Abstract

Motivation to learn is very important for every student at school, especially at the Madrasah Tsanawiyah level. In addition, the support for a student at school is his achievement. This study aims to describe the flipped classroom strategy in Madrasah Tsanawiyah. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods using a survey model, conducted by online and in-depth interviews. The research subjects in this case are educators and students who are in school in Flipped classroom learning. The method that the researcher used to collect data was interview. This study found that the use of Flipped classroom can make learners more active and independent in understanding the learning material provided. This can be proven by the habit of students who are getting used to studying at home. This flipped classroom allows students to be more inclined to develop themselves to know this learning. The limitation of this study is that researchers have not developed a perfect flipped classroom to measure the level of teacher proficiency. Therefore, the next researcher can conduct research that aims to perfect flipped classroom learning.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation strategies of out-of-school education (OSE) in remote areas through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach. The primary focus of this research is to identify the main challenges faced in implementing OSE in remote regions, analyze the role of various stakeholders in supporting OSE implementation, and formulate effective strategies that can enhance the quality and access to education in these areas. Additionally, this study aims to provide policy recommendations that can support the sustainability of OSE in remote regions. The research method used is a systematic literature review (SLR), which involves searching for and critically analyzing related literature that has been published. Data were collected from various sources, including reputable international journals and Sinta-accredited journals, which were then analyzed to identify patterns, themes, and gaps in previous research. The findings of the study indicate that the main challenges in implementing OSE in remote areas include limited transportation access, inadequate infrastructure, and a lack of technological support. Furthermore, the study found that the roles of stakeholders such as the government, NGOs, and local communities are crucial in supporting the success of OSE programs. Effective strategies to improve the quality and access to OSE include enhanced teacher training, the utilization of digital technology, and the adaptation of policies that align with local conditions. The proposed policy recommendations emphasize the need for sustained support from central and regional governments, as well as active community involvement in the education process.

Abstract

This study analyzes the intervention of the PKPA Foundation in the prevention of child violence in Bale Village, Donggala Regency, using a descriptive qualitative method by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants involved include the Village Head, the Chairman of the Foundation, Foundation Staff, and the child's parents, who have an important role in the problem being investigated. The results of the study show that violence against children, whether physical, emotional, verbal, or neglect, has a significant impact on children's psychological development, such as anxiety, depression, and PTSD. This impact interferes with children's ability to manage emotions, form healthy interpersonal relationships, and increase the risk of social isolation. The PKPA Foundation implements prevention strategies that involve a community-based approach through education, community empowerment, and psychosocial support to victims. The Bale Village Government plays a role in strengthening local norms and building a community-based protection system. Based on these findings, it is suggested that further research measure the effectiveness of community-based approaches in preventing child violence in other areas with different social conditions. Researchers also need to explore the role and challenges of village governments in the implementation of child protection systems and analyze the long-term impact of violence on children, particularly in social and academic aspects after receiving interventions. Keywords: children, intervention, prevention, YPKPA, violence cases
