Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan uji cemaran logam timbal (Pb) pada wortel organik dan wortel anorganik. Analisis dilakukan dengan alat spektrofotometer serapan atom (SSA) pada panjanggelombag 283,3 nm. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kualitas wortel organik danwortel anorganik ditinjau dari cemaran logam timbal (Pb). Sampel wortel organik dan anorganik diambil dari salah satu toko sayur di Purwokerto. Preparasi sampel dilakukan dengan cara destruksi basah. Hasil validasi metode analisis yang telah dilakukan meliputi uji akurasi, uji presisi dan uji linearitas dengan persamaan kurva baku Y = 0,550 x – 0,013, dengan hasil batas deteksi dan batas kuantitasinya sebesar 0,327 ppm dan 1,09 ppm. Dari hasil analisis, adanya Pb pada sampel wortel organik dan anorganik yang diuji tidak terdeteksi. Analysis was performed by atomic absorption spectrophotometer (AAS) at wavelength 283.3 nm. Inorganic and organic carrot samples taken from one grocery store in Purwokerto. Sample preparation was done by wet destruction. The validation method of analysis has been carried out including the testing of accuracy, precision test and linearity test with the equation of regression Y = 0.550 x - 0.013, with the limit of detection and limit quantitation of 0.327 ppm and 1.09 ppm. Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of sciencepreneur learning on learning independence and entrepreneurial spirit of grade IV students at SD Negeri 1 Pakelen for the 2022/2023 academic year. This research uses a quantitative research approach, with associative quantitative research types, and uses quantitative analysis methods (numerical data). Data on learning independence and entrepreneurial spirit were collected using observations using assessment instruments in the form of rubrics. The sample in this study amounted to 22 learners. The research data were processed using a simple linear regression test with the results of the influence of sciencepreneur learning on learning independence t-count = 6.103 and t-table =2.086 means t-count > t-table. For the effect of sciencepreneur learning on entrepreneurial spirit, t count = 7.813 and t table = 2.086 means t-count > t-table. Based on the results of this study, it shows that there is an influence of sciencepreneur learning on learning independence and entrepreneurial spirit of grade IV students of SD Negeri 1 Pakelen for the 2022/2023 academic year.
