PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. KAI) a State Owned Enterprises which currently is one of the major players in the ground transportation services industry has long been actively involved in the business of land transportation services. This study is limited in the scope of the analysis of the ratio-financial analysis, and then formulated using Alman z-score method. Ratio analysis is done based on financial data obtained from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Indonesia ranging from 2012 to 2013. Then the figures obtained will be correlated with theories relevant financial, in order to obtain valid results that can be scientifically defensible. Furthermore, a comparison test as a reference in determining the potential failure of the items in the financial statements, and determine which of the posts have a strong and significant correlation. Media that can be used to examine the health condition of the company was a financial report consists of the Balance Sheet or Statement of Profit / loss, or results of operations, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Financial Position. The financial reports produced by the management of a company is the end result of the process of business activities undertaken by the existing components in the company. The financial statements are made to account for the activities of the company to the owner and provide information about the financial position of the company has been achieved against the parties concerned. The purpose of this study to test empirically to related effect of budgetparticipation on the performance of local government officials with leadership style, decentralization and organizational commitment as a moderating variable in the district Kab. Rokan Hilir. Data collected by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. Population used in this study were all echelon II, III and IV in 15 work units (SKPD) in Kab. Rokan Hilir. The analytical method used is multiple regression wearing T-test using SPSS 17.00. The result of this study it is conclouded that in partial budget participation has an influence on the performance of local government officials. The result of the second test for inteeraction and leadership style also suggest that the effect on the relationship between budgetary participation and performance local government. And for the result of the decentralization variable interactions are also significant effect on the relationship of participation and performance of local government officials. Interaction and ttest result, which showed that the four organizational commitment can not moderate the relationship between budget participation on the performance of local government officials.Keywords : Budget Participation, Leadership Style, Decentralization, andOrganizational Commitment

Masalah gizi yang terus-menerus akibat malnutrisi adalah stunting.Infeksi menular dan asupan gizi yang tidak mencukupi baik kualitas maupun kuantitas merupakan faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya stunting. Kami mampu mengidentifikasi dan memahami kondisi kesehatan di Desa Pringgoboyo setelah melakukan observasi di sana. Kami menemukan beberapa faktor yang mengganggu dan berkontribusi terhadap stunting, yang paling menonjol adalah malnutrisi yang tidak seimbang dan peran suami atau ayah yang tidak tepat.membantu dengan ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan; 1) pewarnaan kain tenun sesek di Desa Pringgasela Timur, 2) komposisi motif tenun sesek di Desa Pringgasela Timur dan 3) Fungsi dari tenun sesek di Desa Pringgasela Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi dan wawancara. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan wawancara. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Proses pewarnaan kain tenun sesek di Desa Pringgasela Timur menggunakan pewarnaan bahan alam 2) Penempatan komposisi motif pada kain tenun sesek di Desa Pringgasela Timur termasuk kedalam penempatan komposisi semetris, komposisi asimetris dan komposisi sentral. 3) Fungsi dari Kain tenun sesek di Desa Pringgasela Timur antara lain sebagai alat upacara adat (pernikahan), sebagai alat peling diri (gamis kemeja, rok, dll) dan sebagai alat ekonomi.

This research aims to find out to what extent that final-term test of pre-intermediate level in healthcare English program complies to the criteria of good test. A qualitative design with content analysis method was carried out to conduct this study. To analyze the data, the researcher first examined the test items and instructions in both the oral test and final test. After that, the items were classified. Once it was done, the researcher would decide to what extent the test is considered as a good test. The result shows that the test does not fulfill the criteria of a good test since only some of the criteria are complied. The oral test contains only three principles, which are validity, authenticity, and washback. Meanwhile, the same goes to the written test since it only covers validity, authenticity, and washback.

Pengenalan English Math, yaitu integrasi pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris dan Matematika dasar, menjadi pendekatan inovatif dalam pendidikan Anak Usia Dini di era globalisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan peran orang tua dalam mendampingi proses pembelajaran English Math serta meningkatkan kesadaran mereka terhadap pentingnya keterlibatan dalam pendidikan anak. Kegiatan sosialisasi dilakukan di PAUD Pelita Harmoni melalui seminar interaktif yang melibatkan orang tua murid. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman orang tua mengenai konsep English Math dan antusiasme tinggi dalam mendukung pembelajaran anak di rumah. Meskipun terdapat beberapa kendala seperti perbedaan latar belakang pendidikan dan keterbatasan waktu, kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa kolaborasi antara sekolah dan orang tua mampu menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan menyenangkan bagi anak. Dengan demikian, peran aktif orang tua menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam pengenalan English Math sejak dini.
