Abstract

ABSTRAKBMT EKA MANDIRI adalah salah satu dari sekian banyak BMT yang mencobamembantu masyarakat untuk mengembangkan bisnis dan kehidupannya denganmenyalurkan kredit. Namun untuk menyetujui suatu pengajuan kredit adabeberapa faktor yang harus diperhatikan oleh seorang credit analys. Seorangcredit analys harus memperhatikan aspek 5C yaitu collateral, capacity, capital,character, condition untuk mendapatkan kelayakan kredit dari seorang debitursebagai dasar untuk jaminan bahwa seorang debitur akan melunasi hutangnyadengan baik. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pegawai BMT EKAMANDIRI dalammengadakan pemeriksaan data debitur prinsip-prinsip analisa 5C (Character,Capacity, Collateral, Condition, Capital) tidak dimunculkan secara sendiri-sendiritetapi diterjemahkan dalam setiap aspek yang ada. Proses penilaian masingmasingkriteria atau aspek pada debitur BMT EKAMANDIRI dalam hal ini masihkurang memadai dalam membuat keputusan yang spesifik untuk memecahkanpermasalahan khususnya untuk penilaian data permohonan kredit oleh debitur jikaseorang petugas dihadapkan dengan permohonan yang banyak dalam waktu yangsingkat. Oleh karena itu Sistem Penunjang Keputusan adalah salah satu komponenyang cukup penting sebagai suatu cara untuk memenuhi kebutuhan di BMTEKAMANDIRI dalam membantu penilaian permohonan kredit.Denganpermasalahan tersebut maka, perlu adanya solusi pemecahan masalah yang adadengan membuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan, tujuan utama dari SPKadalah membantu dalam proses pengambilan keputusan untuk meningkatkankemampuanya dalam memutuskan masalah. Keputusan yang dihasilkan nantinyadapat memenuhi batasan yang ditentukan. Sitem Penunjang Keputusan pemberiankredit ini menggunakan logika Fuzzy metode Tsukamoto dimana sifat penalaranpada metode Fuzzy ini mampu menggunakan penalaran secara bahasa sehinggamudah dipahami dan memiliki toleransi terhadapat data-data yang tidak tepatsehingga cocok digunakan dalam proses penalaran pada penentuan keputusanpemberian kredit yang pada dasarnya merubah data yang berupa himpunan angkapasti ke data kecil, sedang, besar, baik, buruk yang tidak bisa dimodelkan denganbilangan crisp. Oleh sebab itu penulis mengambil judul “Sistem PendukungKeputusan Pemberian Kredit Pada BMT EKAMANDIRI Menggunakan LogikaFuzzy Tsukamoto”.Kata Kunci : Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemberian Kredit, SystemDevelopment Life Cycle (SDLC), Visual Basic 6dan Mysql.

Abstract

Semakin pesatnya perkembangan zaman salah satunya perkembangan pada kendaraan truck tangki yaitu blind spot area. Atas dasar latar belakang terserbut selanjutnya muncul permasalahan bagaimana membuat rancang bangun blind spot area pada kendaraan truck tangki agar dapat memberi peringatan kepada pengemudi jika adanya suatu benda/objek pada area blind spot. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang bangun alat yang akan memberikan informasi dan peringatan terhadap pengemudi adanya objek di area blind spot berbasis mikrokontroler arduino uno. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode uji responsif deteksi alat terhadap objek. Pengujian dilakukan dua kali, yang pertama yaitu pengujian prototipe dan yang kedua pengujian dialakukan pada kendaraan truck tangki secara langsung untuk menguji efektivitas alat baik peringatan berupa suara maupun dari tampilan LCD. Dari pengujian yang telah dilakukan dapat diketahui bahwa rancang bangun blind spot area pada kendaraan truck tangki dapat mendeteksi objek yang berada di area blind spot dengan output dari alat yaitu peringatan bunyi dari buzzer, nyala lampu LED dan LCD yang menampilkan peringatan “HATI-HATI JAGA JARAK”. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa rancang bangun blind spot area pada kendaraan truck tangki bekerja dengan baik dalam memberikan peringatan kepada pengemudi.

Abstract

Cassava Brown Streak Disease (CBSD) is a major disease in cassava plants which have the serious problems in cassava plantations in the world, especially in Africa, Tanzania and India (Wassawaet., al, 2010). In Indonesia, the virus is still not optimal yet in the handling. The disease is present in plants that can destructive cassava leaves, stems and tubers.  It was greatly reduces the quality and production in the world such as India.  The decrease of cassava yield can reach 100% due to disease of CBSD (Lopez, 2003). The primer was designed from the coat protein gene of CBSD with a distance of 380 bp (Abarshiet.,al, 2012). The primers designed the forward primer (GGARCCRATGTAYAAATTTGC) and Reverse (GCWGCTTTTA  TYACAAAMGC). The RNA isolation have been used Plant Virus RNA Kit (Geneaid).  The CBSD RNA concentration around 55,2ng/ul.  The RT PCR program were one cycle of RT PCR reaction (45oC for 30 min), denaturation (45oC for 5 min) and 30 cycles for denaturation (94oC for 1 min), annealing (52oC for 30 sec), extention  (72oC for 1 min).  The results showed a single band of about 380 bp which is the  distance between the two primers were tested.  The multiplication shoot around 5 shoots per meristem explants with a combination of 0.5 ppm and 0.1 ppm BAP GA3 Keyword : Cassava Brown Streak Disease (CBSD), CASSAVA (Manihotesculentum), RT PCR

