Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to empower LKSA foster children including: The formation of new entrepreneurs, providing life skills for foster children in the form of; training on making accessories and souvenirs for teenagers, adults and children such as gallon lids, key chains, room decorations, tissue holders, brooches, room displays, dolls, pillows and making piggy banks, souvenirs for graduation and others from flannel . The method used to solve the problems faced by partners is by conducting training in making various souvenirs using flannel. The implementation of training activities to make souvenirs from flannel for foster children at the Selong Muhammadiyah orphanage has been carried out well. Students make products in the form of tissue boxes, cell phones, pencil cases, brooches, hair tie clips, and key chains. Starting from preparation (selection of materials, measurements, preparation of tools), the use of correct equipment, the accuracy of the steps to make souvenirs, the suitability of the final results presented according to the expected criteria, arranging equipment after completion of activities, creativity of functional object products, neatness of functional objects, combinations functional object color. Overall the results in this community service activity are training to make souvenirs from flannel in the form of tissue holders, cellphone holders, pencil cases, brooches, hair clips / hair ties, and key chains in very good categories, besides that this activity can also provide skills to younger siblings and able to develop these talents in the future. Student response to the implementation of this training activity was very good. This can be seen from the student attendance indicator reaching 100% of the target, and during the activity they were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity.

Abstract

In the midst of the political and technical dynamics of holding the 2024 simultaneous elections, the role of election observers has become increasingly vital. Election supervision must ensure that the entire process, from campaigning to vote counting and recapitulation, is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. This not only requires a deep understanding of laws and regulations, but also the ability to detect and address possible violations. The method used in this technical guidance is starting with preparation for the implementation of the technical guidance until implementation by providing various materials related to election supervision which will be carried out by Subdistrict/Village supervisors in 8 (eight) villages in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The implementation of technical guidance has been successful and has been successful in increasing participants' understanding, skills and readiness in carrying out supervisory duties at sub-district/village level in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Influence of Product Promotion Strategies Using Facebook on Purchasing Decisions (Case Study of the Tani Clinic Business Unit in Suryawangi Village). This research aims to determine the influence of product promotion strategies using Facebook on purchasing decisions (case study at the Tani Clinic Business Unit in Suryawangi Village). This research uses quantitative methods. The sample in this study was 96 respondents using a rating scale for two variables: Product Promotion (X) and Purchase Decision (Y). The research results show that the average score for variable X is 3.86 and for variable Y is 3.94, which indicates a good category. Data analysis using the t test shows a t value of 12,178 which is higher than t table 1,660 at a significance level of 0,000, so that the hypothesis H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, indicating that there is a significant influence of product promotion on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient R is 0.612 and explains the percentage influence of the independent variable (product promotion) on the dependent variable (purchasing decisions) of 61.2% of the variation in purchasing decisions. The research results show that product promotion via Facebook has a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at the Tani Clinic, Suryawangi Village.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity (PKM) by ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong aims to improve the ability and readiness of TPS Supervisors in carrying out supervision and understanding the rights and obligations in supervising TPS in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections (Pilkada) in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The Capacity Building Activity in the Technical Supervision Work Meeting was carried out for 1 day with a pull day system. In the first session from morning to afternoon, the capacity and abilities of TPS Supervisors were strengthened regarding the tasks and strategies for supervision before voting at TPS. After that, in the afternoon session, a technical understanding was provided regarding the procedures for supervision at TPS during the voting process until the vote counting for the 2024 Simultaneous Election based on KPU Regulation Number 7 of 2024. The last session was a discussion about the material or things that might arise when carrying out supervision at TPS. Capacity building activities in the technical work meeting for Supervision for the 2024 simultaneous elections took place at Lesehan Kebon Dowe, Lendang Belo Village, Montong Gading District on Saturday, November 23, attended by 71 participants from TPS Supervisors throughout Montong Gading District. The agenda for the capacity building activities for TPS Supervisors took place smoothly and conducively and all participants were able to understand the material presented, starting from the regulations or technical instructions for voting and vote counting as well as the supervision patterns that must be carried out by TPS Supervisors based on the provisions of laws and regulations applicable to the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

Abstract

Population administration is a series of structuring activities in controlling and publishing population data documents through population registration, civil registration and management of population information and the utilization of the results for public services. Therefore, it is important to carry out socialization activities for Law Number 24 of 2013 so that people are more aware of and obedient to population administration. The method used is to provide outreach, followed by direct service from the DUKCAPIL Office after going through the data collection process. By carrying out this service, the community feels helped because this is the first time an activity like this has been carried out in the village. This adds to the enthusiasm of community members who do not yet have MCH, KTP or making KK and changing KK to immediately take part in the service. This population document is vitally needed by the community and must be kept and protected by the state. Apart from that, the expected results are that the people of Jengdik Utara village are more aware of the importance of the population documents presented during the socialization of Law number 24 of 2013 to achieve complete population administration.

