Abstract

  ABSTRACT   Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah rumah tangga sasaran penerima manfaat Raskin di Kota Medan merupakan rumah tangga miskin, untuk menganalisis mekanisme penentuan rumah tangga miskin yang akan menjadi penerima manfaat Raskin di Kota Medan, untuk menganalisis sistem pendistribusian Raskin di Kota Medan dan untuk menganalisis keefektifan distribusi Raskin berdasarkan indikator enam tepat di Kota Medan. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah analisis deskriptif dan analisis efektivitas program Raskin sesuai ketetapan Pemerintah. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa rumah tangga sasaran penerima manfaat Raskin di Kota Medan adalah rumah tangga miskin. Rumah tangga sasaran penerima manfaat Raskin di Kota Medan ditentukan oleh Tim Nasional Percepatan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan berdasarkan data Program Perlindungan Sosial Badan Pusat Statistik tahun 2011. Sistem pendistribusian Raskin di Kota Medan adalah dimulai dari Walikota Medan menerbitkan Surat Permintaan Alokasi kepada Perum Bulog, Perum Bulog menerbitkan Surat Perintah Penyerahan Barang kecamatan dan kelurahan, Perum Bulog menyalurkan beras ke titik distribusi yaitu kantor kelurahan di masing-masing Kecamatan di kota Medan dan beras dibagikan ke penerima Raskin. Dalam pencapaian indikator keefektifan pendistribusian beras Raskin di Kota Medan dari sisi tepat sasaran, jumlah, harga, waktu, administrasi, dan kualitas belum sepenuhnya efektif.     Kata kunci: Raskin, Distribusi, Efektivitas

Abstract

This study aims to describe the lingual form of talkative speech spoken by caregivers at the Rantau Prapat City Orphanage, and identify the factors that cause the lingual form of talkative speech spoken by the caregivers at the Rantau City Orphanage. This study uses a qualitative approach from data taken from the words of the caretaker of the Putri Siti Khadijah Orphanage in the City of Rantau Prapat. This research was conducted at the location, namely Jl. Supratman No. 36 Rantau Prapat City, West Billa District, Labuhan Batu Regency, North Sumatra Province. The theory used in this research is psycholinguistics, stimulus-response, factors that cause talkativeness. This study uses a qualitative method with data collection used is the proficient method and the listening method with note and record techniques, and interview techniques that do not. The results found in this study were lingual forms of talkative behavior in the form of words and sentences, including: (1) Koprolalia (2) Ekolalia (3) Auto Ekolalia, and (4) Automatic Obidience.In this study, it was also found that the factors that caused the caretaker of the Putri Siti Khadijah Orphanage in Rantau Prapat City to behave in talkative speech. Factors consist of imitation, suggestion, identification, and sympathy.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Lau Sigembura hot spring tour, STM Hilir sub-district, Deli Serdang district using the magnetic method. This study aims to determine. Subsurface structures and the distribution of magnetic anomalies which are geothermal manifestations. The number of measurement points is 50 with an area of ​​1000 square meters. Data acquisition was carried out using the PPM Model GEM System type GSM 19T.While data processing uses daily corrections and IGRF corrections as well as upward continuations. Modeling is done using Mag2DC software. The total magnetic field ranges from -900 nT to 500 nT based on the contour of the local magnetic anomaly, the variation in the value of the anomaly is around -1050 nT to 350 nT. While the quantitative interpretation indicates the presence sandstone rock with susceptibility value 0,1075 cgs, Andesit with susceptibility values 0,0183 cgs, limestone with a susceptibility value of 0.0001 cgs – 0.0021 cgs. And shales with susceptibility value 0,021 cgs.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of health promotion through social media in encouraging healthy behaviors among adolescents. The discussion covers two main aspects: the urgency of health promotion through social media for adolescents, and the effectiveness and challenges faced in its implementation. The urgency of health promotion through social media is based on the high usage of digital platforms among adolescents, making it a potential tool for disseminating health information. Social media allows for quick and wide access to educational content, enhances health literacy, and encourages active participation of adolescents in maintaining their health. The study results indicate that health promotion through social media is effective in increasing health knowledge and motivating healthy behavior changes. However, several challenges need to be addressed, such as the spread of inaccurate information, limited access and digital literacy, and issues of privacy and data security. This study concludes that despite the challenges, social media has great potential as an effective health promotion tool for adolescents. Appropriate strategies are needed to overcome these challenges, including digital literacy education and the development of regulations to ensure information accuracy. Further research is recommended to explore the combination of social media with face-to-face interventions to enhance the effectiveness of health promotion

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of facility quality and service quality on customer satisfaction at Liu's Nelayan Cemara Asri Medan restaurant. As one of the leading restaurants in the region, Liu's Fisherman faces the challenge of maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction levels amidst increasingly fierce competition. This research uses quantitative methods by collecting data through questionnaires distributed to restaurant customers. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression to test the influence of the independent variables, namely facility quality and service quality, on the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. The research results show that facility quality and service quality have a significant influence on customer satisfaction. The quality of facilities including comfort, cleanliness and restaurant aesthetics makes a positive contribution to the customer's dining experience. Apart from that, service quality which includes friendliness, speed and professionalism of staff is also a main factor that increases customer satisfaction. Thus, improving the quality of facilities and services is recommended to maintain customer loyalty and restaurant competitiveness.
