Abstract

Decision Making Application Acceptance BOS To Elementary School With AHP method. Has created a system as a tool for selecting beneficiary schools boss. In this system willhave primary schools are eligible to receive funding boss in the next year. The criteria used adalam this application are: Reports Tri Wulan, Dapodikmen Data, Indicators Improvement,Service, Student Achievement, Achievement Teacher, School Achievement and Accreditation. In this study, computational methods of decision-making system that is used is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP settlement process are: a. Determine the order of priority criteria, b. Determining the value of the weight of each school, c. Shape calculated by AHP. The final result of the school priority value is used as decision-making tools

Abstract

UD Roti Ali is a home industry engaged in the production of bread making. The rapid development of technology in the world has had a major influence on the performance of bread making in all business fields, especially in the food manufacturing business. The business strategy of retaining old customers is more profitable than finding new customers, so it is necessary to maintain relationships with customers. UD Roti ali does not yet have a strategy to get new customers to find out information about products and prices. Currently UD Roti Ali does not yet have the right relationship with customers, one of which is the sales and ordering process is still done manually, where customers directly come to UD Roti Ali or call to place an order for products, then recording customer order data is still done by recording in the memorandum, so errors often occur in recording customer order data. This affects the bakery business, so UD Roti Ali needs an electronic system using the CRM method to build and manage the right relationship between UD Roti Ali and its customers. Therefore, UD Roti Ali needs a special strategy regarding proper customer service and product marketing in electronic form using a web-based CRM (E-CRM) method which is useful for making it easier for UD Roti Ali and customers, for UD Roti Ali it is easier to manage sales data and customer data, while for customers it is easier for customers to find out information about products, make it easier to make orders, payments, as well as the discount/promo and bonus features provided by UD Roti Ali to customers. So that this web-based system can help UD Roti Ali in maintaining customer loyalty.

Abstract

Abstract - Indonesia is one of the good tobacco producing countries. Tobacco is a plant that is grown by farmers and is a seasonal agricultural product that functions as a material to fill one's spare time or commonly referred to as raw material for cigarettes and cigars. In addition, the function of tobacco is also as a medical raw material (drugs, and tobacco can also be chewed. From the known function of tobacco leaves. Therefore, there is a need for requirements in selecting the best termbakau leaves based on the criteria determined by the tobacco production company, namely elasticity. , light color, aroma, sorting, price. Therefore, the researcher built a decision support system for selecting the best tobacco leaf which later aims to make it easier for farmers to choose which leaves are suitable or not for production. This research uses two methods, namely the method Analytica Hierarchyl Process (AHP) to determine eigenvalues as well as consistency and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to determine the suitability rating and also the ranking results. Tembakau adalah sebuah tanaman yang di ditanam oleh petani dan sifatnya produk pertanian musiman yang berfungsi sebagai bahan mengisi waktu luang seseorang atau biasa disebut dengan bahan baku rokok dan juga cerutu. Selain itu fungsi tembakau juga sebagai bahan baku medis (obat-obatan, dan juga tembakau dapat di kunyah. Dari fungsi daun tembakau yang telah diketahui. Maka diperlukan nya persyaratan dalam pemilihan daun termbakau yang baik berdasarkan kriteria yang sudah ditentukan oleh perusahaan produksi tembakau yaitu elastisitas, warna terang, aroma, sortasi, daya bakar (tahan lama). Oleh karena itu, peneliti membangun suatu sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan daun tembakau terbaik yang nantinya bertujuan untuk memudahkan para petani memilih manakah daun yang layak atau tidak nya untuk di produksi. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua metode yaitu metode Analytica Hierarchyl Process (AHP) untuk menentukan nilai eigen dan juga konsisten dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) menentukan rating kecocokan dan juga hasil perangkingan.Kata Kunci - Daun Tembakau; AHP; SAW

Abstract

The community service activity targeted at 14 housewives from Sendang Sari Village, Kisaran Barat, Asahan is aimed to provide decoupage craft skills training which will be expected with skills and this knowledge will be able to help improve the economic well-being of the household. The implementation method is carried out by providing training in the form of a workshop to use decoupage technique on the wallet. All participants (100%) responded positively to thi training activities provided.