Abstract

According to Law Number 23 of 2006 which was later revised into Law Number 24 of 2013 concerning Population Administration, the definition of a population administration information system (SIAK) is an information system that utilizes information and communication technology to facilitate the management of population administration information at the Operator level. /Executing Agency as one unit. This research aims to; To find out and describe the effectiveness of the population administration information system centered on the East Lombok Population and Civil Registration Service, this type of research is descriptive qualitative. The informants in this research were 7 people, key informants, main informants and additional informants were 5 people. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis method uses descriptive analysis. The results of this research are that the effectiveness of SIAK has been optimally implemented in the East Lombok Regency Population and Civil Registration Service, this can be seen from the ease with which employees can carry out their work, such as when making community population administration, they now don't have to wait a long time for completion. You can now wait for the creation of the Adminduk and it will be ready immediately. The existence of SIAK also speeds up services for the community.

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk Penguatan ekonomi dan pemberdayaan anak asuh LKSA meliputi: memberikan semangat dan membangun motivaasi berwirausaha, Terbentuknya wirausahawan baru, memberikan life skill untuk anak asuh berupa; pelatihan membuat kreasi seperti buket snack, snack tower dan buket bunga, serta pelatihan pemasaran produk yang telah dibuat melalui media sosial dan bimtek kewirausahaan. Metode yang digunakan untuk memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi oleh mitra adalah dengan cara melakukan workshorp kewirausahaan, pelatihan pembuatan kreasi seperti buket snack, snack tower dan buket bunga, dan Bimtek pemasaran melalui media soasil untuk menciptakan ekonomi kreatif dan dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk perkembangan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan membuat kreasi berupa buket bunga, buket snack dan snack tower pada anak asuh di panti asuhaan Muhammadiyah Selong sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Siswa membuat produk berupa buket snack, snack tower dan buket bunga. Mulai dari Persiapan (Pemilihan bahan, dan penyiapan alat), penggunaan peralatan yang benar, ketepatan langkah-langkah membuat kreasi kesesuaian hasil akhir yang dipresentasikan menurut kreteria yang diharapkan, menata peralatan setelah selesai kegiatan, kreatifitas produk, kerapian, kombinasi warna. Secara keseluruhan Hasil dalam kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan membuat kreasi berupa buket bunga, buket snack dan snack tower berupa buket bunga, buket snack dan snack tower kategori sangat baik. Tanggapan siswa terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan untukmenciptakan kreasi ini sangat baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari idikator kehadiran siswa mencapai 100% dari target, dan selama kegiatan berlangsung mereka sangat antusias mengikuti kegiatan dari awal sampai akhir kegitan.

Abstract

Archives as a memory center and as a source of written information must be available when needed in order to provide effective service. Therefore, in managing archives, the archiving system must be considered with the state of the organization in achieving its goals. The effectiveness of archiving management is also influenced by employees working in the archiving unit, the facilities used and the funds available for maintaining archives. This study is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely research that describes research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all Satpol PP employees 320. The sample in this study used a Nonprobability sampling sample, a sampling technique that does not provide the same opportunity/chance as the accidental sampling technique, namely anyone he meets becomes a sample. The number of samples in this study was 76 respondents. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding work facilities and archiving management. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 1.0 program. 19 The results of the study show that work facilities significantly influence archive management with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Work Facilities Variable (X1) of 0.949 with a sig value of 0.000, it illustrates that Work Facilities have a positive and significant influence on archive management, meaning that the more complete the work facilities owned by the agency, the easier it will be to manage its archives.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research, namely a researcher who describes the research variables using a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all employees totaling 17 employees. The sample in this study used a saturated sample, namely the entire population was used as a sample. Data collection used a questionnaire method. The questionnaire method was carried out to obtain respondents' responses regarding the variables of Employee Competence and Service Quality. Data analysis used to test the hypothesis in this study was using Simple Linear Regression analysis found in the SPSS v. 19 program. The results of this study are that Employee Competence significantly influences Service Quality with a positive coefficient, which explains that there is a directly proportional relationship between the two variables. With the Regression Coefficient of the Employee Competence Variable (X) of 0.321, meaning that if X is increased by 1 then Y will increase by 0.321, this shows that the better the employee's competence, the better the quality of service at the Rakam Lombok Timur Village Office. The sig value of 0.038 illustrates that Employee Competence has a positive and significant influence on Service Quality, meaning that the better the Employee Competence, the Service Quality will increase. Service is said to be of quality or satisfactory if the community is satisfied with the service provided and can meet the expectations of the community.
