Abstract

Aspal merupakan bahan pengikat pada konstruksi perkerasan jalan yang berasal dari sisa penyulingan minyak bumi. Karena minyak bumi merupakan sumber daya alam yang tidak dapat diperbaharui, cadangannya semakin menipis sehingga mempengaruhi ketersediaan aspal.Di sisi lain, kebutuhan aspal untuk pembangunan dan pemeliharaan jalan terus mengalami peningkatan seiring dengan pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan perkembangan perekonomian.Jika ketersediaan aspal tidak mencukupi jumlah permintaan, maka pada tahun-tahun yang akan datang akan terjadi kelangkaan aspal. Salah satu alternatif untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah penggunaan bahan-bahan yang dapat diperbaharui dan ramah lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan  memodifikasi aspal minyak untuk menghasilkan bio-aspal dan mengetahui kinerja campuran yang menggunakan bio-aspal sebagai bahan pengikat partikel-partikel agregat. Bio-aspal tersebut dibuat dari fly ash, getah pinus dan minyak nabati lainnya dengan kadar 21%, 23%, 25% dan 27%. Campuran yang dibuat adalah asphalt concrete-wearing course dengan distribusi ukuran partikel agregat sesuai ketentuan Bina Marga. Bio-aspal dan agregat dicampur pada suhu 155oC dan dipadatkan dengan penumbuk sebanyak 75 kali pada masing-masing sisinya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada bio-aspal B-27 dengan kadar fly ash, getah pinus dan minyak nabati lainnya sebesar 27%, diperoleh nilai VMA  16,43%, VIM 4,53%, VFA 75,58%, stabilitas Marshall 2093,6 kg, flow 4,15 mm dan Marshall Quotient 507 kg/mm. Berdasarkan spesifikasi Bina Marga, nilai VMA minimal 15%, VIM 3,5%-5,5%, VFA minimal 65%, stabilitas Marshall minimal 1000 kg, flow minimal 3,0 mm dan Marshall Quotient minimal 300 kg/mm. Dengan demikiandapat disimpulkan bahwa bio-aspal B-27 telah memenuhi standar yang berlaku sebagai campuranKata kunci  : bio-aspal, getah pinus, fly ash

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UKM untuk meningkatkan edukasi dalam berwirausaha melalui pembelajaran Basic Enterpreneur Personality: Star to be Enterpreneur adapun sub pokok bahasan didalam pembelajaran ini adalah Pengertian entrepreneurship, Alasan/motivasi wirausaha, Membangun jiwa entrepreneurship sukses, Unsur-unsur kewirausahaan, Karakteristik wirausaha yang sukses, Aspek-aspek yang harus dimiliki dalam berwirausaha. Pengabdian ini dilakukan secara tatap muka atau ofline dan yang menjadi mitra dalam penelitian ini adalah para pelaku UKM, Target yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini adalah agar para UKM memiliki motivasi kewirausahaan dan sikap yang baik didalam berwirausaha serta dapat memahami apa saja aspek-aspek yang harus dimiliki dalam berwirausaha. Dengan terciptanya target yang ingin dicapai diharapkan para pelaku UKM sukses didalam mengembangkan usahanya terbukti dengan miliki 10 karakteristik sukses didalam berwirausaha yaitu 1). Disiplin, 2). Mempunyai komitmen tinggi, 3). Kejujuran, 4). Mengasah kreatifitas dan inovatif, 5). Sikap mandiri dan realistis, 6). Berani menghadapi resiko, 7). Mampu melihat peluang, 8). Mempunyai jiwa kepemimpinan, 9). Kemampuan manajerial, 10). Sikap percaya diri.

Abstract

In general, a liner system in sanitary landfill consists of both geomembrane barrier and clay liner. Although geomembrane is an absolute barrier against advection, pollutants can permeate it by diffusion so that leakage may occur through the liner. Since clay liner can be damaged by leachate which has low or high pH, it is necessary to develop sanitary landfill by placing limestone as a filter between geomembrane and clay liner. Due to its common use in water treatment, limestone may increase the quality of leachate and provide protection for the clay liner. A series laboratory experimental study was carried out to investigate characteristics of limestone: natural water content, particle size, specific gravity, Atterberg limit and compaction. Hydraulic conductivity test of limestone with leachate as permeant is also conducted. Finally, the qualities of lindi before and after permeate into limestone are measured to determine the change in concentration of pollutants, and the effect of this filtration process on limestone’s chemical characteristics. Analysis showed the overall hydraulic conductivity of limestone to leachate is 1,86 x 10-6 cm/s. After permeating into limestone, the pH value of leachate reduced from 7,72 to 7,03. Pollutants in leachate decreased with regard to BOD from 390 mg/L to 260 mg/L and COD reduced by 33,33%. Due to its ability to remove pollutant in leachate, it is suggested to place limestone as a filter in sanitary landfill.

Abstract

Kelurahan Selagalas merupakan salah satu kelurahan yang berada di wilayah Kota Mataram. Sebagai bagian dari ibukota provinsi yang menjadi pusat kegiatan di Nusa Tenggara Barat, jumlah penduduk di kelurahan ini terus bertambah sehingga menghasilkan timbulan sampah yang semakin banyak. Sampah yang tidak dikelola secara efektif dan efisien akan menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan terhadap kesehatan, keindahan, kenyamanan dan menjadi beban bagi masyarakat serta pemerintah daerah. Agar dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh sampah terhadap kesehatan dan lingkungan dapat diminimalkan, diperlukan peran serta masyarakat. Penyuluhan ini bertujuan memberikan pemahaman kepada masyarakat sehingga pengelolaan sampah dapat berjalan dengan baik. Penyuluhan yang berlangsung di Kelurahan Selagalas berjalan lancar sesuai dengan rencana yang telah ditetapkan serta menambah wawasan masyarakat tentang pemanfaatan sampah organik sebagai pupuk kompos.

