Abstract

Cassava Brown Streak Disease (CBSD) is a major disease in cassava plants which have the serious problems in cassava plantations in the world, especially in Africa, Tanzania and India (Wassawaet., al, 2010). In Indonesia, the virus is still not optimal yet in the handling. The disease is present in plants that can destructive cassava leaves, stems and tubers.  It was greatly reduces the quality and production in the world such as India.  The decrease of cassava yield can reach 100% due to disease of CBSD (Lopez, 2003). The primer was designed from the coat protein gene of CBSD with a distance of 380 bp (Abarshiet.,al, 2012). The primers designed the forward primer (GGARCCRATGTAYAAATTTGC) and Reverse (GCWGCTTTTA  TYACAAAMGC). The RNA isolation have been used Plant Virus RNA Kit (Geneaid).  The CBSD RNA concentration around 55,2ng/ul.  The RT PCR program were one cycle of RT PCR reaction (45oC for 30 min), denaturation (45oC for 5 min) and 30 cycles for denaturation (94oC for 1 min), annealing (52oC for 30 sec), extention  (72oC for 1 min).  The results showed a single band of about 380 bp which is the  distance between the two primers were tested.  The multiplication shoot around 5 shoots per meristem explants with a combination of 0.5 ppm and 0.1 ppm BAP GA3 Keyword : Cassava Brown Streak Disease (CBSD), CASSAVA (Manihotesculentum), RT PCR

Abstract

Abstract : Improving Student Learning Outcomes Using Project Based Learning Method. Based on the problems experienced by the students, it appears that the thought to emphasize the learning that can produce learners who have enough knowledge, so as to reveal ideas or ideas in solving the problem of IPA through the model of PJBL (Project Based Learning). The research procedure applied is Classroom Action Research (PTK) which means improvements made in certain classes that will be studied and given action directly. This activity through four stages: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. Data collection techniques conducted by the author using data collection tools such as: 1). Observation or observation is the activity of recording phenomena done systematically. 2). Researchers use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. Through Project Based Learning method can improve science learning outcomes of fourth grade students B SDN Plumbon 01 District Suruh regency Semarang 2016/2017 academic year. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang dialami siswa maka munculah pemikiran untuk menekankan pembelajaran yang dapat menghasilkan peserta didik yang cukup memiliki bekal pengetahuan, sehingga mampu mengungkapkan gagasan atau ide-idenya dalam memecahkan permasalahan IPA melalui model PJBL (Project Based Learning). Prosedur penelitian yang diterapkan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) yang berarti perbaikan yang dilakukan di kelas tertentu yang akan diteliti dan diberi tindakan secara langsung. Kegiatan ini melalui empat tahap yaitu: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan oleh penulis dengan menggunakan alat pengumpulan data seperti: 1). Observasi atau pengamatan merupakan aktivitas pencatatan fenomena yang dilakukan secara sistematis. 2). Peneliti menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Melalui metode pembelajaran Project Based Learning dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas IV B SDN Plumbon 01 Kecamatan Suruh kabupaten Semarang tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Kata Kunci : Hasil belajar, Project Based Learning

Abstract

Abstract: Effectiveness of Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) Learning Model on Student Learning Outcomes. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) learning model to the students' mathematics learning outcomes in the 5th grade elementary school mathematics. The subjects of this study were 5th grade students with a total sample of 78 students. Technique used in this research that is, observation and test, then for technique analyze data use test independent sample t-test. The result of data obtained by t-test value can be concluded that there is effectiveness of applying Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) learning model toward mathematics learning result in 5th grade students.Keywords : Effectiveness, Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) Learning Model, Learning Outcomes, Mathematics Abstrak : Efektivitas Model Pembelajaran Somatic Auditory Visualization Intellectually (SAVI) Terhadap Hasil Belajar Siswa. Abstract

