This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the Scrapbook Media through the Model of Student Teams Achievement Division on the Motivation and Learning Outcomes of Students in Class III of SDN Mranggen 2. The design of this study uses True Experimental Designs Pretest-Posttest Control Group Design. To analyze student learning motivation using test analysis data of observation motivation learning . The population in this study were all students of class IIIA and IIIB SD Negeri Mranggen 2. t can be concluded that there is effectiveness of scrapbook media through the Student Teams Achievement Division model on motivation and experimental class learning outcomes better than the control class. From the results of statistical analysis with t-test obtained obtained tcount = 2.869 and ttable = 2.086 with a significance level of 5% and N = 20, so that tcount > ttable (2,896 > 2,086) Ha1 is accepted. And the results of observations of learning motivation with t-test statistical analysis were obtained tcount = 3,787 and ttable = 2,086 with a significance level of 5% and N = 20, so that tcount > ttable (3,787 > 2,086) Ha2 is accepted. It can be concluded that scrapbook media through the Student Teams Achievement Division model is effective on student motivation and learning outcomes.

Abstrak Kesadaran untuk mencuci tangan di kalangan kesehatan baru mencapai 50% di seluruh dunia. Kasus infeksi nosokomial terjadi 9% dari 1,4 juta pasien rawat inap di seluruh dunia, sedangkan di Indonesia sekitar 4,48%-73,3%. Melakukan prosedur cuci tangan yang benar akan membebaskan tangan dari mikroorganisme patogen dan mencegah terjadinya infeksi nosokomial. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menegetahui gambaran cuci tangan perawat selama pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan di RSUP Haji Adam Malik. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian diskriptif. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah perawat di ruang RA, RB, ICU, CVCU RSUP HAM Medan. Jumlah sampel 79 orang perawat dengan menggunakan tehnik proportsional stratified random samplin. Penelitian ini dilakukan bulan Maret-April 2012. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan melakukan cuci tangan baik 68 responden (86,1%), cukup 10 responden (12,7%), dan kurang 1 responden (1,3%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sebagian besar gambaran cuci tangan perawat selama pelaksanaan tindakan keperawatan di RSUP Haji Adam Malik Medan adalah baik. Perawat diharapkan harus mempedomani dan melakukan tindakan cuci tangan yang baik dan benar sesuai prosedur di lingkungan layanan kesehatan agar infeksi nosokomial tidak terjadi. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan dapat meneliti pengaruh tindakan cuci tangan terhadap infeksi nosokomial. Kata Kunci : Cuci Tangan, Perawat

This research is motivated by the limited Khadijah novel "When the Secrets of the Unveiled Mim" by Sibel Eraslan are rich in motivation that reviews the story of a Khadijah whose noble character is good, his character looks beautiful in his face. The formulation of the problem from this study is that with the lives of women today, it can be said that there is less motivation for motivation in terms of morals and morals. This study aims to describe and explain the motivation drive in terms of morals and morals that Khadijah has. This study used descriptive qualitative research using content analysis. The researcher used the method of psychoanalytic study which focused on the unconscious world and was not limited to the world of the conscious mind. Documents in Khadijah's novel research "When Mim Secrets Revealed" by Sibel Eraslen. The results of the study show that a noble Khadijah who has a beautiful face and behaves well which makes the dream of all men start from a heart that is clean of various liver diseases that damage it.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan makna denotatif dan konotatif pulang kampung oleh pemudik. Penelitian ini menarik diteliti karena terdapat makna yang terkandung dibalik ide kreatif video Dwiki Afrilian yang memenangkan penghargaan TikTok kategori Best of Comedy dan membuat konten video yang menggambarkan reailta kehidupan sehari-hari yang dibaluti komedi sehingga penonton tidak hanya menangkapnya sebagai cerita hiburan saja. Teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu semiotika oleh Roland Barthes. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif interpretif dengan menggunakan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu Miles dan Huberman (1992) antara lain pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara obsevasi dengan mengamati video dan mengidentifikasi tanda yang terdapat pada scene yang ada dan tinjauan pustaka. Hasil dari penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa pertama, makna denotasi yang terdapat dalam video TikTok “Suasana subuh pas lagi mudik ke kampung” adalah pengambaran aktivitas-aktivitas kehidupan yang sederhana dan alami di pedesaan. Kedua, makna konotasi pulang kampung yang terdapat dalam video tersebut menunjukkan bagaimana interaksi yang dilakukan oleh pemudik. Ketiga, berkumpul dengan keluarga, merayakan lebaran di pulang kampung memberikan kesempatan bagi pemudik untuk berkumpul kembali dengan keluarga mereka.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji keefektifan penerapan media flash card untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan kemampuan bahasa anak usia 4-5 tahun. Penelitian dilaksanakan melalui pendekatan kuantitatif dengan rancangan eksperimen. Rancangan eksperimen yang digunakan adalah nonequivalent control group design. Subyek penelitian adalah anak kelompok A Sekolah Laboratorium PAUD Yasmin Universitas Muhammadiyah Jember dengan kelas A1 dan A2 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas A3 dan A4 sebagai kelompok kontrol. Data penelitian dikumpulkan melalui teknik observasi dan dokumentasi. Pengujian hipotesisis dilakukan melalui metode statistik dengan rumus uji t sampel bebas dan taraf signifikansi lima persen (p. 0.05). Hasil analisis data menujukkan bahwa: 1) media flash card Â efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif pada anak usia 4-5 tahun; 2) media flash card Â efektif untuk meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa pada anak usia 4-5 tahun. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah bagi guru. Para guru di pendidikan usia dini disarankan menggunakan media flash card untuk meningkatkan pembelajaran dan hasil belajar kognitif dan bahasa peserta didik.

