Abstract

Teknologi saat ini telah menjadi bagian yang tidak terpisahkan dalam setiap aspek kehidupan, tidak terkecuali dalam dunia pendidikan. Kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi saat ini merupakan tuntutan yang mutlak dibutuhkan oleh seorang guru, karena teknologi tidak hanya berguna dalam memperkaya proses belajar mengajar tetapi juga berguna dalam mendukung proses administrative yang harus dilakukan seorang guru. SD Kristen Brawijaya I YPK Jatim adalah sebuah sekolah Kristen yang terletak di Jl. Brawijaya No.1 Malang. Sekolah ini memiliki tenaga pendidik sebanyak 9 orang guru dengan fasilitas 6 buah unit komputer yang berfungsi dilengkapi dengan LCD. Kemampuan dasar guru-guru yang ada pada SD Kristen Brawijaya I YPK Jatim dalam pengoperasian Microsoft Office ditemukan sangat minim. Hal itu banyak berdampak pada proses belajar mengajar dan administratif yang terhambat karena kurangnya kompetensi guru dalam penggunaan komputer tersebut. Para guru SD Kristen Brawijaya I YPK Jatim cenderung untuk selalu bertanya dan meminta bantuan kepada penanggung jawab operasi komputer, sehingga hal itu mengakibatkan menurunnya produktivitas kerja dan efisiensi waktu, serta media pembelajaran yang kurang variatif. Pada pelatihan ini para guru diberikan pendampingan untuk memastikan proses penyerapan materi dapat terjadi secara optimal, dan ini terlihat pada hasil pelatihan yang menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan komputer dari setiap peserta.

Abstract

Motivation to learn can function as a driving force in achieving achievement. The approach used in this research is a quantitative approach. Researchers chose the type of experimental research. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the discussion learning method, parental attention and learning motivation on social studies learning outcomes of SDN Gugus Bumi Nickel Bohodopi Morowali Elementary School. The results of the analysis are 1). the results of the t test and reinforced by the results of the ANOVA test found that partially the use of the discussion method had an effect on student social studies learning outcomes. 2). the results of the t test and reinforced by the results of the Anava test found that partially parental attention influences student social studies learning outcomes. 3). the results of the t test and reinforced by the results of the Anava test found that partially student learning motivation influences student social studies learning outcomes. 4). ANOVA test shows that the use of the discussion method, student learning motivation, and parental attention influence student social studies learning outcomes together. The conclusion is that discussion learning methods, parental attention and learning motivation affect social studies learning outcomes of SDN Gugus Bumi Nickel Bohodopi Morowali students.

Abstract

The discovery learning method is a learning method that has many advantages compared to other learning methods. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of using the discovery learning method and learning interest on social studies learning outcomes for fifth grade students at SDN 1 Bahonjuang and Kelas V SDN Umbele Elementary School. The method used by researchers is quantitative with an experimental approach. Data collection uses a survey method with a questionnaire as an instrument. Analysis of research data using descriptive statistical tests, t test. and Anova. The results of the Anova test obtained the results of F count 13772 with Sig = 0.000. Value (< 0.05). meaning that together the use of the Discovery Learning Method and interest in learning affect student learning outcomes. the use of discovery learning methods and learning interest on social studies learning outcomes of students. Conclusions: (1) Simultaneously there is a significant effect of the use of the discovery learning method and learning interest on student social studies learning outcomes (2) Partially there is a significant influence of the use of the Discovery Learning method on student social studies learning outcomes. (3) Partially there is a significant influence of students' learning interest on students' social studies learning outcomes.
