Abstract

The spinal anesthesia is mostly used for cesarean section. The use of spinal anesthesia may cause the complications during and after surgery. The purpose of the research was to describe the incidence complications after spinal anesthesia on the first and third day after cesarean section in Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin. The method of the research is descriptive. The data were obtained from the medical records of the patient and questionnaire sheets. The sampling was used in consecutive sampling with the total of research subjects are 47 patients. The result of the research showed the incidence complications on the first day after spinal anesthesia is back pain 19(42.3%), nausea and vomit 6(13.4%), and headache 1(2.2%). The third day after spinal anesthesia is back pain 5(11%), nausea and vomit 24.4%), and headache 1(2.2%). The conclusion of the research is the image of the incidence complications after spinal anesthesia on the first day and third day at Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin shows back pain as the most complaints. Keywords: complications after spinal anesthesia, spinal anesthesia, Ulin Hospital Banjarmasin.

Abstract

In the era of globalization, the exsisting of Internet has viewed a global information network that completely transparent, it was directly or indirectly affect and create challenges to find the way of arranging a transaction in the economics side, the development of technology has met the method of transactions known as e-commerce. Islam has set up a mechanism in the property development, and one of the efforts for arrange the wealth development is through business activities. Young age is not an obstacle to starting a business, even many people who success in the field of business at a young age. Based on the background above, the formulation of the problem in this study: How big is the impact of e-commerce on Soul Entrepreneurship Growth Student Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung ?. Research Objectives to analyze how big is the impact of e-commerce on the Growth of Enterpreneurship Student Life of Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Raden Intan Lampung. The method cunducted in this research is using survey research design with quantitative research methods, the sample in this study as many as 19 people with simple random sampling method, data collecting techniques that used was through questionnaires, data analysis techniques is using a simple regression by SPSS program ver. 16. The results showed: There are positive and significant impact between e-commerce with the growth of soul students entrepreneurship.

Abstract

In trade business, the technology advance has thought out the transaction method which is known as e-commerce (electric commerce). E-commerce is using electric tools and technologies as media to do the trade. The usage of internet is not a new thing for university students, even most of them shop via internet either only for trying, following the trend or getting used to do it. Doing transaction via internet has different perception towards perceived risk, so their behavior is different as well.According to background of the problem above, the formulations of this research are 1. How is the effect of perceived risk towards consumer’s behavior at e-commerce transaction of state university students in Lampung? 2. How is the perception of Islamic business ethics about effect of perceived risk towards consumer’s behavior at e-commerce transaction of state university students in Lampung?. The objectives of this research are to analyse 1. The effect of perceived risk towards consumer’s behavior at e-commerce transaction of state university students in Lampung. 2. How the perception of Islamic business ethics about effect of perceived risk towards consumer’s behavior at e-commerce transaction of state university students in Lampung. The method f of this research used survey research design with quantitative research method. The sample of the research was 60 participants with sampling purposive method. The technique of data collection was through questionnaire. Data analysis technique was a simple linear regression with SPSS ver. 16.0 program.The result of the research showed that 1. There was a significantly negative effect between perceived risk towards consumer’s behavior at e-commerce transaction of state university students in Lampung. It was -0,463. It meant that the higher perceived risk of consumer was, the lower consumer’s behavior was to do e-commerce transaction. 2. The effect of perceived risk towards consumer’s behavior at e-commerce transaction of state university students in Lampung based on perception of Islamic business ethics has not been fully implemented, This was caused by market deception in e-commerce transaction. Consumers were also often lack of carefulness and reluctant to find information about the seller reputation, the specification of product, etc. As the picture at website was interesting and they had enough money, they will buy it. This made the concept of An TaraddinMinkumnot achieved.

Abstract

The main goal of the Islamic financial industry is falah, which is always involved in matters beneficial to the community. The Islamic finance beginning to emphasize broader social responsibility issues, such as environmental concerns. To maintain economic sustainability and protect the environment, the world faces two challenges in an increasingly complex global era. Sukuk generally refers to a certificate that has the same value as a portion or the entirety of assets to obtain returns and services within the ownership of specific assets and projects or special investment activities. SDGs aim to reduce the impact of damage through the emphasis on achieving it through collaboration between countries and sectors. library research Sustainable development not only prioritizes economic growth but also how economic activities can ensure the healthy and non-excessive use of natural resources to achieve optimal results. However, there are several issues that hinder its implementation. In a situation like various factors that hinder sustainable economic growth in Indonesia.