The behavior of achieving ideal body weight and shape is one method for controlling weight. We can apply this weight control behavior by dieting behavior. This study aims to describe the knowledge of students of the Faculty of Health Sciences, University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta about the application of good diet methods for health. Qualitative research methods with a case study approach. The results of this study, students already know the meaning of diet, most students have the habit of eating 3x a day but there are still students who skip meals. Students apply the low-calorie diet method as much as 62.5% and do a low-fat diet 37.2% in terms of nutritional status 75% of students have normal nutritional status, 12.5% undernutrition status, 12.5% overnutrition status and most students do regular physical activity. It can be concluded that most of the respondents already know about the knowledge or understanding of diet. Perform regular physical activity and most respondents have normal nutritional status. However, in implementing the diet, there are still students who still skip meals.

As school mentors, teachers have a role in influencing and fostering children's development. This research aims to explore teacher professionalism's influence on mental health development and the Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) in early childhood. Teacher professionalism, which includes competence, skills, and attitudes in teaching, is crucial in creating a learning environment that supports children's holistic development. In the context of early childhood education, two critical aspects that are influenced by teacher professionalism are children's mental health and progress in children's ZPD. The approach used in the research is quantitative with a causal explanatory type. Researchers use populations and samples; this sampling technique uses proportionate stratified random sampling. Data collection in this research was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis using WarpPLS 4 software goes through two stages of analysis, namely the inner model and the outer model. This research results in Hypothesis 1 testing teacher professionalism (X1) on mental health (Y1). The test results obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, and a T Statistics value of 7,954> 1.96 so that a decision could be made: Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted with the statement: teacher professionalism (X1) influences mental health (Y1); Hypothesis 2 tests teacher professionalism (X1) against the Zone of Proximal Development (Z1). The test results obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, and a T Statistics value of 6,865> 1.96 so that a decision could be made: Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted with a statement; Teacher professionalism (X1) influences the Zone of Proximal Development (Z1). Hypothesis 3 tests teacher professionalism (X1) on mental health (Y1) and Zone of Proximal Development (Z1) simultaneously. The test results obtained a p value of 0.000 < 0.005, and a T Statistics value of 4,819> 1.96 so that a decision could be made: Ho was rejected, and Ha was accepted with the statement: teacher professionalism (X1) influences mental health (Y1) and the Zone of Proximal Development (Z1 ) simultaneously.

Risk management is an important part of creating an effective business plan, especially for new businesses such as “Dessert article is to analyze how risk management can be integrated into a business plan to identify and mitigate potential risks that can impact business success. This study uses a qualitative approach to examine the steps of risk identification, assessment, and mitigation carried out by “Dessert Podsgirls.id”. The findings show that “Dessert Podsgirls.id” can improve operational resilience and competitiveness in the market by implementing systematic risk management. In addition, integrating risk management into business planning allows managers to make more accurate and strategic decisions, thereby increasing investor confidence.
