Abstract

ABSTRAKPembangunan infrastruktur adalah salah satu penyebab kerusakan lingkungan saat ini. Salah satu infrastruktur yang mendukung moda transportasi kereta api adalah bangunan stasiun. Agar membangun suatu stasiun yang tidak merusak lingkungan dan memberikan ruang gerak yang nyaman kepada pengguna maka dilakukan analisis mengenai luas kebutuhan lahan menurut peraturan yang berlaku sesuai dengan salah satu kriteria bangunan hijau yaitu harus memenuhi Koefisien Dasar Bangunan (KDB) dan kebutuhan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH). Data sekunder dibutuhkan dalam perhitungan luas berdasarkan ruang gerak manusia dan standar stasiun. Hasil perhitungan diperoleh luas stasiun sebesar 2.685,5 m2 yang merupakan KDB 60% sedangkan untuk luas RTH 40% sebesar 1.790,3  m2 sehingga diperoleh luas lahan stasiun sebesar 4.475,8 m2. Pada peraturan yang berlaku mengenai bangunan stasiun hanya membahas KDB atau luas terbangun dan tidak membahas mengenai kebutuhan RTH maka dapat diusulkan perhitungan baru untuk merancang stasiun ramah lingkungan yang membahas luas KDB dan RTH sehingga didapat luas tanah keseluruhan.Kata kunci: green infrastructure, stasiun, luas bangunan, ruang gerak manusia, Koefisien Dasar Bangunan (KDB), Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH). ABSTRACTInfrastructure development is one of the causes of current enviromental damage. One of the infastructure supporting the train transportation capital is station building. Build a station will not be damaging the environment and giving comfortable space if it has been done analysis about wide of land environment according to the prevailling regulations in accordance with the one of the criteria of green building that fulfills Coefficient of Bulding Base (KDB) and Green Open Space (RTH). The secondary data is needed in wide calculation based on space for human movement and station standard. The calculation results obtained area of the station is 2.685,5 m2 that is KDB 60% while the area of RTH 40% is 1.790,3 m2 so that obtained area of station land 4.475,8 m2. In the applicable regulations about station building only discuss KDB or wide awake not RTH needs. So it can be proposed the new calculation to design the environmentally friendly station that discusses area of KDB and RTH so obtained the total land area.Keywords: green infrastrucutre, station, building area, human movements space, Coefficient of Building Base (KDB), Green Open Spaces (RTH).

Abstract

Background: Smoking control policies' effectiveness requires all parties' active role. In Aceh, as a region that implements Islamic law, religious leaders and ulama are an important part of the success of a policy, including the smoke-free area (SFA) policy. There is no research yet related to the ulama's involvement and role in Banda Aceh's SFA policy. Objective: Therefore, this research aims to examine the citizen's perception of the roles of religious leaders and ulama in supporting SFA policy in Banda Aceh City. A total of 202 respondents were randomly selected to provide their perceptions. Methods: This study utilizes a mixed-methods approach, comprising a survey of perceptions followed by an in-depth literature review. Results: The research findings indicate that out of 202 respondents, 88.00 percent are aware of the Smoke-Free Areas (SFA) policy, with 85.64 percent strongly supporting its implementation. However, concerning the religious leaders' fatwas, only 34.65 percent are well-informed and understand about it. The involvement of religious leaders in policy formulation, dissemination, and monitoring exceeds 50.00 percent, although around 15 percent of respondents perceive a lack of involvement. Conclusion: Regarding the presence of smoke-free mosques and Islamic schools, the majority of the participants perceive it as still limited. 16.34 percent believe there are no smoke-free Islamic boarding schools, and 19.31 percent perceive that mosques in Banda Aceh are not yet smoke-free. The community also hopes that religious scholars will show a direct model by refraining from consuming cigarettes themselves.

Abstract

In the midst of the rapid development of science and technology, graduates are required to be prepared to face the business world of the industrial world. To face this phenomenon, it is necessary to strengthen graduate competencies in the form of PKL. This form of graduate competency aims to enable graduates to compete and have an overview of the business world of the industrial world. The method in this study is a case study and field with a qualitative approach. The results of community service at the Pontianak City Sharia Pawn Office are that graduates have knowledge of sharia pawn products, assist in the flow of the sharia pawn process, observe the appraisal of pawn goods, assist in transaction administration, study and explain products, assist in the financing disbursement process, observe the auction process, risk management, and carry out marketing activities. The findings are: The Sharia Pawn Office should further increase the socialization of sharia products to the public to expand the market, optimize the use of IT in customer service to increase efficiency and conduct periodic training for employees related to the development of sharia products and services.
