Abstract

Anak berkebutuhan khusus difasilitasi oleh pemerintah dengan mendirikan sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) untuk memberikan pendidikan bagi anak-anak yang memiliki keunikan tersebut. Bagi setiap penyelenggaraan makanan, baik penyelenggaraan makanan institusi non komersial maupun komersial, kelengkapan dan kecukupan zat gizi dalam makanan yang disajikan haruslah dijadikan pedoman dalam penyusunan menu makanan yang akan disajikan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan menu gizi seimbang dan sisa makanan di asrama SLB Kota Palangka Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kecukupan gizi untuk siswa SLBN Kota Palangka Raya adalah diperoleh rata-rata kecukupan energi total adalah 2362,5 Kkal dan protein total adalah 63,8 gram. Nilai gizi menu yang disajikan di asrama SLBN Kota Palangka Raya energi sebesar 1119,9 kkal dan protein 31,37 gram. Unit cost makanan menu seimbang yang diberikan saat intervensi sebesar Rp. 42.900/hari/anak. Rata-rata sisa makanan selama 21 hari disajikan yaitu sayuran 3,72 gr.

Abstract

Difficulty eating in children often occurs in preschool children by > 20%. Difficulty eating in children is a complex problem. Factors causing malnutrition are nutrition imbalances, factors for providing and serving nutritious food. Acceptance is the level of individual liking or disliking of a type of food. Acceptance test was conducted to determine whether the variation of the food menu was acceptable or not. With the variation of recipe standards on quality and quality standards, among others, by changing the taste of food and the appearance of the food, but still maintaining the nutritional value, it is expected to increase acceptability. This study was conducted to analyze the variation of a complete diet on the acceptance of preschool children in daycare. Experimental research design method is posttest-only control group design. The trial was carried out for 3 days. When this stage is complete, the researcher evaluates its implementation. The intervention given is in the form of 1 toddler lunch cycle. 1 lunch cycle is given for 2 weeks. At the age of 1-3 years, staple foods showed differences in the average intake of 5 types of staple foods and vegetables with a p value of 0.002, animal side dishes 0.003, vegetable side dishes 0.737, and fruit 0.0005. At the age of 4-6 years, staple foods showed differences in the average intake of 5 types of staple foods with a p value of 0.107, animal foods 0.043, plant foods 0.351, vegetables 0.809, and fruit 0.01

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how motivation and work discipline influence the performance of employees at the Sorong City Post Office. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation approach, with the research population being all employees who work at the Sorong City Post Office, using a saturated sampling technique so that the sample used in this research is from the population, namely 26 who work at the Sorong City Post Office. This research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), field observations. The research instrument uses validity tests and correlation tests. The results of this research show that the partial correlation value between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is 0.838 in the strong category and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, meaning that the more motivation and discipline, the higher the employee's performance.
