Abstract

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) lingkungan merupakan tindakan atau konsep yang dilakukan oleh perusahaan (sesuai kemampuan perusahaan tersebut) sebagai bentuk tanggungjawab mereka terhadap sosial dan lingkungan sekitar dimana perusahaan itu berada. Menurut Anatan (2008), CSR merupakan salah satu wujud partisipasi dunia usaha untuk mengembangkan program kepedulian perusahaan kepada masyarakat sekitar melalui penciptaan dan pemeliharaan keseimbangan antara mencetak keuntungan, fungsi-fungsi sosial dan pemeliharaan lingkungan hidup. Penelitian ini  termasuk penelitian deskriptif dengan metode survey. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 382 Kepala Keluarga (KK) dengan teknik pengambilan sampel adalah stratified random sampling. Data disajikan dalam bentuk grafik serta narasi untuk menginterpretasikan data tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan skor jawaban responden implementasi program CSR lingkungan PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk yang selalu dan sering dilakukan di Kelurahan Sukajadi, Air Gading, Talang Jawa, Saung Naga, Tanjung Agung, Pusar dan Batu Kuning adalah pada indikator program pengembangan prasarana keagamaan dan fasilitas umum dan indikator program pemberian bantuan korban bencana alam. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Implementasi program CSR Lingkungan PT Semen Baturaja (Persero) Tbk berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat di wilayah ring I Kabupaten Ogan Komering Ulu. Saran penelitian adalah perlu dibuat strategi kebijakan pembuatan program CSR Lingkungan PT Semen Baturaja yang lebih memperhatikan nilai lokal masyarakat, agar efektifitas dan efisiensi program dapat dicapai

Abstract

In accordance with the mandate of the law, forests are part state-controlled and must be managed sustainably, for that the existence of KPH is a necessity for all parties. Forest management is generally realized based on forest governance, management plans, forest rehabilitation, forest protection, and conservation. To improve people's welfare, it is necessary to make optimal use of forest areas to support the preservation of natural resources and overcome global climate change. This research was carried out in KPH Unit XIX Saka, South OKU Regency which is located in the forest group of HL Saka, HPT Saka, and HP Saka, South OKU Regency. Data presentation was carried out descriptively and analyzed using the SWOT method. The results of the study show that KPH as a forest area manager at the site level can guarantee the continuity of forest area functions by implementing sustainable forest management with forest ecological values, based on community welfare. The strategy adopted is the SO Strategy, namely by utilizing and promoting the potential of forest resources, especially non-timber forest product resources (HHBK), and the potential for forest environmental services in the KPH.

Abstract

PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy memiliki pembangkit tenaga uap dengan menggunakan batubara sebagai bahan bakar utama. Limbah Hasil Pembakaran Batubara (LHPB) terus bertambah tetapi terbatas penyimpanannya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi dan karakteristik limbah hasil pembakaran batubara yang dihasilkan dan potensinya untuk paving block. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui kadar penggunaan fly ash dan bottom ash yang optimal untuk paving block dan karakteristiknya. Metode yang dilakukan berupa survey langsung. Data yangdari pengujian langsung di laboratorium terhadap kuat tekan paving block pada  campuran fly ash dan bottom ash. Data sekunder berupa data karakteristik fly ash dan botom ash dan literatur lainnya. Dari pengujian, kuat tekan tertinggi pada paving block pada subtitusi fly ash dan bottom ash 30 % sebesar 105.38 MPa. Peningkatan kuat tekan terjadi akibat kandungan silika yang tinggi yang terdapat pada fly ash dan bottom ash. Karakteristik batubara di PLTU  PT. Bakti Nugraha Yuda Energy adalah silika dan besi sebagai unsur kandungan utama, dan usur lainnya yaitu aluminium, kalsium, titanium dan kalium. Fly ash dan bottom ash memiliki kandungan mineral yang tinggi yaitu didominasi oleh phasa quartz 61,8% dengan struktur kristal trigonal (hexagonal axes).

Abstract

The company's goals will be achieved when it has good and qualified human resources. One of indicator that company has a good human resources governance, is when it puts safety and health of its employees as priority. The company through the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) program, tries to protect its employees in all forms of work activities, as an effort to keep its workers away from accidents or injuries while working. This is also an effort to avoid diseases that occur in the short or long term due to the work that employees do in the company. Department of Mining at PT Semen Baturaja Tbk is one of departement whose activity in working process has high potential risk and danger. This research aims to know the impact of the implementation of OHS culture in the Department of Mining and how deep the implementation of OHS culture effects employee’s performance in working. Multiple Linear Regression Test in the SPSS 18 program is used to examine the data obtained through questionnaires and interviews, the value of the impact of implementing OHS culture on employee performance within the Department of Mining at PT Semen Baturaja will be known. From the analysis conducted, known that the regression coefficient X1 is 0.281, and the regression coefficient X2 is 0.577. From the F Test that conducted, it is obtained that t value is bigger than t table, means that the OHS culture factor has a significant impact on employee performance with a coefficient of determination is 16.5%. Thus, we can conclude that factor of implementing OHS culture has a real impact on employee performance within the Department of Mining at PT Semen Baturaja tbk.
