Abstract

AbstrakPuncak merupakan kawasan area konservasi dimana kawasan tersebut harus dijaga sebagai kawasan lindung karena sudah dikenal sebagai salah satu “Paru paru pulau Jawa”. Isu permasalahan utama di Puncak yaitu adanya beberapa alih fungsi ruang yang belum sesuai dengan kebijakan daerah dari kawasan konservasi menjadi kawasan terbangun atau budidaya yang akan menimbulkan bencana seperti banjir, longsor dan bencana lainnya. Fungsi kawasan konservasi dalam hal ini mempunyai kerentanan ruang yang sangat tinggi terutama terkait dengan pertumbuhan kawasan di kawasan puncak, Kabupaten Cianjur yang memiliki tekanan yang cukup tinggi terhadap pembangunan permukiman, pariwisata dan sebagai tempat peristirahatan. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kebijakan daerah, intensitas lahan serta sarana dan prasarana pada kawasan lindung melalui studi kasus yang berada di kawasan Villa Kota Bunga, Puncak, Kabupaten Cianjur. Pendekatan kajian ini dengan mengidentifikasi permasalahan kawasan terbangun yaitu perumahan dan permukiman dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dan deskriptif komparasi. Pada akhir studi, akan didapatkan kesimpulan bagaimana kebijakan daerah diterapkan pada perencanaan kawasan Villa Kota Bunga, serta kelengkapan sarana dan prasarananyaKata kunci:  konservasi, kebijakan daerah, intensitas lahan, sarana prasarana AbstraCTPuncak is known as the conservation area whereas the area must be protected as a protected area because Puncak is also known as “Jawa Barat’s Lungs”. The main issue in Puncak is the functional shift that not suit with the region policy, which the area are changing from the cultivation area became the builded area that will cause some nature disaster such as flood, landslide and another nature disaster. The conservation area function have a realy high space vunerability that related with the growth of Puncak, Cianjur also have a high pressure of the growth of housing area, tourism area and as the rest area. This study meant to know about the practise of the region policy in the area, the land intensity, and also the facilities and infrastructures of a housing area that located in conservation area trough the case that located in Kawasan Villa Kota Bunga, Puncak, Cianjur. The approach of this study is by indentify the main issue in the location with the descriptive analysis and descriptive comparative methods. At the end of the study, it was conclude about how the policy applied in the area and also the completeness of the housing facilities and infrastructuresin the area.Keyword: conservation, regional policy, land intensity, facilities and infrastructures.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic outbreak has caused difficulties for the community, for example official trips, tours, shopping, watching films and others, which in turn caused the general economy to decline. This is what makes lecturers, workers and students in the multimedia field take the initiative to make or develop multimedia products that have educational value to the public about the prevention of the Corona virus. One of the places that is the central point of the spread of the Corona virus is the market because the market is a meeting place for people who have an interest in buying and selling if one person is infected with Corona, the virus can spread to the community around the market. Therefore, the product we have developed is a multimedia product that contains educational materials for Corona virus prevention on the market. These products are community services and educational games, comic posters, motion graphics, video advertisements. The results of internal testing to students and external testing to communities related to traders show that comic media is best used in spreading service messages to the community.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Kolik adalah kondisi ketika bayi menangis terus menerus tanpa penyebabyang jelas. Bayi dengan kolik seringkali menangis lebih dari 3 jam sehari, 3 hari semingguselama 3 minggu atau lebih. Tujuan Penelitian: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pijat bayi menggunakan minyak kelapa dan minyak cengkeh dengan kasus bayi kolik di PKM Siwuluh Brebes. Metode Penelitian:Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan komparatif. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah bayi kolik di PKM Siwuluh Brebes bulan Maret 2023 sebanyak 30 bayi yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok yaitu yang mendapatkan pijat bayi menggunakan minyak kelapa sebanyak 15 bayi dan minyak cengkeh sebanyak 15 bayi. Dilakukan pada bulan Februari 2023 dengan menggunakan lembar observasi Neonatal Infant Pain Score (NIPS) dan SOP teknik pijat. Analisis datanya menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian: bayi di PKM Siwuluh Brebes Tahun 2023yang dipijat dari 30 bayi yang menggunakan minyak kelapa setengah responden (50%) dan yang menggunakan minyak cengkeh juga setengah responden (50%), sebagian besar (70%) bayi di PKM Siwuluh Brebes Tahun 2023 tidak mengalami kholik setelah dilakukan pijat menggunakan minyak kelapa dan cengkeh. Terdapat differensiasi pengaruh pijat bayi menggunakan minyak kelapa dan minyak cengkeh dengan kasus bayi kolik di PKM Siwuluh Brebes Tahun 2023, yang terbukti dari  value sebesar 0,049. Kesimpulan: Terdapat differensiasi pengaruh pijat bayi menggunakan minyak kelapa dan minyak cengkeh dengan kasus bayi kolik.

Abstract

Premarital and preconception care are essential components in improving maternal and newborn health outcomes. This community service aims to evaluate the importance of premarital and preconception counseling, with a focus on its role in reducing the risks associated with unplanned pregnancy, complications during pregnancy, and adverse neonatal outcomes. Although the benefits of premarital and preconception care are clear, access and awareness are still limited in Indonesia, especially among couples planning to marry. This community service was carried out through a national webinar attended by midwifery students, midwives and midwifery/health lecturers. The number of participants was 815 people. Based on the questionnaire that we gave to the midwives, only a few received preconception visits even though the implementation of premarital and preconception care can significantly improve reproductive health outcomes, reduce maternal and infant mortality, and help prospective couples plan a healthy pregnancy. The results of this activity identified barriers to accessing these services, including lack of awareness and education. The hope from this activity is that midwives can expand health education programs aimed at increasing community awareness of the benefits of premarital and preconception care in creating healthier family planning outcomes

Abstract

Background: The waiting time for registration services at Posyandu is the community's first service, the waiting time for health service registration at Posyandu according to Posyandu standards is 3-5 minutes, but this has experienced delays or increased waiting times. Purpose: Analyzing the satisfaction of registration services with the Makodam Jaya (Telegram Bot Application Management) at Posyandu Klopo Sepuluh. Methods: Type of experimental research: pre-post test One Group Design, sampling technique with purposive sampling, sample size of 113 mothers analyzed statistically using the Wilcoxon test. Results: There are differences in the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy indicators of satisfaction of registration services between before and after the intervention was given, apart from that, based on the Wilcoxon Test analysis on satisfaction, the P value was (0.000) < α (0.05). Conclusion: Makodam Jaya Innovation (Telegram Bot Application Management) Increases Satisfaction with Registration Services including Tangible, reliable, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy indicators at Posyandu Klopo Sepuluh.

Abstract

Background: Posyandu is a form of Community-Resourced health effort that is managed, by and for the community to empower it and make it easier for the community to obtain health services, especially in the reporting system carried out by village midwives and cadres. Purpose: Analyzing the satisfaction of officers and cadres with the Family Posyandu Reporting System using (Si Lina Gesit) Google Spreadsheet online information system at the Klampis Community Health Center. Methods: Type of experimental research: pre-post test One Group Design, sampling technique with purposive sampling, sample size of 44 officers and cadres analyzed statistically using the Wilcoxon test. Results: There are differences in the Tangible, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Empathy indicators between before and after the intervention was given, apart from that, based on the Wilcoxon Test analysis on satisfaction, the P value was (0.000) < α (0.05). Conclusion: There is a difference in satisfaction between before and after the intervention was given to cadres at the Klampis Community Health Center.
