Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keikutsertaan masyarakat pada program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Desa Teros. Penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah yang diselidiki dengan menggambarkan/ melukiskan objek penelitan pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak. Dalam penelitian ini metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kualitatif yaitu dengan menjabarkan hasil penelitian sebagaimana adanya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Teros, Kecamatan Labuhan Haji Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Respon masyarakat Desa Teros terhadap program pemerintah tentang Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) bahwa pada umumnya masyarakat Desa Teros mengetahui tentang program pemerintah tersebut tetapi secara khusus masyarakat kurang mengetahui berbagai istilah dalam program tersebut. Hal ini dilihat dalam kwisioner sebanyak 50 lembar yang disebar ke warga masyarakat desa teros secara acak bahwa berdasarkan distribusi umur responden, umur 30-40 tahun yang lebih banyak berpartisipasi dan paling sedikit umur 50 tahun. Kemudian berdasarkan pekerjaan responden yang di luar grafik atau mempunyai pekerjaan lain memiliki partisipasi paling banyak 39%. Berdasarkan hasil kwisioner yang disebar kepada 50 responden dari 10 pertanyaan yang disediakan bahwa program jaminan kesehatan nasional (JKN) yang bersifat wajib bagi masyarakat, sebenarnya masyarakat sudah mengetahui tentang program tersebut baik itu membaca lewat media massa maupun dilihat dalam media televisi mengenai program tersebut tetapi masyarakat desa teros masih kurang faham aturan-aturan atau prosedur-prosedur yang harus di tempuh untuk berpartisipasi dalam program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional tersebut, padahal program ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan terutama di daerah pedesaan karena diketahui bahwa bagi masyarakat yang kurang mampu maka biaya pelayanan kesehatan ditanggung oleh pemerintah tetapi hal ini harus sesuai dengan prosedur yang sudah ditetapkan.Kata Kunci: Jaminan kesehatan Nasional, Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Sosial Kesehatan, pelayanan kesehatan This study aims to determine the level public participation in the program The National Health Insurance in the village of Teros. This is a descriptive study that procedure solving issues investigated by describing / depicting objects research at the present time based on the facts that appear. In this study the methods of analysis used is qualitative analysis is to describe the results research as it is. This research was conducted in the village of Teros, District Labuhan Haji East Lombok. The results showed that response. Teros village community to the government program of the National Health Insurance (JKN) that generally Teros Village community aware of the program The government specifically but people are not aware of various terms within the program. It is seen in as many as 50 sheets kwisioner distributed to citizens Teros randomly village that is based on the age distribution of respondents, aged 30-40 years were more participating and at least 50 years of age. Then based on respondents who work outside the chart or have other work to have the participation of at most 39%. Based on the results of which were distributed to 50 kwisioner respondents from 10 question provided that the national health insurance program (JKN) which is mandatory for the public, the public actually already know about the program either read through the mass media as well as seen in the television media about the program but villagers Teros still not sure what the rules or procedures that must be traveled to participate in the program The National Health Insurance, but this program is critical to improving health care, especially in rural areas because it is known that for the poor then health care costs borne by the government but this should be in accordance with established procedures. Abstract

Social insurance management is a state responsibility as mandated in the 1945 Constitution (UUD 45). With the law of BPJS being issued as the managing and executing agency of National Social Security System (SJSN), PT ASKES Persero has been transformed into The Social Insurance Management Agency on Health (BPJS Kesehatan). The findings show that at the early stage after transformation and the BPJS Kesehatan began to operate, the programs managed by PT. ASKES (Persero) were transferred as the programs of BPJS Kesehatan through National Health Insurance Program (JKN). This transformation will cause the changing in the status of PT. Askes (Persero) from being Persero State-Owned Company (BUMN) into a public legal agency that directly reports to The President of Indonesia. The characteristics of BPJS Kesehatan are different from other BUMNs that seek profits. This agency works primarily on community service. The insurance money collected from the insured participants is managed at its best for the participants’ sake. Although this transformation was well prepared and implemented as the planned mechanism, at the practical level this program still has several issues related to the transformation i.e. lack of socialization and promotion, lack of service facility, inaccurate data, and the lack of health personnel. Abstract

