TAFSIR BURHANI AYAT EKONOMI: Rekontruksi Penafsiran terhadap Sumber Ekonomi Islam Abidin, Zainal

The reconstruction of thought in Islamic economics will provide significant space to absorb all existing entities, both from Islam and conventional economics. The reconstruction method that can be offered is a burhani interpretation of Muhammad Abid al-Jabiriâ€™s concept of thought. So far, the interpretation of al-Qurâ€™an is still dominated by the concept of bayani which still places texts as something sacred, thus losing a harmonious relationship with the context. The emphasis of research on the burhani method is a reconstruction of the bayani method which only emphasizes on istibanthiyah. The convergence between the two methods, between bayani and burhani will give to a living interpretation of al-Qurâ€™an. So, the Qur'an is not only a reading that adorns Islam but is also a way of life or known as hudan according to the function of the descent of the Qur'an, including in economic context.[Rekontruksi pemikiran dalam ekonomi islam akan memberikan ruang yang signifikan untuk menyerap semua entitas yang ada, baik dari Islam maupun ekonomi konvensional.. Metode rekonstruksi yang bisa ditawarkan adalah tafsir burhani dari konsep pemikiran Muhammad Abid al-Jabiri. Selama ini ranah penafsiran ini masih didominasi konsep bayani yang masih menempatkan teks-teks sebagai sesuatu yang sakral sehingga kehilangan hubungan yang harmonis dengan konteksnya. Penekanan adanya research dalam metode burhani merupakan sebuah rekontruksi terhadap metode bayani yang hanya menekankan pada istibanthiyahÂ semata. DPS It is urgent to give serious respond on the existing opinion that syariahbanking is practically similar to conventional one. In fact, they are differentin certain folds. One of the distinctive points is that the former has beenequipped by a supervision board---Dewan Pengurus Syariah (DPS). Thisarticle exposes two things: firstly, it discusses how DPS operates itssupervision function against BPR Syariah SPM in Pamekasan; secondly, itdescribes how DPS contributes its supervision function toward BPR SyariahSPM Pamekasan as an effort to keep the BPR Syariah be in the syariah(Islamic law) track. This research employs case study design of qualitativeapproach. This study results the followings---firstly, DPS has systematicallysupervised the BPRS SPM. The supervision is regularly undergone at leastonce a month toward the administration (contract transaction) and customer.Secondly, DPS BPRS SPM runs important contribution to enhance thesyariah values of BPRS SPM. DPS both supervise and advise BPRS SPM touphold the syariah principles in running the whole banking operations.

The method in Islamic studies is a necessity for the reason that with a correct and accurate method, Islamic study becomes an interesting exploration in the academia. In Islamic Studies courses, issues of life problems associated with Islam need to be handled. This paper discerns the challenges and opportunities that arise in Islamic studies and relate these to the development of the Islamic economic realm. This article argues that Islamic studies is faced with a huge prospect , namely a reform at the philosophical level. Hence, concepts to enrich the perspectives using a multi-dimensional approach are suggested. Besides, strengthening the field of text supplementation by presenting an understanding of hermeneutics and understanding the concept of maqasid shari'a are also encouraged. It concludes with an obsession to present a sensitive and integrated Islam with modernity.

Coronavirus has evolved into a global pandemic. The virus, which was first discovered in Wuhan in China, has quickly and massively spread throughout the world, and it has even paralyzed global socio-economic activities. In Indonesia, the Covid-19 pandemic first appeared in Jakarta. In a few days, it spread to all regions and islands, including Madura, one of East Java islands with a strict, strong religious scent and has considerable respect to religious structures and symbols, like the Islamic organization Nahdhatul Ulama' (NU). This study examined this Islamic organizations' socio-economic role in Covid-19 countermeasures through philanthropic activities. This qualitative study uses primary data and secondary data. This study describes how NU implements its socio-economic role in mitigating the spread of Covid-19 pandemic in Madura through philanthropic activities.

Standar akuntansi merupakan konsep dasar yang sangat diperlukan dalam penyusunan dan pengembangan pedoman penyelenggaraan akuntansi atas suatu asset, utang maupun ekuitas dalam pengelolaan Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji (BPIH). Modul pedoman akuntansi Biaya Penyelenggaraan Ibadah Haji saat ini belum mengatur secara detail terkait dengan pengelolaan BPIH, yakni modul tersebut hanya sebagai bahan latihan untuk pelatihan pedoman akuntansi penyelenggaraan BPIH yang mengatur pencatatan dan pembuatan laporan keuangan secara umum. Kementerian Agama perlu melakukan koordinasi kepada pihak terkait seperti Ikatan Ahli Akuntansi (IAI) dalam merumuskan standar akuntasi (PSAK) BPIH dan mengembangkan sistem aplikasi informasi akuntansi agar pelaporan pengelolaan keuangan BPIH bisa lebih komprehensif dan lebih dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.

