Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived organizational support, organizational change, and organizational culture on employee performance. This type of research is explanatory. The populations are 61 employees of PT. Pegadaian (Persero) Malang City, sampling using the census method. This type of data uses quantitative and the data source is primary data. Data collection through questionnaires. The method of analysis uses a range of scales and multiple linear regression. The results of the calculation of the perceived organizational support scale range show high, organizational change shows good, organizational culture shows good and employee performance shows high. Perceptions of organizational support, organizational change, and organizational culture partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

Tujuan dari pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pendampingan dan penyuluhan kepada individu/pengusaha kecil khususnya di IKM Vertebleu tentang pelatihan pemasaran online. Metode pelaksanaan yang digunakan yaitu tutorial dan diskusi, demonstrasi, dan metode pendampingan dengan maksud dapat mengembangkan kreativitas pada mitra. Diharapkan setelah dilakukannya program pengabdian ini, para peserta memiliki pengetahuan dan wawasan di bidang pemasaran online dan menjadi pengusaha kecil yang terampil untuk berinovasi dan menambah kreativitas dalam pengelolaan industrinya.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance with organizational citizenship behavior as mediation at CV Berlian Makmur in Situbondo Regency. The population in the study was 55 production employees. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data collection through questionnaires and interviews. The analysis method uses a range of scales and linear regression analysis techniques with SmartPLS 2.0. The results showed that compensation and work environment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance partially. Compensation has no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational citizenship behavior has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior does not mediate compensation for employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior mediates the work environment on employee performance.

Abstract

 This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on employee performance through work procedures as an intervening variable. The type of data used in this study is associative using quantitative research methods. The population of this study was 83 respondents with a total sampling method. The data analysis technique uses path analysis. The results show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a positive and insignificant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that work motivation, work discipline, and work procedures together affect employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment. This research was conducted on employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Sumenep with a total of 58 respondents. The sampling technique uses the total sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique uses path analysis and the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture shows strong results, organizational commitment shows high results and employee performance shows high results. There is a significant influence between organizational culture influencing employee performance, organizational culture influencing organizational commitment, organizational commitment influencing employee performance, and organizational commitment mediating the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, meaning that increasing organizational commitment can increase the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of training on employee performance mediated by work discipline. This study uses a quantitative and descriptive approach, with the PLS-SEM approach. The object of this research is PT. PLN (PERSERO) UP3 Jayapura with a population and sample of 70 employees. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 3.0 software. The results of this study indicate that Training has a significant effect on employee performance. Training has a significant effect on work discipline. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline can mediate between training and employee performance in full, which means that work discipline can strengthen the effect of training in improving employee performance.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang sehat dan aman, sehingga dapat mengurangi kemungkinan terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Pentingnya melakukan sosialisasi tentang perlunya penerapan K3 di industri/pekerjaan agar para pekerja menyadari betapa pentingnyahal tersebut. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk menambah pemahaman dan pengetahuan mengenaiKeselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja (K3) dan penerapannya di tempat kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah sosialisasi K3 kepada para pekerja yang terlibat dalam proyek pembangunan Muhammadiyah Boarding School Malang, dengan harapan peningkatan pemahaman akan pentingnya menjaga dan menerapkan K3 melalui analisis dan identifikasi kerja kecelakaan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah adanya pemahaman mengenai penerapan K3 dalam bekerja lingkungan hidup telah berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

The research aims to describe entrepreneurial orientation, work ethic and performance of disabled entrepreneurs in the city of Malang. The influence of entrepreneurial orientation on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, the influence of work ethic on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, knowing the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on work ethic, knowing the influence of entrepreneurial orientation and work ethic of people with disabilities. This research was conducted on entrepreneurs with 172 respondents. Sampling technique using simple random sampling, Data collection is carried out by interview techniques and questionnaires. Scale Range and Multiple Linear Regression data analysis techniques. Research shows entrepreneurial orientation in disabled entrepreneurs with strong criteria, work ethic in disabled entrepreneurs with very strong criteria, disabled entrepreneurial performance with very high criteria, Entrepreneurial orientation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, work ethic has a positive and significant effect on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs, entrepreneurial orientatin has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial performance Disability, entrepreneurial orientation and work ethic have a positive and significant effect on the performance of disabled entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi, masjid juga harus bertransformasi dalam menyebarkan nilai-nilai kebaikan dan ajaran agama dengan memanfaatkan ruang-ruang digital. Saat ini, media sosial menjadi sebuah kewajiban yang menurut para remaja harus dimiliki dan berpengaruh bagi kehidupan generasi masa kini. Mengemas konten dakwah Islam yang disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan dan selera anak muda juga menjadi kesuitan bagi takmir masjid Imam Bukhari kota Malang. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial yang adapatif sesuai perkembangan jaman. Pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tiga tahap yaitu sosialiasi, pelatihan, dan pendampingan. Hasil dari pendampingan ini adalah tampilan media sosial masjid yang mengikuti perkembangan jaman dan penggungahan konten secara berkala. Ada beberapa hal yang menjadi kendala dalam kegiatan ini seperti takmir masjid senior yang kuang bisa mengikuti materi pelatihan dan kurang lengkapnya peralatan dan perlengkapan media komunikasi digital yang dimiliki masjid Imam Bukhari.
