Abstract

Kegiatan kuliah kerja nyata (KKN) Di laksanakan pada Hari selasa 6 agustus 2024 bertempat di smp negeri 9 kota sorong kelurahan soop. Metode yang di gunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi kesadaran ketertiban masyarakat pulau soop. Kesadaran yang di harapkan dapat melahirkan kertiban umum demi menjaga keamanan dan kenyamanan dalam lingkungan masyarakat itu sendiri,ini juga dapat di artikan sebagai prinsip dasar untuk menjaga kehidupan berdampingan yang damai. Sebab kita ketahui bersama akhir-akhir ini tindak kejahatan cukup marak terjadi, maka lewat sosialisasi ini kami berharap ada perubahan sosial di masyarakat kelurahan soop terkait ketertiban dalam bermasyarakat.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Sorong adalah sekolah yang berada pada Maklibam, Kec, Mayamuk. Kabupaten Sorong. Papua Barat kami melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Sorong dengan tujuan dapat meningkat jiwa berwira usaha siswa siswi Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Insan Cendekia Sorong. Pengabdian ini juga dapat membantu pengetahuan siswa siswi membuat usaha dengan memperhatikan kualitas produksi kemasan dan estetika kemasan, harga, tempat penjualan dan promosi. Tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan sebagai berikut: melakukan silaturahmi dengan pihak sekola, pelaksanaan kegiatan, memberi materi, tanya jawab penguatan materi, penutup, evaluasi.Hasil dari pengabdian ini berupa tambahan pengetahuan dan pemahaman siswa-siswi dalam hal berwirausaha dan pentingnya panasaran dalam berwirausaha, sehingga siswa siswi memiliki motivasi untuk menjadi seorang santripreneur

Abstract

Tanaman pisang merupakan tanaman asli Benua Asia Tenggara, hal ini dapat dibuktikan dari beberapa literatur yang menyebutkan bahwa tanaman pisang adalah tanaman asli dari Negara Indonesia, Selain tumbuh sebagai tanaman liar, tanaman pisang juga banyak dibudidayakan. Pada dasarnya tanaman pisang diklasifikasikan dalam berbagai jenis. Pisang yang mempunyai warna kuning yang khas rasa yang manis dan lezat. Pelatihan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Melalui Pelatihan Pemanfaatan Buah Pisang ini bertujuan untuk manfaatkan olahan buah Pisang raja sebagai makanan cemilan dengan inofasi baru yaitu Banana Pizza. Metode yang kita lakukan adalah metode praktek langsung kepada audiens di kelurahan Klamalu Kabupaten Sorong. Hasil dari penelitian ini dilakukan agar memotivasi audines untuk memperoleh ide bisnis dan mendapatkan peluang bisnis di usia muda. Para dosen berkolaborasi dengan mahasiswa melakukan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan program pelatihan hasil dari Pelatihan ini adalah Para masyarakat dibina untuk mengembangkan kreatifitas dalam membuat produk dan memanfaatkan buah pisang di lingkungan sekitar karena keterbatasan waktu dan kegiatan itu sendiri.

Abstract

Potensi yang ada di Kota Sorong bahwa keripik yang biasanya yang dibuat oleh para pelaku UMKM menggunakan bahan dasar keladi bete. Metode mata kuliah berbasis pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan pelatihan di lakukan melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut: Observasi, Permohonanizin, Surat, Pelaksanaan Kegiatan, Persiapan Oleh Tim Pengusul, Penetapan Pelaksanaan, Terlaksanakan Kegiatan, Sasaran Memperoleh Pengetahuan dan Keterampilan Pemasaran, Evaluasi Pembimbang, Laporan akhir Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Pengabdian dapat diuraikan sebagai berikut:1. Memaparkan produk dalam usaha ide bisnis keripik keladi 2. Memaparkan harga kedalam produk keripik keladi 3. Memaparkan place atau tempat pemasaran keripik keladi 4. Memaparkan proses promosi pada produk keripik keladi 5. Memaparkan cara mendapatkan keuntungan melebihi target penjualan. 6. Memaparkan tentang hambatan bisnis keripik keladi.