Abstract: Application Of Inkuiri Learning Model Assisted To Improve Media Learning Learning Results 5th grade SD. The purpose of this study is to describe the application of inquiry model of media-aided learning to improve the learning outcomes of science students 5th grade elementary school. The subjects of the study were 5th graders, which were 18 students. Classroom action research was conducted in two cycles by applying the media-aided inquiry model. Data analysis techniques applied are guidelines for observation and test of learning outcome, in the form of multiple choice test and essay. The result of the research shows that the application of inquiry model of media-assisted learning can improve the students' learning achievement. Cycle I average test scores 79 with completeness reached 67% and the average test II cycle 84 with completeness reached 92%, so research shows that the model of inquiry learning media can help improve the completeness of student learning outcomes.Keywords: Inquiry learning model, Media, Learning outcomesAbstrak : Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri Berbantuan Media Guna Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar IPA Kelas 5 SD. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah medeskripsikan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan media untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA siswa kelas 5 SD. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas 5 yang berjumlah 18 orang. Penelitian tindakan kelas dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan media. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan merupakan pedoman observasi dan tes hasil belajar, berbentuk tes pilihan ganda dan esai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan penerapan model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan media dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa. Siklus I rata-rata nilai tes 79 dengan ketuntasan mencapai 67% dan siklus II rata-rata tes 84 dengan ketuntasan mencapai 92%, sehingga penelitian menunjukan bahwa model pembelajaran inkuiri berbantuan media dapat meningkatkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa.Kata Kunci : Model Pembelajaran Inkuiri, Media, Hasil Belajar

Abstract

Abstract : Increased Student Class IPS Learning Outcomes Through School Playing Role Assisted Methods School Cafeteria. The purpose of this study is to improve the learning outcomes of IPS as well as describe the steps of role learning model with school canteen media in improving the learning outcomes of IPS students grade 3 SDN 02 Genengadal Purwodadi. Subjects of this study amounted to 16 students consisting of 9 male students and 7 female students. Technique of data collecting using test and observation. The data obtained will be analyzed by giving exposure to detail the average increase of learning outcomes from the cognitive, affective and psychomotor aspects of the students to find out the difference in the value of learning outcomes between cycles. The results obtained in this research that is the increase of learning outcomes IPS grade 3 students SDN 02 Genengadal Purwodadi through the implementation of learning model role play with school canteen media. Step by step model of role play with school canteen media can improve student learning result because in student learning divided into 2 group, then teacher ask student in group to discuss and study play role script, after that teacher invite student to school cafeteria to play role And dialogue according to a given script. Keywords : Learning Outcomes, Role Playing Models With School                    Canteen Media Abstrak : Peningkatan Hasil Belajar IPS Siswa Kelas 4 Melalui Metode Bermain Peran Berbantuan Media Kantin Sekolah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS serta mendeskripsikan langkah-langkah model pembelajaran bermain peran dengan media kantin sekolah dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas 3 SDN 02 Genengadal Purwodadi. Subyek penelitian ini berjumlah 16 siswa yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 7 siswa perempuan. Teknik pengumulan data menggunakan tes dan observasi. Data yang didapat akan dianalisis dengan cara memberikan paparan detail kenaikan rata-rata hasil belajar dari ranah kognitif, afektif dan psikomotorik siswa untuk mengetahui selisih peningkatan nilai hasil belajar antar siklus. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini yakni terjadinya peningkatan hasil belajar IPS siswa kelas 3 SDN 02 Genengadal Purwodadi melalui implementasi model pembelajaran bermain peran dengan media kantin sekolah. Langkah-langkah model pembelajaran bermain peran dengan media kantin sekolah dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa karena dalam pembelajaran siswa dibagi menjadi 2 kelompok, kemudian guru meminta siswa dalam kelompok untuk berdiskusi dan mempelajari naskah bermain peran, setelah itu guru mengajak siswa ke kantin sekolah untuk bermain peran dan berdialog sesuai dengan naskah yang telah diberikan. Kata Kunci : Hasil Belajar, Model Pembelajaran Bermain Peran Dengan                     Media Kantin Sekolah
