Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus difasilitasi oleh pemerintah dengan mendirikan sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) untuk memberikan pendidikan bagi anak-anak yang memiliki keunikan tersebut. Bagi setiap penyelenggaraan makanan, baik penyelenggaraan makanan institusi non komersial maupun komersial, kelengkapan dan kecukupan zat gizi dalam makanan yang disajikan haruslah dijadikan pedoman dalam penyusunan menu makanan yang akan disajikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan menu gizi seimbang dan sisa makanan di asrama SLB Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kecukupan gizi untuk siswa SLBN Kota Palangka Raya adalah diperoleh rata-rata kecukupan energi total adalah 2362,5 Kkal dan protein total adalah 63,8 gram. Nilai gizi menu yang disajikan di asrama SLBN Kota Palangka Raya energi sebesar 1119,9 kkal dan protein 31,37 gram. Unit cost makanan menu seimbang yang diberikan saat intervensi sebesar Rp. 42.900/hari/anak. Rata-rata sisa makanan selama 21 hari disajikan yaitu sayuran 3,72 gr.

Abstract

This socialization activity aims to enhance students' understanding of business planning, particularly in the acrylic flower board decoration industry. The main problem faced by the community partners, who are aspiring student entrepreneurs, is the lack of practical and theoretical knowledge in designing comprehensive and applicable business plans. The proposed solution is integrated training that includes basic business planning theory, marketing strategy, financial analysis, and hands-on simulation focused on creative products. The methods used in this activity involve a combination of material presentations, group discussions, and direct practice in preparing business plans using the acrylic flower board as a case study. The results of the activity indicate a significant increase in students’ interest, understanding, and skills in the business planning process, as evidenced by higher evaluation scores before and after the training.This socialization activity aims to enhance students' understanding of business planning, particularly in the acrylic flower board decoration industry.
