Abstract

The factor of culture in connection with job satisfaction appears prominent nowadays. Thisstudy attempts to determine the direct influence of culture on the job performance of CivilServants. It also determines the direct effect of job satisfaction on the performance of CivilServants as well as to determine the indirect influence of culture on job performance throughjob satisfaction of Civil Servants. This research was conducted at the Office of Tourism andCulture Jember district for 60 days by giving questionnaires to the existing Civil Servant inthe Office of Tourism and Culture Jember district using census techniques where the sampleis all of the existing Civil Servants in the Office of Tourism and Culture Jember regency consistingof 22 people. Research method used explanatory research to explain the influenceamong the variables. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results show that there isa direct influence of culture on job performance by 72.5%, on job satisfaction performanceby 35.6%, and there is no direct link between culture and job performance through job satisfactionof 20.9%.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis model, optimalisasi pemberdayaan dan peningkatan kinerja usaha kecil menengah dengan mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis kondisi ekternal, kondisi internal, kapabilitas inovasi yang mencakup kapabilitas sumber daya manusia, kapabilitas pengembangan produk baru, kapabilitas produksi dan operasi; mengkaji tingkat kompetensi yang terdiri dari knowledge, skill dan ability yang dimiliki sumber daya manusia usaha kecil menengah pengrajin batik dan TANOKER di Kabupaten Jember. Responden penelitian ini meliputi semua pelaku atau pengrajin usaha kecil menengah industri kreatif batik di Sentra Pengembangan Batik Sumber Jambe sebanyak 30 orang dan pengrajin Tanoker sebanyak 20 orang. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan sensus.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the direct and indirect effects of the use of information technology, competence and organizational culture through work motivation on the performance of lecturers at STIE Mandala Jember. This research was conducted on permanent lecturers at STIE Mandala Jember. The number of respondents in this study were 39 people. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample in which the entire population in the study is sampled. Data analysis was carried out usingPartial Least Square - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). HasThe research shows that the use of information technology, competence and work motivation has a significant positive effect on lecturer performance, while organizational culture has no significant effect on lecturer performance.

Abstract

This study aims to build a model of consumer preference in choosing Islamic banking. This study uses a comparative study between people's understanding of Islamic banking and conventional banking which is influenced by several factors. The sample in this study amounted to 200 people who had different backgrounds. Existing data were analyzed using Structural equation models (SEM). The research results show that there is a level of understanding and preference of the community towards different Islamic banking which is influenced by several factors developed in this research model. In the next research, it is expected to conduct an assessment of the decision to choose Islamic and conventional banking products that concentrate more on specific products in Islamic banking. In addition, further research is expected to take into account environmental factors and government policies as well as other factors that have not been studied in this study so that it is expected to enrich the knowledge in the field of management, especially consumer preferences and decision making using Islamic banking products

Abstract

Jember University is the largest academic community in the Jember region, East Java, which has 1,312 teaching and educational staff consisting of 544 educational staff . permanent/PNS (Civil Servants) and 768 contract education staff /PPNPN ( Non-Civil Servant Government Employees). Seeing the enormous potential of Jember University to develop rapidly, it is necessary to improve the quality of its human resources. Study This aim For analyze influence leadership style, psychological work environment, perceived organizational support (POS) through intrinsic job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) of non-civil servant government employees (PPNPN) at the University of Jember. This research using explanatory research type . The population in this study was all PPNPN education staff that is as much 768 people with a research sample of 263 people. Technique taking sample in study This use method purposive sampling . Analytical tools used in this research use method analysis Structural Equation Model – Analysis of Moment Structure ( SEM- AMOS). The research results show that there is a significant influence between Leadership Style , Psychological Work Environment , Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Intrinsic Job Satisfaction and Organizational behavior Citizenship Behavior (OCB). And intrinsic job satisfaction is able to mediate Leadership Style , Psychological Work Environment , and Perceived Organizational Support (POS) on Organizational behavior Citizenship Behavior (OCB)

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of quality of work life (QWL), organizational culture, and competence on employee performance with motivation as a mediating variable in Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Permukiman Kabupaten Situbondo. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory method. The research sample consisted of 146 civil servants, which represented the entire population (saturated sample). Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) through SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that QWL, organizational culture, and competence significantly influence employee performance. Motivation also significantly influences employee performance, but only mediates the influence of competence on performance, and does not mediate the influence of QWL and organizational culture on performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of compensation, employee well-being and work motivation as intervening variables on employee performance, this study will test the direct and indirect effects. In this study using quantitative research methods. The number of samples used in this study totalled 112 respondents. By using saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled. By using Smart PLS version 3, the analysis results show that 1) compensation has a significant effect on employee well being 2) compensation has a significant effect on work motivation 3) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance 4) employee well being has a significant effect on employee performance 5) work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance 6) compensation mediates the effect of employee well being on employee performance 7) compensation mediates the effect of work motivation on employee performance.

Abstract

Shopee is an online shopping platform that is widely used by people from various groups, from the lower middle class to the upper middle class. Shopee has powerful digital services and is accompanied by very easy payment methods and provides many promotions such as discounts and free shipping with or without a minimum purchase, this service is what makes Shopee one of the best e-commerce. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the influence of E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics on Consumer Satisfaction on the Shopee application. In this research, the Purposive Sampling method was used to obtain samples. Meanwhile, for this research method, a quantitative descriptive method approach is used. The research results can be concluded that partially there is a significant influence of E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics on consumer satisfaction. Apart from that, the results of this research also show that there is a significant positive influence of the variabels E-Service Quality, Brand Image and Islamic Business Ethics simultaneously on Consumer Satisfaction. This indicates that these elements need serious attention for marketing because these variabels will influence consumer considerations in making purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of using Facebook advertising features in increasing sales of jilbab products at Alwani Nusantara Production House, Nangkaan District, Bondowoso Regency. The method used is qualitative analysis with a case study approach. The research data comes from primary data obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation, while secondary data is obtained from documents, journals, and websites relevant to the research. The results show that the use of Facebook advertising still has the potential to increase sales, despite a decline in sales data from 2022 to 2024. Factors such as ad duration and content quality significantly influence consumer interest and purchasing decisions. This research recommends that Alwani Nusantara explore other promotional media to optimize their marketing strategy.