Islamic Economics Development in Indonesia: Reflection on Contemporary Thoughts of Muslim Intellectuals Zainal Abidin

This study aims to establish the record of accomplishment of the strong hallmark of Islamic economic thought and its contribution to economic development. The ideas rooted from the Muslim intellectuals in Indonesia, the scholars of the State Islamic Religious Colleges (PTKIN) as institutions mandated in developing Islamic economics and human resources, were discussed to outline the multifaceted phenomenon of Islamic economic development. This study scrutinizes ideas conveyed in internationally reputed, Sinta 1-indexed, Web of Science-indexed, or Scopus-indexed journals. This study outlined a qualitative approach in the form of library research using content analysis. This study disclosed that Indonesian Muslim intellectuals brought to light the issue of zakah excessing other themes in the Islamic economy as the solution to perennial problems of the social, political, and cultural conditions of Indonesian society. The results of this study contribute to the views of Islamic economic concept and practice as insights and references of its continuous development in Indonesia.

THE JIHAD OF ECONOMIC: THE SPIRIT OF ISLAMIC ECONOMIC MOVEMENT BY KYAI IN MADURA Zainal Abidin

The dynamics that occur in the business by kyai in Pamekasan is dynamic in the whole side of the boarding school like the actors, software, and hardware of a boarding school, where the kyai as a determinant factor of the dynamics including the dynamics of business. Kyai and the boarding school do the business can be differentiated into three types, namely: kyai of business, a boarding school of business, and kyai and boarding school of business. It was implemented in a manner that istiqamah, consistent, resignation and exert all the ability to get kosher profits according to shariah. The spiritual value of business by kyai is the crystallization of â€˜aqidah, shariah, and akhlaq which is based on Al-Quran and Al-Sunnah, which includes economic jihad, 'iffah and businesses as a movement of daâ€™wah namely daâ€™wah bi al- hal as a basic. Kyai who do the business is able to meet all levels of the hierarchy of needs ranging from physiological needs to self-actualization needs of kyai as a personal of himself as well as leaders of boarding schools, so kyai be independent to do everything according to Kyaiâ€™s idealism without intervention from the other. =========================================== Dinamika yang yang terjadi dalam bidang bisnis oleh kyai di Pamekasan adalah dinamika di seluruh sisi pesantren yang seperti para pelaku, perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras sebuah pesantren, dimana kyai sebagai faktor penentu dinamika termasuk dinamika bisnis. Kyai dan pesantren melakukan bisnis yang dapat dibagi menjadi tiga tipe, yaitu: bisnis kyai, bisnis pesantren, dan kyai dan pesantren bisnis. Hal ini diimplementasikan secara istiqamah, konsisten, dikenal dan digunakan pada seluruh kemampun untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang layak sesuai dengan syariâ€™ah. Nilai spiritual dalam bisnis oleh kyai adalah kristaliasi dari â€˜aqidah, syariâ€™ah dan akhlak yang berdasarkan Al Qurâ€™an dan Al Sunnah, termasuk ekonomi jihad, â€˜iffah dan bisnis sebagai suatu gerakan dakwah yang disebut dengan daâ€™wah bi al- hal sebagai dasarnya. Kyai yang melakukan bisnis mampu berhadapan dengan semua tingkatan hierarki kebutuhan dimulai dari kebutuhan psikologis, hingga kebutuhan aktualisasi diri kyai sebagai pribadi dan juga sebagai pemimpin pesantren, maka kyai dapat bebas melakukan segala sesuatu menurut idealism kyai tanpa adanya intervensi dari pihak lain.

The role of ulema in the life of the Madurese community is not only as a religious leader but also as an advisor in all aspects of life, e.g., marriage, childbirth, aqiqah, and death. In addition, ulema also plays a role in the development of community business, as has been done by several ulemas in Madura, such as one of the caregivers of the most prominent Islamic boarding school in Madura. This study aims to analyse the business strategy of Madurese ulama. It is qualitative research with in-depth interviews about the business strategy developed by ulema in Madura. Four Islamic boarding schools and ulema are the objects of this research, so this research concludes that the ulema in Madura do not have a specific business strategy. However, observing the business practices carried out by the Madurese ulama, the ulema has implemented a business strategy, namely a product differentiation strategy. Product differentiation strategy is a competitive strategy that refers to different customer perceptions of the same product. Thus, all business areas cultivated by ulema will be developed on the condition that they do not conflict with Islamic teachings.
