Abstract

Pemanfaatan program Camtasia untuk meningkatkan kompetensi simulasi digital MGMP Administrasi Perkantoran Kota Medan bertujuan untuk melatih guru-guru SMK Bisnis Manajemen jurusan Administrasi Perkantoran menggunakan software Camtasia untuk mengajarkan mata pelajaran simulasi digital. Guru dilatih menyusun perangkat pembelajaran dan bahan ajar berbasis IT serta menerapkan model-model pembelajaran berbasis audio visual. Metode yang digunakan dengan pelatihan penyusunan RKBM simulasi digital, pembuatan video dengan software Camtasia dan pemanfaatan internet, pendampingan pembuatan video pembelajaran dan open class penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis audio visual. Adapun hasil dari pelatihan dan pendampingan ini diperoleh media  pembelajaran berbasis multimedia yang dihasilkan oleh peserta selanjutnya akan digunakan sebagai bahan ajar pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital. Hasil lainnya adalah dokumen pelaksanaan open class dalam bentuk video pembelajaran simulasi digital berbasis audio visual..

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the Effect of Student Creativity and Field Work Practices on the Work Readiness of Grade XI Students in Automation and Office Management at Private Vocational School Jambi Medan T.A 2020/2021. This research was conducted in Class XI Automation and Office Management at Jambi Medan Private Vocational High School with a total population of 93 people. Based on data analysis using the SPSS 23.00 for windows program, the hypothesis of this study was tested with the t (partial) test, it was found that student creativity had a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. then field work practice has a positive and significant effect on student work readiness. The F test (simultaneous) obtained that there was a significant influence between student creativity and field work practice on the work readiness of class XI students of Class XI Office Management Automation in Jambi Private Vocational High School, Jambi, TA 2020/2021. Furthermore, the results of the coefficient of determination of the value of R2 is 0.471, which means that the variables of student creativity and field work practice have an influence on the variable of student work readiness by 47.1%. While the remaining 52.9% is influenced by other variables that are outside the focus of this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out whether there is an effect of online learning using the Google Classroom application and digital media literacy on the learning achievement of Stambuk 2018 office administration education students, Faculty of Economics. This type of research is ex post facto using a quantitative approach. The population is 59 students where the entire population is the sample. The data analysis techniques used in this study are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, T and F Test. The results of the t test calculation explain that there is an effect of online learning based on Google classroom on learning achievement. Then digital media literacy has a positive and significant effect on learning achievement.

Abstract

The subject of Archives, which is an essential part of the Office Management Expertise Program Curriculum is required for students, focuses on developing archive management skills through various storage methods. This Community Service Activity will be carried out in an effort to improve the professionalism of teachers in the Office Administration Archives training course, designing RKBM, teaching materials, learning media. Community service activities at SMK Negeri 1 Kisaran are focused on developing teacher and student competencies in the field of archives, by utilizing innovative approaches that support learning based on the Independent Curriculum. The outputs produced from this activity include several important aspects. First, training modules and guides for managing electronic and conventional archives are specifically designed to improve teacher skills in managing archives in accordance with the standards of the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia (ANRI). In addition, learning tools such as the Teaching and Learning Activity Plan (RKBM), teaching modules, and project-based evaluation instruments are also prepared to enrich the archiving learning process in schools.

Abstract

Archive literacy is an essential competency in supporting effective information management in various fields, including education. However, the low level of archive literacy among teachers and students is one of the main challenges in document management in vocational high school, including at SMK N1 Kisaran. This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of archival training in improving archive literacy in teachers and students. The research used a quantitative method with a pre-test and post-test design, involving 30 participants consisting of teachers and students. The training included theory and practice sessions on manual and digital archive management. The results of the research showed a significant increase in participants' archive literacy, both in terms of knowledge, skills, and attitudes towards archive management. The average archive literacy score increased by 35% after the training. In addition, this training also succeeded in increasing awareness of the importance of systematic archive management to support work efficiency and fluency of school administration. This research concludes that archival training is an effective strategy to improve archival literacy, especially in vocational education environments. Recommendations include the development of more comprehensive and sustainable training programs to support the needs of archival literacy in the school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbasis media video dan motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Teknologi Perkantoran di SMK Negeri 1 Medan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen semu (quasi eksperimen) dengan metode total sampling, di mana sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MPLB 4 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI MPLB 2 sebagai kelas eksperimen dengan jumlah 70 orang siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan tes. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, dan uji hipotesis dengan independent sample t-test, dengan pengolahan data melalui IBM SPSS Statistics 25. Hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa angket motivasi belajar valid dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,893), dan dari 30 soal tes hasil belajar terdapat 20 soal valid dan reliabel (Cronbach’s Alpha = 0,862). Hasil uji normalitas dan homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data hasil belajar pada kelas eksperimen dan kontrol berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil uji independent sample t-test menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara hasil belajar siswa pada kelas eksperimen yang diajar menggunakan model Problem Based Learning berbasis media video dengan kelas kontrol yang diajar secara konvensional, dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung = 5,236. Selain itu, motivasi belajar juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,000 < 0,05 dan t hitung = 5,196. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning berbasis media video efektif meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, dan motivasi belajar memberikan kontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MPLB di SMK Negeri 1 Medan
