkatkan keterampilan siswa dalam penggunaan aplikasi pengolah kata ini. Pelatihan ini penting karena Microsoft Office Word merupakan alat yang esensial di lingkungan akademik dan profesional. Meskipun penting, tidak semua siswa SMP tersebut menguasai aplikasi ini akibat kurangnya pelatihan. Sebanyak 30 siswa yang terpilih oleh kepala sekolah, terutama anggota OSIS, mengikuti pelatihan ini. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan antusiasme peserta yang tinggi serta kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik dengan narasumber. Setelah pelatihan, 70% peserta berhasil menguasai penggunaan Microsoft Office Word, mengindikasikan efektivitas pelatihan yang dilakukan.

Abstract

Currently, the data registration procedure required by the North Sumatra Provincial General Election Commission is still done traditionally. Therefore, all legislative candidates from political parties must directly provide the required data in document format or written sheets. As a solution to this problem, it is recommended that an application be used to check and register the data required by the North Sumatra Provincial General Election Commission. This application uses the PHP programming language, MySQL as a database, and the waterfall method will be applied to computerize the process, making it faster and more accurate. The design of this application consists of two elements: the North Sumatra Provincial General Election Commission administrator, who handles the checking and filtering of the required data for each legislative candidate, and the political party administrator, who inputs the data for the legislative candidate. The implementation of this application is expected to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and support transparency in the legislative candidate registration process.

Abstract

Administrative management of letters in higher education environments still often faces various obstacles, especially if they are still using manual methods. At the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training UINSU, the old system often causes delays in processing, errors in letter numbering, and difficulties when searching for archives. This study aims to see how the implementation of Google Sheets can help optimize digital letter management. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through direct observation and interviews with four administrative staff from three different divisions. The analysis was carried out using a thematic coding approach and inductive content. The results of the study showed a significant increase: the time for recording letters was reduced by 60%, searching for archives became 80% faster, and archiving time was also reduced by 80%. Numbering accuracy increased thanks to the automation feature, while transparency between units improved because all data could be accessed together in real time. In addition, the use of Google Sheets reduces operational costs because it does not require additional devices or software. From these findings, it can be concluded that Google Sheets is a simple but effective digital tool to help the administration process become more efficient, accurate, and transparent. This model also has the potential to be applied to other administrative units that are looking for practical solutions in the digitalization process.

Abstract

This study examines the quality of administrative services in Sei Mencirim Village by applying the Service Quality (SERVQUAL) method. A quantitative descriptive approach was adopted, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to residents who actively use village administrative services. The research instrument was developed based on the five SERVQUAL dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. The findings indicate that all service dimensions show positive gap values between community perceptions and expectations, with an overall average gap of 0.85. This result suggests that the services provided by the village administration generally meet, and in several aspects exceed, community expectations. Among the five dimensions, assurance recorded the highest gap value, reflecting strong public confidence in staff competence and service security. In contrast, reliability showed the lowest gap value, although it remained within the satisfactory category. Overall, the study reveals that community members are satisfied with the administrative services provided by Sei Mencirim Village. Nevertheless, improving service reliability—particularly in terms of consistency, accuracy, and timeliness—remains necessary to ensure sustainable service quality. This research contributes empirical evidence on village-level public service performance and offers practical insights for policymakers seeking to improve administrative service delivery through a SERVQUAL-based evaluation framework.

Abstract

Program Makan Bergizi Gratis (MBG) merupakan program pemerintah yang bertujuan meningkatkan status gizi masyarakat melalui penyediaan makanan bergizi bagi penerima manfaat. Keberhasilan program ini sangat dipengaruhi oleh kinerja petugas MBG dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya. Namun, proses evaluasi kinerja yang masih dilakukan secara manual berpotensi menimbulkan subjektivitas dan kurang efektif dalam pengambilan keputusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menerapkan metode Fuzzy TOPSIS dalam evaluasi kinerja petugas MBG di Kabupaten Batu Bara. Metode Fuzzy TOPSIS digunakan karena mampu mengakomodasi penilaian yang bersifat linguistik dan multikriteria secara objektif. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi, kemudian diolah melalui tahapan pembentukan matriks fuzzy, normalisasi, pembobotan, penentuan solusi ideal positif dan negatif, serta perhitungan nilai preferensi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Fuzzy TOPSIS mampu menghasilkan peringkat kinerja petugas secara objektif, transparan, dan akurat, sehingga dapat membantu pengelola dalam menentukan petugas dengan kinerja terbaik dan mendukung proses pengambilan keputusan yang lebih efektif.