Abstract

Abstract: The application of information technology is currently growing so rapidly. One of them is the application of technology that can be applied in the industrial world, namely to evaluate the company's performance. Evaluation is a necessity for companies to move forward and develop in facing business competition. One method of evaluating that can be used objectively is extracting information through a stored database. This study intends to analyze the factors that affect profit outcomes based on profit-based data. The data will be analyzed using method Bayes. Through this method will get a pattern that affects profits. However, it is not easy to analyze data with this method because of the large amount of data that will cost a lot of time and time. So to simplify the analysis, researchers use tools in analyzing the data the results of the benefits of rapidminer software. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, rapidminer software can help and make it easier to produce probabilities to be predicted. The results of this study are from the set test conducted, the prediction of profit results can be ascertained to be achieved and the possibility of certainty is reached 0.59% and the possibility of not reaching 0.41%. Keywords: Data Mining, Neive Bayes, Rapidminer, Benefits  Abstrak: Penerapan teknologi informasi saat ini berkembang begitu pesat. Salah satunya penerapan teknologi yang dapat diterapkan didunia industri yaitu untuk evaluasi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Evaluasi merupakan suatu keharusan bagi perusahaan untuk terus maju dan berkembang  menghadapi persaingan usaha. Salah satu cara mengevaluasi yang dapat dugunakan secara objektif yaitu penggalian informasi melalui database yang tersimpan.Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Data tersebut akan dianalisis menggunakan metodeneive bayes. Melalui metode ini akan mendapatkan pola yang mempengaruhi keuntungan.Namun tidaklah mudah dalam menganalisis data dengan metode ini dikarenanakan banyaknya data yang akan menghabiskan biaya dan waktu yang cukup lama. Maka untuk mempermudah analisis tersebut, peneliti menggunakan alat bantu dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan yaitusoftware rapidminer.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, software rapidminer dapat membantu dan mempermudah menghasilkan probabilitas untuk dijadikan prediksi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah dari uji set yang dilakukan, prediksi hasil keuntungan dapat dipastikan tercapai dan kemungkinan kepastian tercapai 0,59% serta kemungkinan tidak tercapai 0,41%. Kata Kunci : Data Mining, Neive Bayes, Rapidminer, Keuntungan

Abstract

Keuntungan menjadi target utama di sebuah perusahaan. Setiap perusahaan menginginkan keuntungan yang dicapai sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan. Akan tetapi perusahaan beranggapan target yang dicapai tersebut didapat karena hasil penjualan yang besar. Perusahaan tidak melihat faktor lainnya yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan seperti biaya, stok, pembelian dan faktor-faktor lain dalam menyusun laporan akhir perusahaan. Selain itu, pengelolaan data yang dilakukan selama ini pun tidak menyeluruh, dikarenakan banyak nya data yang harus dianalisis sehingga memerlukan alat bantu dalam pengelolaannya. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisa faktor yang mempengaruhi hasil keuntungan berdasarkan data hasil keuntungan. Dengan melakukan integrasi menggunakan metode naive bayes dan alat bantu software rapidminer, teknik ini akan menghasilkan informasi berupa pola hubungan atau keterkaitan antar factor satu dengan lainnya dalam mempengaruhi tercapainya laba. Sedangkan software rapidminer untuk mempermudah dalam menganalisis data hasil keuntungan.Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan menjadi landasan untuk memprediksi hasil keuntungan perusahaan dagang.

Abstract

Medical disposable is one of important support tools in medical operational and must not be out of stock in order to deliver excellent service in hospital. The pharmacy department has to forecast the demand to supply information for decision making in budgeting. In this paper, is comparing double moving average and double exponential smoothing method for 3 ml spuit for time series 01 January to 30 June 2017. The accuracy of forecasting is the most important and it can be measure with MAPE (Mean Absolute Percentage Error) and RMSE (Root Mean Square Value). The smallest value of MAPE and RMSE is having the high accuracy of forecasting. The double moving average method has the smallest MAPE = 0.353 and RMSE = 95.8 compare to Exponential Smoothingand be the best option to use as method to forecast the medical disposable supply demand.

Abstract

Abstract: Training on word processor and spreadsheet is needed for government employees at UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba in making reports such as annual report, financial report, performance report, and etc. The government employees have had the basic knowledge of using word processor and spreadsheet, but there are still many advanced fiture that never used before to fastened the process of reporting making.   The lecturer team of Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Royal is making a community service in UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba in February 2021. Training method is a practical training to allow the participants implement the given knowledge. The training is running well and get the positive result from the participants and the head of UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba. The training result is shown by enhancement of the ability in understanding and practising the training materials of word processing and spreadsheet for making reporting during the session.           Keywords: government employee, reporting; spreadsheet; word processor Abstrak: Pelatihan pemantapan pengolah kata dan angka sangat dibutuhkan oleh pegawai pemerintahan khususnya di UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba dalam pembuatan laporan seperti laporan tahunan, laporan keuangan, laporan kinerja dan lain-lain. Para pegawai sudah memiliki pengetahuan dasar tentang pengolah kata dan angka, tetapi masih banyak fitur pada perangkat lunak yang belum diketahui dan dipergunakan untuk dapat mempermudah dan mempercepat pembuatan laporan di instansi terkait. Oleh karena itu, tim Dosen Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer Royal melakukan kegiatan pengabdian kepada mas-yarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan kepada para pegawai di UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan  Danau Toba pada Februari 2021. Metode pelatihan diberikan dalam bentuk practical training sehingga para peserta dapat langsung menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh. Pelaksanaan pelatihan berjalan dengan baik dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta dan pimpinan UPT Pengelolaan Irigasi Asahan Danau Toba. Hasil kegiatan pelatihan dapat dilihat dari      peningkatan kemampuan peserta dalam memahami dan mempraktekkan secara langsung materi pengolahan kata dan angka untuk pembuatan laporan yang disampaikan selama pelatihan.Kata kunci: laporan; pengolah angka; pengolah kata

