Abstract

Character Education Strengthening Program is an educational movement under the responsibility of the education unit to strengthen the character of students through harmonization of the process of heart, taste, thought processing, and sports with involvement and cooperation between education units, families and communities as part of the National Movement Mental Revolution (GNRM). The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of Character Education Strengthening in Mangkang Wetan 02 Elementary School Semarang City. This study uses a qualitative method, meaning that the main instrument in the study is the researcher himself. Data sources used include primary data sources and secondary data. The results showed that the implementation of Character Education Strengthening in Mangkang Wetan 02 Elementary School Semarang City was quite successful this can be seen from the level of decline in student delinquency but still needs improvement in the phenomenon of the implementation of school-based character education.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The objectives of this study are to analyze the system and procedure for providing credit for the An-nisa Women's Savings and Loans Union, what requirements must be met by debtors to apply for credit loan at the An-nisa Women's Savings and Loans Union. The approach used is descriptive of the system and procedure for providing credit at the Annisa Women's Savings and Loans Union. Sources of data used from observations and documents used in running the credit system. The results is indicate that the systems and procedures in the Savings and Loans Union are still not in accordance with the theoretical standards according to Mulyadi regarding systems and procedures in providing credit. There are stages that have not been implemented in carrying out procedures, namely credit analysis which determines whether or not customers or members are eligible for loans and there are still double jobs in carrying out credit lending procedures, causing problems such as non-performing loans. Suggestions the author can put forward are there should be a separation of officers in lending to avoid fraud, the need to add credit analysis stages to minimize bad loans by members, it is better to make flow chart comprehensive picture of lending ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wanita An-nisa, persyaratan apa saja yang harus dipenuhi oleh debitur untuk mengajukan pinjaman kredit pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wanita An-nisa. Pendekatan yang digunakan deskriptif mengenai sistem dan prosedur pemberian kredit pada Koperasi Simpan Pinjam Wanita An-nisa. Sumber data yang digunakan dari observasi dan dokumen yang digunakan dalam menjalankan sistem pemberian kredit. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem dan prosedur di Koperasi Simpan Pinjam masih belum sesuai dengan standard teori menurut Mulyadi mengenai sistem dan prosedur dalam pemberian kredit. Ada tahapan yang belum diterapkan dalam menjalankan prosedur yaitu analisis kredit yang menentukan layak tidaknya nasabah atau anggota mendapatkan pinjaman dan masih adanya double job dalam menjalankan prosedur pemberian kredit sehingga menyebabkan masalah seperti kredit bermasalah. Saran yang bisa penulis ajukan adalah sebaiknya ada pemisahan petugas dalam pemberian kredit untuk menghindari penyelewengan, perlunya menambahkan tahapan analisis kredit untuk meminimalisisir kredit macet yang dilakukan anggota, sebaiknya membuat bagan alir untuk membuat gambaran menyeluruh tentang pemberian kredit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Quality of Work Life on Lecturer Performance through strengthening Organizational Commitment. The population in this study were all lecturers working at Insitut Teknologi Sains dan Kesehatan RS dr. Soepraoen Malang. The sampling technique used in this study is Nonprobability Sampling with a total of 71 respondents and the data is processed through Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The results of this study indicate that the better the Quality of Work Life, the more it will contribute to the lecturer performance of Insitut Teknologi Sains dan Kesehatan RS dr. Soepraoen Malang. Likewise with the Quality of Work Life which is getting better it will contribute to the organizational commitment of lecturers. It was also found in this study that organizational commitment which was still low could not contribute to improving the lecturer performance of Insitut Teknologi Sains dan Kesehatan RS dr. Soepraoen Malang. And organizational commitment has not been able to play a role in mediating the relationship between Quality of Work Life and lecturer performance of Insitut Teknologi Sains dan Kesehatan RS dr. Soepraoen Malang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study how job characteristics, work ethic, and quality of life affect employee performance at the Lowokwaru District Office, Malang City. In addition, the purpose of this research analysis was to determine how the independent and dependent variables used in this study interact with each other. This study used the entire population as a sample. where the author used 31 employees at the Lowokwaru District Office as a research sample. The tool used in this study was the Likert scale, which consisted of five response options, each valued 1-5. This study used research instruments, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with the help of Windows SPSS 4.0. The results of this study indicate that job characteristics, work ethic, and quality of life have a partial and positive effect on employee performance. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that all independent variables in this study have an effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

The influence of globalization in today's industry has increased the level of competition between companies, making it increasingly tight and competitive. A company's success is often measured by the quality of the products it produces. Total Quality Management (TQM) is a continuous process that aims to achieve better quality standards in meeting customer needs.This study aims to determine the implementation of TQM, product quality, and to determine the improvement of product quality at Conneight Studio in Malang City. The method used is descriptive analysis.Based on the results of the study, the implementation of TQM requires commitment from all members of the organization. In the printing sector, all employees must be involved in efforts to improve product quality. Training, developing a quality culture, and active participation of the entire team are the keys to creating an environment that supports continuous improvement in product quality. TQM enables printing companies to achieve significant improvements in product quality. Data-based performance measurement is an important aspect of TQM. By collecting and analyzing data on product quality, companies can identify problems, monitor progress, and implement appropriate corrective actions. Effective use of data helps companies make decisions based on facts and evidence and guides continuous improvement efforts.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of competence and compensation on organizational commitment and its implications for job satisfaction. It is hoped that this research will provide theoretical benefits for writers and readers as well as practical benefits for companies or organizations in managing human resources. This research is quantitative research, which was carried out at the Ogh Doni Hotel Jogjakarta by using 30 employees as the population and the research sample was determined using a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research show that in the first regression model the competency and compensation variables partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Meanwhile, in the second model, it is known that competence, compensation and organizational commitment have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee job satisfaction.