Abstract

Integration between Islamic economy and green economy in the context of sustainable development. In this modern era, environmental challenges are increasingly pressing, and a holistic approach is needed to overcome these problems. The concept of maqashid sharia, which includes the protection of religion, life, reason, property and descendants, provides a comprehensive framework for integrating social, economic and environmental aspects in development. Education and environmental awareness based on Islamic values ​​are one of the important pillars in creating a society that cares about the environment. Several mosques in Indonesia have implemented environmentally friendly principles by optimizing the use of renewable energy and managing waste effectively. This shows that religious institutions can play an active role in supporting the green economy. However, there are still many challenges faced in implementing a green economy in Indonesia, including a lack of environmental literacy in society and human exploitation of other humans. Therefore, this paper aims to find strategies and recommendations that can be implemented to integrate Islamic economics within a sustainable development framework, so as to create synergy between economic growth, social welfare and environmental preservation. Therefore, it is hoped that this paper can contribute to the moral and material development of Islamic society and encourage active participation in environmental conservation efforts. Criticism and suggestions from readers are highly welcomed for future improvements.

Abstract

Investasi hijau syariah muncul sebagai solusi inovatif dalam upaya mencapai pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan di tengah tantangan global yang semakin mendesak, seperti perubahan iklim dan penurunan keanekaragaman hayati. Dengan memfokuskan alokasi modal pada proyek-proyek berkelanjutan, investasi ini tidak hanya berupaya memberikan manfaat finansial, namun juga memenuhi kriteria etika dan sosial sesuai prinsip syariah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kepustakaan, yaitu pengumpulan karya ilmiah atau data dari berbagai sumber untuk keperluan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah investasi hijau syariah memiliki potensi signifikan untuk memberikan dampak positif jangka panjang terhadap perekonomian global dengan mengalihkan modal ke proyek berkelanjutan yang mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi, pengurangan emisi karbon, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Selain menciptakan lapangan kerja dan meningkatkan kualitas hidup, investasi ini berkontribusi terhadap tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan yang lebih luas. Dengan pendekatan kolaboratif yang holistik, investasi hijau syariah diharapkan dapat berkontribusi signifikan terhadap pembangunan ekonomi berkelanjutan dan menciptakan kondisi yang lebih baik bagi generasi mendatang.

Abstract

Sustainable development as urgent world news, especially facing the challenges of climate change & environmental degradation. This concept emphasizes the importance of meeting the needs of the present generation without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. In this context, green economy emerges as an environmentally friendly & sustainable approach to economic growth. This type of research method is a qualitative literature review research that collects data using a search method based on a lot of examples of books, journals, & existing research. In this study, bibliographic analysis was conducted to find out a number of previous studies on the topic & literature related to green economic theory, Islamic economics, & SDGs. The tool used for the analysis is VOSviewer, & the key terms are green economy, Islamic economics, & SDGs. The results of this study Islamic Economics is based on Islamic principles & emphasizes the importance of environmental sustainability, environmental development can have a significant impact on economic and social progress. The Islamic economic perspective emphasizes the importance of reducing waste & pollution, which contributes to environmental sustainability. The Islamic economic approach is crucial to addressing environmental conflicts & creating a sustainable nation. The Islamic economic approach is crucial in encouraging Development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) 2030 on eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Climate change and the need for sustainability highlight the importance of eco-literacy in fostering consumer environmental awareness. This research employs a quantitative method using a survey of 96 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The findings indicate that eco-literacy significantly influences the brand image and green product knowledge. These variables mediate the relationship between eco-literacy and green purchase behaviour. The results emphasize that consumers with higher levels of eco-literacy tend to prefer sustainable brands and environmentally friendly products. From the perspective of maqashid syariah, these findings align with the principles of hifz al-'aql (protection of intellect) and hifz al-maal (protection of wealth).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the optimization of marketing strategies through social media for the development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Lampung Province from the perspective of Maqashid asy-sharia. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, data collection was conducted through interviews and observations with MSME owners and relevant stakeholders. The results of this study indicate that: (1) the utilization of social media as a marketing tool has proven to be highly effective in expanding the reach of MSMEs, enhancing brand awareness, and increasing consumer engagement; (2) marketing through social media aligns with the principles of Maqashid asy-sharia, particularly in preserving wealth (hifdz al-mal) and ensuring ethical business practices. Furthermore, this study provides a deeper understanding of how digital marketing strategies can be harmonized with Islamic ethical and economic principles. The findings are expected to offer valuable insights for MSME business managers, academics, and policymakers in leveraging social media marketing while adhering to Maqashid asy-sharia values. This research contributes to the discourse on digital marketing in the context of Islamic economic principles and serves as a foundation for future studies exploring ethical business practices in the digital era.