Abstract

Abstrak: Computer technology more and more influential in the management of office space at the moment. It is characterized by the more easy it is bureaucracy, the study of grammar of the easy access to information from one point to another. Of course, computer technology will not be such a big contribution to the development of the management of the Government if the role of human resources is not optimized. With respect to the development of computer technology, until now has been a significant development occurred in several areas in regard of the IT application in management offices. Contradictory with the above example, there are still many areas that still have not had the courage or good faith to apply IT in the management of this Office for various reasons. In fact, the IT deployment in government management office management in particular can be a motivation for employees to improve productivity of work.Keywords : Computer technology, management offices, governmentAbstrak: Teknologi Komputer semakin banyak berperan  dalam manajemen perkantoran saat ini. Hal ini ditandai dengan semakin mudahnya birokrasi tata persuratan, semakin mudahnya akses informasi dari satu titik ke titik lainnya. Tentu saja, teknologi komputer tidak akan sedemikian besar kontribusinya bagi perkembangan manajemen pemerintahan jika peran sumber daya manusia tidak dioptimalkan. Sehubungan dengan perkembangan teknologi komputer, hingga saat ini telah terjadi perkembangan yang signifikan di beberapa daerah dalam kaitan aplikasi TI dalam Manajemen Perkantoran. Kontradiktif dengan kalimat di atas, masih banyak pula daerah perkantoran didesa yang masih belum memiliki keberanian atau itikad baik untuk mengaplikasikan TI dalam manajemen perkantoran ini dengan berbagai alasan. Abstract: As a formal education institution, acculturation of techniques in Teaching and Learning Activities (KBM) is required by each lesson teacher to be able to transfer knowledge to students maximal and optimally. So far the teaching carried out by the teachers of SMA 2 Kisaran is more dominant in learning done face-to-face in the classroom, so that learning requires the mind and energy that is extra because it is done repeatedly in the classroom and the hours that different. Starting from the above, the dedication team sought solutions so that teaching can be acculturated by online learning using blog media to publish teachers' teaching materials to the internet. It is expected that online-based teaching techniques, one of which is outlined in the making and utilization of blogs can stimulate interest from students to access teaching materials that have been published online, both in the form of text, images, audio and learning videos that have been recorded and uploaded by the teacher into his blog whenever and wherever it is, so that it will create student centered learning and learning objectives can be achieved. Keywords: blogs, teaching materials, online publications, videos, student center learning.  Abstrak: Sebagai institusi pendidikan formal maka diperlukan akulturasi teknik dalam Kegiatan Belajar Mengajar (KBM) yang dilakukan oleh masing-masing guru pelajaran untuk dapat mentransfer ilmu pengetahuan kepada peserta didik secara maksimal dan optimal. Selama ini pengajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru-guru SMA Negeri 2 Kisaran lebih dominan ke-pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara tatap muka di dalam kelas, sehingga pembelajaran membutuhkan pikiran dan tenaga yang ekstra karena dilakukan secara berulang-ulang pada kelas dan jam yang berbeda. Berawal dari hal diatas maka tim pengabdian mencari solusi agar pengajaran dapat diakulturasi dengan pembelajaran secara online menggunakan media blog untuk mempublikasikan bahar ajar para guru ke internet. Diharapkan dengan teknik  pengajaran berbasis online salah satunya yang dituangkan dalam pembuatan dan pemanfaatan blog dapat merangsang minat dari para siswa untuk mengakses bahan ajar yang telah dipublikasikan secara online baik informasi berupa text, gambar, audio maupun video pembelajaran yang telah direkam dan diupload oleh guru ke dalam blognya kapan dan dimanapun berada, sehingga akan tercipta pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa (Student Centred Learning) dan tujuan pembelajaran dapat tercapai. Kata kunci: blog, bahan ajar, publikasi online, video, Student Center Learning.
