Abstract

Abstract: This research was conducted to determine the effect of the chemical compounds of Dayak onion (Eleutherine americana Merr.) Root extract against Propionibacterium acne bacteria that cause acne which is used in designing students' worksheets on kingdom monera class X high school material conducted in December 2019 - February 2020 in University of Riau PMIPA Chemistry Laboratory, University of Riau Biology PMIPA Laboratory and Pekanbaru Regional Health Laboratory. This research is an experimental laboratory study using the method of diffusion of wells on BAP (Blood Agar Plate) media with 4 treatments. The treatment was repeated 3 times with various concentrations of 30%, 50%, 70%, and 90% and terracycline was used as a comparison and distilled water as a control. This study used a laboratory experimental method. The parameters observed were the characterization of Propionibacterium acne bacteria, the diameter of the inhibitory zone of Propionibacterium acne growth bacteria and the potential results of the study as a design of Class X Biology LKPD in Kingdom Monera material. Analysis of research data using One Way Anova at the 0.05 level. The results showed the characteristics of white, round shaped bacterial colonies and on microscopic observations of bacterial stem cells. In physiological characterization found the characteristics of the positive salt-colored salt bacteria, positive catalase, non-motile and positive indole. Whereas in measuring the diameter of the zone of inhibition of the growth of P. acne, tuber extract of dayak has the ability to inhibit the growth of P. acne bacteria at the best concentration of 90% with an average diameter of inhibition zone of 19 mm within 48 hours. The results obtained were then used as a draft LKPD on KD 3.5 and KD 4.5 kingdom monera material class X high school. Abstract

Zat besi merupakan mikro elemen esensial bagi tubuh yang diperlukan dalam sintesa hemoglobin dimana untuk mengkonsumsi tablet Fe sangat berkaitan dengan kadar hemoglobin pada ibu hamil. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian : untuk mengatasi kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil sehingga perlunya penyelenggaraan dan Pengelolaan pemberian tablet zat besi di Posyandu Mawar Berduri RT 05 Kec Jakabaring Kel. Tuan Kentang Kota Palembang. Metode pengabdian masyarakat ini saya lakukan dengan melakukan wawancara tentang bagaimana cara pemberian tablet Fe, frekuensi, dan melakukan evaluasi terhadap apa yang telah dijelaskan sebelumnya. Selain itu kami melakukan cek HB guna mengetahui apakah ibu hamil di Posyandu Mawar berduri ini. Jumlah sasaran 75% ibu hamil mendapatkan Tablet Fe, dan hasilnya 80 % ibu hamil sudah mendapatkan tablet Fe. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta memahami akan pentingnya manfaat Tablet zat besi untuk ibu hamil.

Abstract

Membaca merupakan salah satu keterampilan berbahasa yang harus dimiliki oleh semua orang. Pada dasarnya, setiap orang mempunyai tujuan dalam membaca. Apabila kita memiliki tujuan jelasdalam kegiatan membaca, hal tersebut akan kita lakukan dengan baik. Oleh karena itu, minat baca harus ditumbuhkan sejak dini. Anak usia SD/MI harus sudah membiaskan membaca. Kegiatan membaca untuk anak-anak selain untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan, kegiatan membaca ini juga akan membuat anak lebih kreatif dan mampu berpikir kritis. Anak menjadi mampu mengembangkan konsep bacaan yang mereka baca dengan bahasa mereka sendiri dan anak akan mampu menilai isi buku/ materi yang terdapat dalam buku. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara yang dilakukan kepada guru di SMPN 1 Batu Jajar, minat siswa dalam kegiatan membaca masih rendah, hal ini terbukti dari respon siswa Ketika diberi bahan bacaan oleh guru hanya beberapa siswa yang membaca, data ini didapatkan Ketika pembelajaran online dilaksanakan kemudian guru menugaskan siswa untuk membaca dan memberikan pertanyaan yang berkaitan dengan isi bacaan siswa kurang responsif sehingga diperlukan solusi yang tepat guna untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan ini. Solusi yang ditawarkan oleh tim pengabdi kepada guru di SMPN 1 Batu Jajar adalah memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan membuat media bacaan yang menarik seperti teks bacaan yang ditampilkan menggunakan video, slide PPT atau di upload ke youtube, diharapkan dengan pelatihan dan pendampingan ini minat baca siswa dapat meningkat

