Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the Implementation of the Work Ethic In Improving Quality of Life Scavenger Muslim village, hamlet Jatirejo Mask District of Tikung Lamongan. Subyek research is Scavengers Muslims in the village Jatirejo Ticking subdistrict in Lamongan some 50 people. The data collection method using a questionnaire. Methods of analysis using logistic regression models. The results showed that the implementation of the work ethic of individual Muslims who mostly have a high work ethic can increase its revenue, so their quality of life can be improved. In this case can be seen from the quality of life Nagelkerke R Square of 0.551, this means 55.1% of the variable quality of life can be explained by the variable Work Ethic, while the value of R Square Negelkerke revenue of 0.552, this means that 55.2% Income variables can explained by the variable Work Ethics. There is a strong relationship between the two that the higher a person's work ethic, the higher the level of quality of life and the lower the person's work ethic the lower level of the quality of life it also affect the level of income. Keyword : work ethic, quality of life, scavengers

Abstract

The progress of an organization will not remove from the existence and the influence of human resources that contained. Efforts to improve the performance of the employees including the attention to shift work and stress the work on the employees. This research aims to find out the influence of partially or simultaneous as well as the most dominant variable about shift work and stress on the performance of the work of the employees employees in PT Jaya Brik Indonesia kemantren paciran lamongan.The research method used in this research is a quantitative method. Samples taken from the research as much as 75 respondents. Techniques data in this research using the questioner and the recording of the document and then in the analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the program SPSS 24 and eviews 9.The results of the study showed,(1) Shif influential work positive and significant (t count 2,549>1,666 t table) to the performance of employees and work stress have positive and significant (t count 3,294> 1,666 t)table on the performance of the employees (2) Shift work and stress the work simultaneously have positive and significant (f count 10,867 > 1.73 f table) to the performance of employees. (3) the variables most affect the performance of the employees are working shift.Key Words : The Performance of employees, work Shift and Work stress.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan ( tangible, reliability, responsiveness, asurance dan empathy) terhadap kepuasan nasabah bank pada Bank BCA KCP Lamongan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 500 nasabah denga jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 nasabah yang diperoleh dengan rumus Slovin. Untuk menguji alat ukur, digunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel bukti fisik dan empati berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan variabel kehandalan, daya tanggap dan jaminan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

The sendang batik center as an area for batik craftsmen certainly requires marketing techniques as an effort to exist in the face of developments, especially the fashion sector. Entrepreneurial marketing as an alternative approach to SMEs marketing is needed to support business competitiveness both directly and through improving marketing performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial marketing on the competitiveness of SMEs in the sendang batik center directly or through marketing performance. The analytica; technique used is path analysis through as structural equation mode (SEM) based on partial least square (PLS). The results showed that there was a positive influence of entrepreneurial marketing on the competitiveness and marketing performance of the sendang batim center. Significant marketing performance mediates the relationship between entrepreneurial marketing and the competitiveness of SMEsin the sendang batik center at a significance level of 10 percent.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has driven many companies to utilize social media as an effective promotional tool. CV Iyog Sport, a jersey printing convection company, also leverages social media platforms such as Instagram, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and YouTube to support their business development. This business has been well received by the Indonesian community and is widely recognized as a high-quality, modern, and leading garment company in service. This study aims to analyze the implementation of promotional strategies through social media and product innovation in the business development of CV Iyog Sport. The research method used is an in-depth case study, which includes the collection of primary and secondary data through interviews, observations, and analysis of company documents. The results of the research show that the implementation of promotional strategies using social media has successfully increased the visibility and sales of CV Iyog Sport's products. The product innovation efforts also received positive responses from consumers, which in turn fosters business growth. Overall, this study concludes that a combination of appropriate social media promotional strategies and product innovation can significantly contribute to the business development of CV Iyog Sport.

Abstract

The development of the business world is moving very fast due to the wide open globalization for business actors. Many companies consider that loyal consumers will be able to improve the long-term survival of the company. The purpose of this study is to determine how trust, commitment, communication and complaint handling influence consumer loyalty, so that the following hypothesis is proposed: It is suspected that trust, commitment, communication, and complaint handling have an influence on consumer loyalty partially and simultaneously. and it is suspected that the complaint handling variable is the dominant variable that influences consumer loyalty. MDC Trans Lamongan services. The results of the analysis show that all collected data are valid and reliable, there is no multicollinearity and heterocollinearity. The SPSS output results also show that the multiple correlation value is 0.971 and the coefficient of determination (R2 ) is 0.944. From the t-table calculation, the results are 1.9921 and the calculated t X1 is 2.233 X2 is 6.636. X3 is 4.487 and X4 is 6.209, indicating that there is a partial or individual influence. Meanwhile, after the f-table calculation, the f-table value is 2.49 and the calculated f is 313.933, indicating that there is a simultaneous or joint influence. Meanwhile, from the multiple linear regression analysis test, the value of Y = -4.444 + 0.199 X1 + 0.498 X2 + 0.304 X3 + 0.652 X4 is obtained. The conclusion of this study is that there is a partial influence shown based on the t-test which explains that the Trust variable has a significant positive effect on Consumer Loyalty. There is a simultaneous influence known from the F test that Trust, Commitment, Communication, and Complaint Handling have a significant positive effect on Loyalty, and it is known that the complaint handling variable is the variable that has the most influence on Consumer Loyalty.