Abstract

The purpose of this activity is to empower LKSA foster children including: The formation of new entrepreneurs, providing life skills for foster children in the form of; training on making accessories and souvenirs for teenagers, adults and children such as gallon lids, key chains, room decorations, tissue holders, brooches, room displays, dolls, pillows and making piggy banks, souvenirs for graduation and others from flannel . The method used to solve the problems faced by partners is by conducting training in making various souvenirs using flannel. The implementation of training activities to make souvenirs from flannel for foster children at the Selong Muhammadiyah orphanage has been carried out well. Students make products in the form of tissue boxes, cell phones, pencil cases, brooches, hair tie clips, and key chains. Starting from preparation (selection of materials, measurements, preparation of tools), the use of correct equipment, the accuracy of the steps to make souvenirs, the suitability of the final results presented according to the expected criteria, arranging equipment after completion of activities, creativity of functional object products, neatness of functional objects, combinations functional object color. Overall the results in this community service activity are training to make souvenirs from flannel in the form of tissue holders, cellphone holders, pencil cases, brooches, hair clips / hair ties, and key chains in very good categories, besides that this activity can also provide skills to younger siblings and able to develop these talents in the future. Student response to the implementation of this training activity was very good. This can be seen from the student attendance indicator reaching 100% of the target, and during the activity they were very enthusiastic about participating in the activity from the beginning to the end of the activity.

Abstract

In the midst of the political and technical dynamics of holding the 2024 simultaneous elections, the role of election observers has become increasingly vital. Election supervision must ensure that the entire process, from campaigning to vote counting and recapitulation, is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. This not only requires a deep understanding of laws and regulations, but also the ability to detect and address possible violations. The method used in this technical guidance is starting with preparation for the implementation of the technical guidance until implementation by providing various materials related to election supervision which will be carried out by Subdistrict/Village supervisors in 8 (eight) villages in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The implementation of technical guidance has been successful and has been successful in increasing participants' understanding, skills and readiness in carrying out supervisory duties at sub-district/village level in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to see the application of web-based administrative system innovation in maximizing administrative services. Using a qualitative approach, data was collected through interviews and literature study methods. The results of the study indicate that web-based administrative system innovation results in effective and efficient resource management, good data processing and information access, and transparency in administrative management. The findings outlined in this article have an important impact on the development and improvement of education in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity (PKM) by ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong aims to improve the ability and readiness of TPS Supervisors in carrying out supervision and understanding the rights and obligations in supervising TPS in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections (Pilkada) in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The Capacity Building Activity in the Technical Supervision Work Meeting was carried out for 1 day with a pull day system. In the first session from morning to afternoon, the capacity and abilities of TPS Supervisors were strengthened regarding the tasks and strategies for supervision before voting at TPS. After that, in the afternoon session, a technical understanding was provided regarding the procedures for supervision at TPS during the voting process until the vote counting for the 2024 Simultaneous Election based on KPU Regulation Number 7 of 2024. The last session was a discussion about the material or things that might arise when carrying out supervision at TPS. Capacity building activities in the technical work meeting for Supervision for the 2024 simultaneous elections took place at Lesehan Kebon Dowe, Lendang Belo Village, Montong Gading District on Saturday, November 23, attended by 71 participants from TPS Supervisors throughout Montong Gading District. The agenda for the capacity building activities for TPS Supervisors took place smoothly and conducively and all participants were able to understand the material presented, starting from the regulations or technical instructions for voting and vote counting as well as the supervision patterns that must be carried out by TPS Supervisors based on the provisions of laws and regulations applicable to the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

Abstract

Supervision of the implementation of democratic elections requires the role of community participation. However, there are still people who are allergic to politics and show an indifferent attitude towards election activities. This is of course a problem that must be resolved. This PKM activity aims to increase community participation in supervising the 2024 elections. The activity that has taken place in Pringgajurang village has run smoothly. The target participants for this activity are first-time voters. To achieve the target of this activity, the team collaborated with Youth Organization Naga Sunting. The results of this PKM activity showed good results. This activity was quite effective as a first step in imparting basic knowledge of the electoral stages to young people.

Abstract

This study intends to create a statistical learning model by integrating theory and practice, using the SPSS software application with case studies of problem solving in Computer Engineering and Informatics students at the Medan State Polytechnic. The design of this study began with a literature review before making lesson plans with the task of making teaching materials and providing content to students. Besides that, after the writer led the discussion, he was given the task of determining cases based on the subjects chosen by the students according to their interests. In this study there were 70 students who participated as the research sample. NONCase and STDCase both have standard deviation values ​​of 1.62001 and 1.84694, respectively. Because the average learning outcomes of NONCase 74.2571 and STDCase 78.8857 show that descriptively there are differences between NONCase-based learning and case study/STDCase-based learning. The NONCase method and the STDCase learning method using the SPSS program have a significant linear relationship between the variables, according to case study-based research. Using the formula F count = 0.982 > F table = 1.507 It can be concluded that there is a significant linear relationship between the mastery of the STDCase learning approach and the SPSS program because F count is smaller than F table