In the midst of the political and technical dynamics of holding the 2024 simultaneous elections, the role of election observers has become increasingly vital. Election supervision must ensure that the entire process, from campaigning to vote counting and recapitulation, is carried out in accordance with applicable regulations. This not only requires a deep understanding of laws and regulations, but also the ability to detect and address possible violations. The method used in this technical guidance is starting with preparation for the implementation of the technical guidance until implementation by providing various materials related to election supervision which will be carried out by Subdistrict/Village supervisors in 8 (eight) villages in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The implementation of technical guidance has been successful and has been successful in increasing participants' understanding, skills and readiness in carrying out supervisory duties at sub-district/village level in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

Administrative Decisions (KTUN) are one of the important legal instruments issued by state administrative officials to carry out government functions. However, it is often found that KTUNs are legally defective due to violations of the principle of legality, general principles of good governance (AUPB), or applicable administrative procedures, which lead to their annulment by the State Administrative Court (PTUN). This study aims to analyze the legal basis and the form of legal responsibility in the administration of State Administrative Decisions (KTUN) that have been annulled. This research uses a juridical-normative method with an approach based on laws and regulations and legal doctrines. The study shows that the annulment of KTUNs by PTUN is usually caused by procedural and substantive violations, such as issuing decisions beyond authority or not meeting formal requirements. In the context of legal responsibility, the agency issuing the KTUN is obligated to retract the decision, restore the rights of the affected parties, and issue a new decision that complies with the law. Furthermore, the officials at fault may be subject to administrative sanctions, ranging from a warning to dismissal, depending on the severity of the error. State administrative officials whose KTUNs have been annulled must fulfill their legal responsibility by revoking or correcting the KTUN, restoring the rights of the affected parties, providing compensation, and implementing administrative sanctions if necessary. Additionally, criminal liability may apply if there is an element of abuse of power. This finding underscores the importance of compliance with the principles of AUPB and positive law in every administrative action to prevent harm to society.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of BKI in dealing with the mental health of high school students. This research method uses literature study, by analyzing various literature related to Islamic counseling guidance and Islamic psychological theories that can be applied in an educational context. This study uses sociological and interpretive methods and the research subject in the literature study is literature material. The results of this research show that the impact on students' mental health is such as; stress, anxiety, depression, and even sleep disorders. However, the Islamic Guidance and Counseling (BKI) approach has proven effective in helping students overcome these problems through the integration of biological, psychological, social and spiritual aspects. With approaches such as dhikr, prayer, tazkiyatun nafs, as well as strengthening the values ​​of patience and trust, students are able to manage emotions, increase mental resilience, and cope better with academic pressure. BKI's holistic approach and based on Islamic values ​​also helps students find a balance between academic, social and spiritual, thereby strengthening relationships with family, friends and Allah SWT. This proves that the application of BKI not only provides solutions to students' mental health problems, but also shapes their character and maturity in facing various life challenges. The results of this research indicate that an Islamic-based counseling guidance approach can be an effective solution for overcoming mental health problems among high school students.

Abstract

The Community Service Activity (PKM) by ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong aims to improve the ability and readiness of TPS Supervisors in carrying out supervision and understanding the rights and obligations in supervising TPS in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections (Pilkada) in Montong Gading District, East Lombok Regency. The Capacity Building Activity in the Technical Supervision Work Meeting was carried out for 1 day with a pull day system. In the first session from morning to afternoon, the capacity and abilities of TPS Supervisors were strengthened regarding the tasks and strategies for supervision before voting at TPS. After that, in the afternoon session, a technical understanding was provided regarding the procedures for supervision at TPS during the voting process until the vote counting for the 2024 Simultaneous Election based on KPU Regulation Number 7 of 2024. The last session was a discussion about the material or things that might arise when carrying out supervision at TPS. Capacity building activities in the technical work meeting for Supervision for the 2024 simultaneous elections took place at Lesehan Kebon Dowe, Lendang Belo Village, Montong Gading District on Saturday, November 23, attended by 71 participants from TPS Supervisors throughout Montong Gading District. The agenda for the capacity building activities for TPS Supervisors took place smoothly and conducively and all participants were able to understand the material presented, starting from the regulations or technical instructions for voting and vote counting as well as the supervision patterns that must be carried out by TPS Supervisors based on the provisions of laws and regulations applicable to the 2024 Simultaneous Elections.

