Abstract

ABSTRAKTebu merupakan tanaman untuk bahan baku pembuatan gula, dan nira tebu juga dapat kita temui dijual dengan dicampur es atau sering kita kenal dengan es tebu. Permasalahan yang mencuat dari kegiatan tersebut menghasilkan limbah dari perasan tebu yang belum  dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Maka dari itu dilakukan penelitian dilaboratorium dengan  mengubah fisik ampas tebu tersebut menjadi abu ampas tebu kemudian dicampurkan ke beton  mutu K-225. Tujuan percobaan ini ialah untuk mengetahui perbandingan kuat tekan beton K-225 dengan tambahan abu ampas tebu dan bubur kertas koran dengan kuat tekan beton normal. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini uji coba di laboratorium. Dari hasil uji labor didapatkan hasil bahwa penambahan abu ampas tebu dan bubur kertas koran mengalami  penurunan kualitas kuat tekan betonnya. Penambahan kuat tekan beton dengan penambahan abu ampas tebu dan bubur kertas koran hasil yang didapat masing-masing yaitu AAT 5% + BK 3% = K-200 , AAT 5% + BK 5% = K-175 , AAT 5% + BK 7% = K-137 , AAT 5% + BK 9% = K-113.Kata kunci: abu, ampas tebu, additive betonABSTRACTSugarcane is a plant that is used as raw material for making sugar, and sugar cane juice can also be found sold mixed with ice or often known as sugarcane ice. The problems that arise from these activities produce waste from sugarcane juice in the form of bagasse that has not been utilized optimally. Therefore, a research was carried out in the laboratory by physically changing the bagasse into bagasse ash then mixed into K-225 quality concrete. The method used in this study was a laboratory trial. From the resultssof laboratory tests, it was found that the additions of bagasse ash and newsprint pulp decreased the quality of the compressivesstrength of the concrete. For each addition of the compressives strength of concrete with the additionsof bagasse ash and newsprint pulp, the results obtained are: AAT 5% + BK 3% = K-200 , AAT 5% + BK 5% = K-175 , AAT 5% + BK 7% = K-137 , AAT 5% + BK 9% = K-113.Keywords: ash, bagasse, concrete additive

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PPM) carried out by lecturers of the Civil Engineering Study Program, PGRI Palembang University at SMK Negeri 1 Suak Tapeh, Banyuasin Regency, aims so that students and teachers can get to know and increase knowledge about the basics of drawing a construction design using the 2D autoCAD application, basic by drawing simple shapes such as trapezoid, circle and simple house, and being able to operate and apply the AutoCAD 2D application program in teaching and learning activities in schools. The method or method applied is to provide theoretical explanations orally and practice directly in the school computer laboratory. The number of participants who attended was 30 students, most of whom did not know autoCAD. After participating in and practicing directly, of the 30 students who took part in this workshop based on the results of monitoring on the student's computer screen, it was seen that almost 90% of students could follow well and could draw according to the instructor's direction. There are 7% of students who have not been able to follow optimally with the condition that the pictures made are not in accordance with the provisions and there are 3% of students who cannot follow due to problems on the computer used

Abstract

Jalan Desa Serapek Kecamatan Teluk Gelam merupakan salah satu jalan desa yang menghubungkan ke beberapa desa. Kerusakan jalan yang terjadi pada Desa Serapek diakibatkan adanya kegiatan tambang pasir dan truk pasir yang melintas pada ruas jalan Desa serapek dan dilakukan setiap harinya, sehingga jalan menuju Desa Serapek mengalami keruasakan yang cukup parah. Solusi yang diberikan adalah dengan mengganti jalan yang sebelumnya jalan lentur (flexible) menjadi jalan kaku atau (Rigid Pavement) yang diharapkan dapat mengurangi kerusakan jalan dan memberi rasa aman, nyaman dan kuat saat berkendara. Metode Perencanaan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan metode Pd-T-14-2003. Berdasarkan hasil analisa didapatlah dengan tebal taksiran pelat beton 200mm berjenis Beton Bersambung Tanpa Tulangan (BBTT), dengan menggunakan mutu kuat tekan beton Fc 25 Mpa / K300, dan Tie Bars Ø 16 mm, panjang 70 cm dan jarak antar tie bars 75 cm. Sedangkan ruji (dowel) yang digunakan Ø 33 mm, panjang 45 cm dan jarak antar ruji (dowel) 30 cm, dengan umur rencana 20 tahun.