Abstract

Ideas and plans in building a business venture must be well designed. Business planning is used as a guide for business people in running a business. Seeing the large potential of taro tubers which are usually processed only as daily food preparations without processing them into products that can be sold with a higher selling value. Therefore, there is a new innovative idea for managing taro taro into a taro chips business idea. This community service training method is carried out through several stages as follows: observation, licensing, preparation, implementation, discussion and question and answer, material reinforcement. The activities can be concluded that the people of Klamalu sub-district are enthusiastic in attending community empowerment activities, the audience is enthusiastic in watching the presentation of material about the use of taro, the audience also participates in the practical process of processing taro chips, the audience can also add new insights about labeling which can be developed to increase additional income for housewives.

Abstract

Butek batik is the result of using patchwork waste by creatively utilizing patchwork waste. A batik bouquet is a flower arrangement made from patchwork waste with batik motifs and has high artistic value. Flower bouquet products are popular with young people because they can be used as birthday gifts, graduation souvenirs and so on. During service activities, the marketing team conveys marketing materials. Marketing Mix refers to a series of strategies used in promoting batik bouquet products. The activity aims to provide guidance to the female students of Pondok Modern Al-Ghuroba to find out the application of marketing mix to products, thereby influencing purchasing decisions for Flower Bouquet products. This service method begins with observation, licensing, carrying out activities, discussions, strengthening materials. Based on the implementation of the activities carried out, it shows the importance of implementing a marketing mix for developing a business so that the products sold can be well received by the determined target market. The product is named Boutique and given a logo, the marketing team sets the price for a batik bouquet no different from the market price, the marketing team determines the use of Instagram for distribution, and the marketing team uses the facilities available on Instagram to promote the product so that it is better known to a wider market reach. The results of service activities at Pondok Modern Al-Ghuroba were carried out well as shown by the level of participation of the participants.

Abstract

Sweet potato is one of the raw materials that is easy to get in West Papua, especially in the Pal Putih village which is located close to the market. The purpose of this training is that mothers or mothers in the Pal Putih village can have skills in processing Sweet Potatoes into Sweet Potato Chips that have good quality. This training not only increases knowledge of mothers in product manufacturing but is also able to implement marketing strategies by paying attention to product quality, packaging, packaging appearance aesthetics, branding and labeling; Housewives who take part in the training are encouraged or motivated to make sweet potato chips business so that they can increase their income. The implementation of activities is carried out with the following steps: Observation; Completion of service licensing and socialization; Training; Material reinforcement; and Discussion. The implementation of Community Service Activities is described as follows: Production training, marketing strategy, entrepreneurship motivation; Training on the initial preparation before producing, the production process, the packaging process, the labeling process.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how motivation and work discipline influence the performance of employees at the Sorong City Post Office. This research is a quantitative research with a descriptive correlation approach, with the research population being all employees who work at the Sorong City Post Office, using a saturated sampling technique so that the sample used in this research is from the population, namely 26 who work at the Sorong City Post Office. This research data was obtained from questionnaires (primary), field observations. The research instrument uses validity tests and correlation tests. The results of this research show that the partial correlation value between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance is 0.838 in the strong category and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05. This shows that there is a significant positive relationship between work motivation and work discipline on employee performance, meaning that the more motivation and discipline, the higher the employee's performance.

Abstract

This  study  aims  to  determine  the effect  of  the  recruitment  and  selection process  on employee performance at PT. Bumi Sarana Utama Kalla Aspal Branch Sorong. Recruitment and selection are crucial component in human resource management that significantly influence organizational effectiveness. The research employs a quantitative approach with data collected from 30 respondents using questionnaires. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression. The findings indicate that both recruitment and selection processes have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The result suggest that improving the recruitment and selection mechanisms can lead to enhanced employee performance. The study is expected to contribute to the understanding and implementation of more effective human resource practices.

Abstract

The impact of organizational culture on employee performance is crucial in enhancing productivity and work environment within companies. This study explores the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, with human resource development acting as a mediating factor. The research employs a quantitative approach using Partial Least Squares (PLS) analysis, based on survey data collected from 32 employees at CV. Pangan Makmur Irja Sorong. The findings reveal that organizational culture has a positive influence on both employee performance and human resource development. However, despite the positive influence of human resource development on employee performance, this effect was found to be statistically insignificant. Additionally, human resource development was not a significant mediator between organizational culture and employee performance. This research contributes to existing literature by providing insights into the mediating role of human resource development in the context of organizational culture and employee performance in SMEs in Sorong. The practical implication of this study suggests that managers should focus on reinforcing organizational culture and aligning human resource development programs with organizational goals to improve employee performance. Targeted HR development initiatives can be a key factor in supporting overall business objectives and improving company performance.
