Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Menganalisis bentuk saluran tataniaga bokar, farmer share dan share pedagang yang terlibat pada kegiatan perdagangan bokar di Desa Seterio Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin, dan (2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor dominan yang menyebabkan petani menghasilkan karet dengan kualitas yang masih rendah. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kasus. Metode penarikan contoh menggunakan metode disproportionate random sampling dimana responden dibagi berdasarkan saluran pemasaran. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif sedangkan analisis pemasararan menggunakan rumus marjin pemasaran, biaya pemasaran, keuntungan pemasaran dan farmer share, sedangkan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan pengolahan karet tidak sesuai dengan anjuran adalah dilakukan wawancara mendalam (deep interview) lalu kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tataniaga slab di Desa Seterio Kecamatan Banyuasin III Kabupaten Banyuasin terdiri dari dua saluran, yaitu: (a) Saluran I: petani–pedagang tingkat desa- Pedagang tingkat kecamatan– pabrik, (b) Petani–Pedagang tingkat kecamatan–Pabrik. Saluran yang paling efisien adalah saluran II. Faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan petani menghasilkan slab dengan kualitas rendah adalah: kebiasaan pengolahan karet yang kurang baik (direndam, menggunakan bahan pembeku yang tidak sesuai anjuran dan menambahkan bahan kotoran pada karet), tidak adanya respon positip dari pedagang terhadap upaya perbaikan mutu karet oleh petani, kegiatan penimbangan yang tidak jujur (tidak fair) oleh pedagang dan kurangnya informasi harga sebernarnya yang berlaku di pasaran. Abstract

Abstract: Current issue diphtheria immunization, pertussis, tetanus (DPT) is whether there is a difference of immunity and effectiveness of administration once, twice, three times to establish immunity. Abstract

The development of world technology is very fast, so people can very easily communicate in any way without considering distance and time. One way to get it all is to have the internet. Over time the use of the internet is growing day by day. This has a positive impact on all groups of people because they can access it through Internet Banking. Apart from the positive side of the internet, it turns out that there are also negative impacts from the internet on people's daily lives, such as credit card burglary through the Internet Banking system, so the public or customers must be cautious in guarding against credit card burglaries carried out by irresponsible persons, on the other hand, Indonesian banks have several regulations in place to protect their customers, especially in the use of credit cards. For example, customers can sue criminally, where customers can report the bank as a credit card provider to the authorities on the suspicion that the bank has distributed customer personal data. At the same time, civilly, they can claim compensation from the bank. The number of cases related to the leakage/misuse of customer personal data has become a central issue in the banking industry. This problem is crucial because it is related to customer security and trust in the existence of banking institutions, so it needs to be addressed as much as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the job performance of Civil Servants (ASN) at the Civil Service and Human Resource Development Agency (BKPSDM) of Muaro Jambi Regency in carrying out the functions of planning and developing human resources (HR) in education, particularly teachers and educational personnel. The study focuses on the effectiveness of teacher formation planning, the implementation of competency development, and the implementation of a merit system in education HR management. The research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The results show that the performance of BKPSDM ASN has met education management standards in several aspects, especially in the administration of teacher requirement planning and the implementation of competency development programs. However, there are several limitations, such as gaps in the digital literacy of civil servants, suboptimal mapping of school performance-based training needs, and a lack of innovation in the implementation of educational human resource development. This study concludes that the job performance of ASN BKPSDM contributes significantly to the effectiveness of managing teaching and education personnel, but still requires systemic strengthening through data integration, competency improvement, and alignment of performance indicators with education quality standards. Keywords: Job Performance, Education Management, BKPSDM, Educators Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis job performance Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) pada Badan Kepegawaian dan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BKPSDM) Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam melaksanakan fungsi perencanaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM) pendidikan, khususnya guru dan tenaga kependidikan. Kajian difokuskan pada efektivitas perencanaan formasi guru, pelaksanaan pengembangan kompetensi, serta implementasi sistem merit dalam pengelolaan SDM pendidikan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif melalui teknik wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja ASN BKPSDM telah memenuhi standar manajemen pendidikan dalam beberapa aspek, terutama administrasi perencanaan kebutuhan guru dan pelaksanaan program pengembangan kompetensi. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa keterbatasan seperti kesenjangan literasi digital aparatur, kurang optimalnya pemetaan kebutuhan pelatihan berbasis kinerja sekolah, serta minimnya inovasi dalam implementasi pengembangan SDM pendidikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa job performance ASN BKPSDM memberikan kontribusi signifikan terhadap efektivitas pengelolaan tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan, namun masih memerlukan penguatan sistemik melalui integrasi data, peningkatan kompetensi, dan keselarasan indikator kinerja dengan standar mutu pendidikan.

Abstract

Dengue remains a major public health problem in tropical countries, including Indonesia. The increasing incidence of dengue requires active community participation in prevention efforts. Knowledge is an important factor influencing dengue prevention behavior. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between knowledge level and dengue prevention behavior among the community in Medan Denai Sub-district, Medan. This study employed an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach and was conducted in August 2024. A total of 131 respondents were selected using consecutive sampling. Data were collected through face-to-face interviews using a structured questionnaire and analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that most respondents had a very good level of knowledge (59.5%), while dengue prevention behavior was predominantly in the sufficient category (42.7%). Bivariate analysis revealed a statistically significant relationship between knowledge level and dengue prevention behavior (p = 0.007). These findings indicate that higher knowledge levels are associated with better dengue prevention behavior. Strengthening community-based health education and cross-sector collaboration at the primary healthcare level is essential to promote sustainable dengue prevention practices.