Abstract

Developing evaluation tools for student learning outcomes is a task that must be developed by the teacher. The aim is to find out the success of achieving the learning objectives that have been formulated. In the 2013 curriculum, evaluation tools or questions that are arranged must be able to stimulate students' thinking abilities. Therefore, the development criteria for HOTS or high-level thinking skills are applied. In compiling the HOTS problem the teacher can use a cognitive Operational Verb (KKO) in Bloom's Taxonomy. The cognitive domain consists of the simplest to the most complicated. The cognitive level is divided into two, namely LOTS (Low Order Thinking Skills) and HOTS. The LOTS category is at the remembering level (C1), understands (C2), and applies (C3). While the HOTS category is at the level of analyzing (C4), evaluating (C5), and creating (C6). The research conducted is, of course, to find out how many items are included in the LOTS and HOTS criteria of the X-class AN-NAHL Vocational School Exam questions. In the research qualitative methods are used where the results of the research will be described. From the results of the analysis, there were 22.2% of LOTS questions consisting of 0% level (C1), 8.9% understanding level (C2), and 13.3% with applying level (C3). Then for the HOTS category, there were 77.8% consisting of 66.7% analyzing level (C4), 6.7% evaluating level (C5) and 4.4% creating level (C6).

Abstract

There are many assumptions that the interests and motivations of students can have a big influence on the process of learning Indonesian. Interest is a beginning of the process for students when trying to get knowledge that can be used for their intended interests and goals. While motivation is an insistence on yourself to carry out an activity to reach the goal. The purpose of this study is to see the desires and efforts of students while studying. Researchers use descriptive qualitative research methods and interview techniques. Evidence from this study states that the wishes and efforts of students while carrying out the learning process are still very lacking, because in Indonesian language material, the text is used so much especially with the added lack of students' desire to carry out minimal reading activities. That way, the learning process is not only focused on students but on skills when the teacher conveys learning, so that learning activities are not monotonous and are able to focus students' focus so that they are encouraged when their learning in Indonesian takes place. This can be concluded even though Indonesian is a lesson that must be learned in each school but it is possible that there are still students who are less interested and motivated in the main lesson, namely Indonesian.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the limited Khadijah novel "When the Secrets of the Unveiled Mim" by Sibel Eraslan are rich in motivation that reviews the story of a Khadijah whose noble character is good, his character looks beautiful in his face. The formulation of the problem from this study is that with the lives of women today, it can be said that there is less motivation for motivation in terms of morals and morals. This study aims to describe and explain the motivation drive in terms of morals and morals that Khadijah has. This study used descriptive qualitative research using content analysis. The researcher used the method of psychoanalytic study which focused on the unconscious world and was not limited to the world of the conscious mind. Documents in Khadijah's novel research "When Mim Secrets Revealed" by Sibel Eraslen. The results of the study show that a noble Khadijah who has a beautiful face and behaves well which makes the dream of all men start from a heart that is clean of various liver diseases that damage it.

Abstract

The matter of this research is based on human development and a variety of new habits that require the adjustment of individuals who are more mentally stable. The existence of the development of the times which raises new norms or rules requires humans to be able to adjust to the conditions that occur. The many positive and negative impacts that result from these developments make people have to be able to choose and sort out something good or bad. From these problems, the researcher limits the discussion of this study to the problem of influence and the role of parents on children's moral development. This study aims to analyze various influences and effects of the environment, free association, and technology on children's moral changes in character formation. The method used in this study uses descriptive methods that allow researchers to obtain data and describe without giving special treatment or in accordance with the facts found by researchers. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that children's moral development is influenced by various factors including environmental factors, technology, and promiscuity, to avoid the impact of these factors the role of parents is very much needed in providing guidance and advice.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of fiscal decentralization and economic growth of South Kalimantan Province on inter-regional inequality. The data used in this study is secondary data with a period of 12 years (time series), which is published once a year by the Central Statistics Agency of the Province of South Kalimantan. The data needed is in the form of data on total balancing funds, economic growth, GDP at the current price and population. The data analysis technique used is the multiple linear sregression analysis method.The results showed that, simultaneously and partially the variables of fiscal decentralization and economic growth had a positive and significant effect on inter-regional inequality.Keywords: Fiscal Decentralization, Economic Growth, Regional Inequality

Abstract

Penggunaan pendekatan pembelajaran terpadu di dalam pembelajaran kemampuan menulis dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia ternyata dapat meningkatkan kemampuan menulis siswa. Hal ini terindikasi dari adanya peningkatan perolehan kemampuan menulis (KM) yang rendah meningkat ke KM yang lebih tinggi. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia berjalan efektif dalam menerapkan pendekatan terpadu dapat mensinergikan antara kemampuan fisik dan kemampuan psikis sehingga kemampuan menulisnya meningkat. Peningkatan kemampuan menulis siswa SD Kelas Tinggi setelah diterapkan pendekatan terpadu dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia adalah pada kondisi awal perolehan nilai KM adalah 57,5%. Pada siklus perolehan KMtertinggi adalah 65%.