Abstract

Population administration is a series of structuring activities in controlling and publishing population data documents through population registration, civil registration and management of population information and the utilization of the results for public services. Therefore, it is important to carry out socialization activities for Law Number 24 of 2013 so that people are more aware of and obedient to population administration. The method used is to provide outreach, followed by direct service from the DUKCAPIL Office after going through the data collection process. By carrying out this service, the community feels helped because this is the first time an activity like this has been carried out in the village. This adds to the enthusiasm of community members who do not yet have MCH, KTP or making KK and changing KK to immediately take part in the service. This population document is vitally needed by the community and must be kept and protected by the state. Apart from that, the expected results are that the people of Jengdik Utara village are more aware of the importance of the population documents presented during the socialization of Law number 24 of 2013 to achieve complete population administration.

Abstract

Senaru Village, Bayan District, North Lombok Regency has abundant natural resources and great potential to be utilized in educational and creative activities. However, the use of natural materials such as leaves and flowers as learning and art media is still very minimal. This community service activity aims to provide environmentally friendly education through ecoprint painting art to children, with a fun, participatory and local potential-based approach. The implementation method includes observation and coordination, socialization of the ecoprint concept, ecoprint practice in groups, to the documentation stage. This activity not only trains children's creativity and motor skills but also fosters concern for the environment and pride in the natural wealth of their village. Through this activity, children are invited to get to know the potential of local flora more closely and appreciate its beauty and usefulness directly. The results of the community service show that ecoprint painting can be an effective education in internalizing environmental conservation values ​​from an early age, while opening up opportunities for the development of sustainable creativity.

Abstract

Enforcement of the election organizer's code of ethics is an important aspect of maintaining the democratic process and elections in Indonesia. The integrity of election organizers is a main pillar in realizing democratic and legitimate elections. The Election Organizer Ethics Council (DKPP) has a crucial role in upholding ethical standards among election organizers. This research aims to analyze the legal aspects of the DKPP's decision regarding violations of the election organizer's code of ethics in East Lombok Regency in 2024, focusing on the case study of Case Number 187-PKE-DKPP/VIII/2024. Through a case study approach and normative juridical analysis, this research will examine the legal basis, considerations, and implications of the DKPP's decision on election organizers and the integrity of the election process at the local level, namely East Lombok Regency. The results of this research indicate that the legal analysis of the Election Organizer Ethics Council's Decision in Case Number 187-PKE-DKPP/VIII/2024, which resulted in the permanent dismissal of a member of the East Lombok Regency KPU, is based on the normative aspect and the fundamental essence of ethics and the neutrality of independent and fair election organizers without any affiliation or indication of bias towards any group or faction

Abstract

Masjid ataupun musholla merupakan tempat ibadah umat Islam, selain itu sesuai dengan Sunnah Rosululloh Muhammad saw bahwa masih banyak lagi fungsi masjid yang dapat diperuntukkan sebagai tempat kegiatan para jamaah. Tujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah untuk memakmurkan masjid yang dalam hal ini mushola Al-Abror yang merupakan satu-satunya amal usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) yg ada di Kecamatan Sukamulia Lombok Timur agar berfungsi optimal untuk kemaslahatan para Jamaah.  Selain itu dimaksudkan juga untuk meningkatkan ketrampilan membaca Al-Qur’an bagi ibu-ibu jamaah Mushola Al-Abror dan memotivasinya untuk tetap mau belajar dalam rangka menjalankan perintah Alloh SWT, serta meningkatkan value ibu-ibu sebagai Madrasah pertama bagi putra-putri mereka. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian kali ini menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dengan melibatkan para ibu-ibu dan Pimpinan Cabang Aisyiyah (PCA) Jantuk yang sebelumya kami anisasi untuk dibentuk agar mempermudah koordinasi. Pelaksanaan pengabdian dilakukan sekitar 2 bulan dengan melibatkan mahasiswa/wi MBKM ITSKes Muhammadiyah Selong. Kegiatan ini dimulai dengan persiapan koordinasi dengan Ketua Pimpinan Cabang Muhammadiyah (PCM) sebagai mitra kami hingga evaluasi kegiatan di akhir masa pengabdian, dimana kegiatan Tahsin ini InshaAlloh tetap dilaksanakan menjadi agenda mingguan bagi ibu-ibu jamaah Mushola Al-Abror Jantuk.
