<![CDATA[Through the ability of technology, facilities, infrastructures, and sufficient operational activities, business competition in air transport service is becoming tighter. All airlines are competing to be the best. As one of the most experienced companies, in fact, PT Garuda Indonesia has experienced hard times. By using qualitative and quantitative methods with Altman Z Score method, it is found that in the period of 2003-2007 PT Garuda Indonesia faced a very critical situation. Only in 2007, this company started to recover and improve.

<![CDATA[PT. Kereta Api Indonesia (PT. KAI) a State Owned Enterprises which currently is one of the major players in the ground transportation services industry has long been actively involved in the business of land transportation services. This study is limited in the scope of the analysis of the ratio-financial analysis, and then formulated using Alman z-score method. Ratio analysis is done based on financial data obtained from PT. Kereta Api Indonesia Indonesia ranging from 2012 to 2013. Then the figures obtained will be correlated with theories relevant financial, in order to obtain valid results that can be scientifically defensible. Furthermore, a comparison test as a reference in determining the potential failure of the items in the financial statements, and determine which of the posts have a strong and significant correlation. Media that can be used to examine the health condition of the company was a financial report consists of the Balance Sheet or Statement of Profit / loss, or results of operations, Cash Flow Statement, Statement of Changes in Financial Position. The financial reports produced by the management of a company is the end result of the process of business activities undertaken by the existing components in the company. The financial statements are made to account for the activities of the company to the owner and provide information about the financial position of the company has been achieved against the parties concerned.

<![CDATA[Indonesia sebagai negara di area ‘ring of fire’ yang mempunyai deretan gunung berapi terbanyak di dunia mempunyai resiko bencana alam yang tinggi. Salah satu bencana alam terburuk dalam sejarah Indonesia adalah tsunami Aceh di tahun 2004. Letusan gunung berapi, banjir, tanah longsor, kabut asap, tsunami merupakan ancaman terus-menerus. Penanganan penanggulangan bencana baik pada pra bencana, saat bencana maupun paska bencana membutuhkan suatu koordinasi yang harus terintegrasi mengingat sensivitas waktu dan rentannya korban bencana. Penelitian memaparkan aktifitas penelitian dan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang telah dilakukan oleh Institut Transportasi dan Logistik (ITL) Trisakti dalam memberikan kesadaran akan Manajemen Kebencanaan khususnya dibidang Transportasi dan Logistik Kebencanaan pada saat pra bencana maupun saat bencana. Terlibat aktif dalam pembentukan Forum Logistik Penanggulangan Bencana Indonesia (FORLOG PBI) yang diinisiasi oleh Badan Nasional Penanggulangan Bencana (BNPB), menjadi tim inti pembentukan Klaster Nasional Logistik Penanggulangan Bencana (KLASNASLOG PB) BNPB pertama di Indonesia, pembuatan kurikulum dan pengajaran mata kuliah Humanitarian Logistics di ITL Trisakti, memberikan penyuluhan tentang Logistik Kebencanaan kepada BNPB maupun masyarakat, maupun membuat penelitian serta tulisan tentang Manajemen Kebencanaan, telah dilakukan. Tulisan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif karena ingin menggambarkan secara jelas dan mendalam aktifitas yang telah dilakukan. Hasil yang didapat adalah harus adanya kerjasama yang dilambangkan oleh segitiga Helix antara semua aktor yang terlibat seperti pemerintah, industri dan masyarakat (dengan akademisi didalamnya) untuk meningkatkan awareness atau kesadaran akan pentingnya Manajemen Kebencanaan.]]>

<![CDATA[PT. Dianta Daya Embara is one of the logistics company in Indonesia dealing with documents and package delivery. The purpose of the research is to figure out the strategy of the company to increase the number of document deliveries. The writer was using field research by observing the company while doing the internship program, interviewing the general manager, and spreading the questionnaire to the managers and supervisors of the company. SWOT analysis was used to analyse the data. The result of the EFI matrix shows that the strength of the company lies in the cleanliness of the warehouse. Based on EFE matrix, the opportunity of the company lies in the market place and business growth. Based on IE matrix, the company is in cell II in the position of growing and building. The study suggests the company to increase the number of delivery by giving additional delivery service for “express package.”]]>

<![CDATA[Latar Belakang : Direktorat Perhubungan Jalan Direktorat Jenderal Perhubungan Darat memiliki rencana kerja yang merupakan salah satu proses yang menjelaskan bahwa atasan dan bawahan akan bersinergi untuk membuat rencana berbagai pekerjaan yang akan dilakukan pada tahun mendatang. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel penelitian yang diambil sebanyak 65 sampel. Data dikumpulkan melalui instrumen berupa lembar pernyataan dengan model skala Likert yang telah diuji. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier, korelasi sederhana, parsial atau simultan dan analisis jalur. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan untuk meningkatkan kinerja PNS dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan lingkungan kerja melalui peningkatan motivasi kerja. Motivasi kerja sebagai mediator kausal pengembangan karir dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan perkembangan kinerja PNS Direktorat Perhubungan Jalan Ditjen Hubdat. Kesimpulan: Hasil kesimulam yaitu pengembangan karir berpengaruh langsung terhadap kinerja PNS. Berdasarkan temuan tersebut, peningkatan kinerja PNS dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan efisiensi pengembangan karir. Pengaruh langsung lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja PNS menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja dapat dilakukan dengan mengoptimalkan lingkungan kerja.]]>

<![CDATA[Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia (WHO) memperkirakan bahwa kecelakaan lalu lintas jalan adalah penyebab utama ketiga 'kematian dan penyakit' di seluruh dunia. Oleh karena itu, banyak negara telah meluncurkan program keselamatan untuk mengurangi kecelakaan lalu lintas dengan meningkatkan kesadaran diri masyarakat. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang peran mediasi kesadaran diri dalam hubungan antara sikap keselamatan dan norma subjektif terhadap perilaku kepatuhan berkendaran di masa new normal covid-19. Sebanyak 154 pengemudi ojek online di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak AMOS untuk mengungkapkan efek mediasi dari kesadaran diri. Hasil penelitian, ditemukan peran mediasi kesadaran diri dalam hubungan norma subjektif dengan perilaku kepatuhan berkendara pengemudi ojek online. Dalam hubungan antara sikap keselamatan dan perilaku kepatuhan mengemudi, tidak ada peran mediasi kesadaran diri. Perlu sosialisasi intensif terkait peraturan lalu lintas terkait covid-19 kepada pengemudi kendaraan bermotor khususnya pengemudi ojek online.]]>
