Abstract

AbstrakSemakin bertambahnya usia seseorang maka seluruh fungsi organ telah mencapai puncak maksimal sehingga yang terjadi adalah penurunan fungsi organ. Masalah gizi yang sering diderita di usia lanjut adalah kurang gizi, kondisi kurang gizi tanpa disadari karena gejala yang muncul hampir tak terlihat sampai usia lanjut sehingga berdampak terjadinya gizi buruk. Tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan malnutrisi pada lansia yang tinggal di masyarakat Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 146 lansia berumur 60 tahun keatas yang berada di kecamatan Banda Raya uji statistik dengan menggunakan uji logistik regresi dan odd ratio. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor resiko yang sangat signifikan dengan terjadinya malnutrisi pada lansia adalah pendapatan keluarga, dukungan keluarga, gaya hidup dan riwayat penyakit (OR > 1). Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan dapat meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap lansia yaitu aktif dengan mengunjungi posyandu dengan memberikan informasi tentang asupan makanan dan mengajak keluarga untuk bisa saling memberikan perhatian dan mulai mengenali, mengamati asupan nutrisinya agar tercukupi.  Kata Kunci: Malnutrisi, Lansia, Banda Aceh

Abstract

Quality basic health services in accordance with SPM (Minimum Service Standards) including promotive, preventive, screening , curative and rehabilitative activities are provided thoroughly to the community, groups and individuals both inside and outside the building, but experiencing various obstacles during the Covid pandemic. -19. This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the coverage of health services before and during the pandemic, as well as how the management of the Head of Puskesmas and/or program managers on the achievement of MSS coverage. This study used a mixed method method, which combines research      quantitative and qualitative conducted in 28 Puskesmas in Aceh Besar District with a sample of 336 respondents. The results showed that there were differences in service coverage for primary education age and services for people suspected of tuberculosis before and during the pandemic (P0.05), there was no difference in the coverage of health services for pregnant women, maternity mothers, newborns, toddlers, productive age. , elderly people, people with hypertension, people with diabetes, severe mental disorders and people at risk of HIV before and during the Covid-19 pandemic (p0.05). The leadership management of the head of the Puskesmas and program managers on the differences in the achievement of the SPM (Minimum Service Standards) coverage is quite good, including planning, program analysis, identification of problems and constraints, innovation and performance assessment of the puskesmas.

Abstract

Penelitian kepuasan hunian masih sangat jarang di Indonesia. Secara universal, kepuasan hunian juga tidak menggunakan indikator yang seragam. Sehingga tujuan artikel ini untuk menelaah kriteria-kriteria yang dipakai dalam mengukur kepuasan hunian selama ini. Artikel ini termasuk artikel telaah (review paper) dengan metodologi menggunakan mesin pencarian Garuda untuk artikel Indonesia dan Google Scholar untuk artikel internasional. Hanya mendapatkan 8 artikel yang dipublikasikan di Indonesia dan sebanyak 1.670.000 artikel internasional. Dilakukan dua tahap screening: tahap pertama adalah artikel jurnal, dapat diakses gratis, dan fokus pada kepuasan rumah tinggal dan mendapatkan 32 jurnal. Screening kedua adalah artikel yang masuk dalam peringkat SJR. Sehingga hasil akhir mendapatkan 8 artikel (n=8) sebagai sampel. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan adalah walaupun menggunakan alat ukur yang berbeda-beda tetapi ternyata indikator sering kali sama hanya berbeda istilah; secara umum dapat dilihat kriteria dibagi menjadi dua kelompok besar yaitu: hunian dan non-hunian akan tetapi ada juga beberapa referensi yang memasukkan kelengkapan fasilitas publik sebagai ke dalam kriteria non-hunian. Bagaimana pun, semua kuesioner yang dikutip dan ditelaah di artikel ini terbukti valid dan dapat diandalkan. Sehingga bisa menggunakan kriteria mana saja selama dua aspek hunian dan non-hunian masuk ke dalam alat ukur kepuasan hunian.

Abstract

Improvement of awareness and participation of the community regarding waste management is carried out through efforts in increasing knowledge, facilitating and enabling community to manage waste independently. Therefore, the community will be empowered in building a healthy and sustainable environment. Community service activities was implemented in February 2020 including health education regarding waste management and workshop related to waste sorting practices as well as composting activity using organic waste/household waste and reprocess waste from used plastic bags. The activities was carried out in Meeting Hall, Kueh Village, Lhoknga District, Aceh Besar. Majority of participants are housewives and young adult women in Kueh Village. The main content of activities is waste management that are applicable at community level or in household settings, thus these activities increase community awareness about environmental health problems and empowering them to manage organic waste into compost and reuse plastic bags by reprocessing them into varied goods. Abstract

AbstractThe problem of waste does not only occur in the neighborhood but also schools. The lack of knowledge of students in sorting organic, non-organic and, B3 waste causes the waste handling process to run slowly. Whereas organic waste can be used as compost and inorganic waste can be made as handicrafts, while B3 waste must need special handling. The implementation of the service using counseling methods and waste composting training was carried out at SMPN 1 Want Jaya, Banda Aceh City. The purpose of this activity is so that students can identify, sort, and dispose of garbage in the trash cans that have been given by the striker based on the types and practice simple organic waste composting. The results of this activity are in the form of knowledge gained by students and skills acquired.Keywords: waste sorting, types of waste, composting organic waste