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pendukung keputusan yang menanganimasalah penilaian karyawan teladan dengan metode electre dalam perankingannyasehingga dapat diberikan bonus khusus kepada karyawan teladan dan selalu memacusemangat dalam dirinya untuk terus meningkatkan atau bahkan tetap mempertahankandedikasi dan kinerjanya di perusahaan dari tahun ke tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakanjenis penelitian rekayasa, dengan pendekatan rekayasa perangkat lunak (softwareengineering)menggunakan Metode pengembangan waterfall. Peneliti menggunakanmetode pengumpulan data dengan pengamatan langsung terhadap data dan prosesMendapatkan data dengan pengamatan langsung terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PTMedion dengan dipandu oleh karyawan yang adawawancara, metode pengumpulkan datadengan mengajukan tanya jawab secara langsung karyawan terkait yang secara langsungmenangani penilaian kinerja karyawan. Metode terakhir yang kami gunakan adalahmetode kepustakaan, metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan mencari data diperusahaan, referensi dari jurnal, buku atau catatan yang ada hubungannya denganpenelitian yang dilakukan.Perancangan sistem penentuan karyawan teladan menggunakanalat bantu pemodelan proses maupun perancangan basis data dan desain antarmuka secaramodel terstruktur. Aplikasi ini dibuat dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP My Sql. Abstract

Climate change is a change in the pattern, intensity or shift in the main climate parameters that will have an impact on ecosystems and humans. The impacts of climate change have been felt by humans. To reduce the impacts felt, the government established a climate village program (ProKlim) which combines mitigation and adaptation efforts. Wonoasri Village is one of the buffer villages that borders directly on Meru Betiri National Park. Wonoasri Village has made many efforts to mitigate environmental changes by developing alley forests and yard forests. Apart from that, adaptation efforts have also been carried out by forming joint business groups (KUBE) for community empowerment. Adaptation activities can be carried out by reducing the impact of change by reducing, reusing and recycling waste produced in an area. The joint business group in Wonoasri village includes a creative economy business group that operates in several business objects, one of which is the snack business group. This business group was founded in 2017 and is still actively producing until now. However, there is concern among the village community about this business group because the snack business group produces a lot of used cooking oil waste, almost 20 liters per week. So far, used cooking oil waste is simply thrown away in the yard. Not only from KUBE snacks, used cooking waste that is thrown away without processing also comes from the kitchen activities of village communities. The lack of adaptation efforts for used cooking oil waste produced by KUBE snacks and the Wonoasri village community will certainly pollute the environment. Therefore, the aim of this activity is to develop and encourage environmental adaptation through training in making soap made from used cooking oil as an effort for Wonoasri Village to become one of the ProKlim Villages in Jember Regency. This program is carried out through program outreach activities, workshops on making soap from used cooking oil as well as monitoring and evaluation. Socialization and training activities will be carried out simultaneously on Monday 10 July 2023 from 08.00 to 15.00. The result of the outreach and training is that the people of Wonoasri village know the impact of used cooking waste and can process used cooking waste into soap products. Abstract

The research discusses the implementation of sales, purchasing and payroll accounting systems at the Roti Bakar Panjo UMKM company which uses the Moka and Microsoft Excel applications as operational tools. The research was conducted using qualitative methods through interviews and observations. The research results show that in the Moka application there is still a problem of mismatching inventory data with physical conditions and the manual payroll system with Excel becomes less efficient as the number of employees increases. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended to implement a more integrated application, such as Talenta for the payroll system, as well as improving features in the Moka application to support more accurate and efficient data management. With this step, the company is expected to be able to improve the performance of its accounting system and support sustainable business growth.

Abstract

Film has the power to indirectly influence its audience, both in terms of behavior, attitudes, and the process of personality formation. In Indonesia, various films have been produced, one of which is Mimpi Ananda Raih Semesta (MARS), which won the BISA Hong Kong Film Award in 2017. This film tells the story of the struggles of Tupon and Sekar Palupi, two female figures from Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. Through various scenes in the film, a variety of implied dakwah values can be found. The aim of this research is to identify the dakwah values contained in the film. The method used is content analysis based on Krippendorff's theory, which consists of six stages: unitizing, sampling, coding, data reduction, drawing conclusions, and narrative construction. This research is a library research with a descriptive qualitative approach. The data sources are derived from scenes in the film MARS, supported by literature such as books, journals, and other relevant sources. The results of this study show that there are 12 scenes that contain dakwah elements, consisting of two scenes with values of aqeedah, two scenes with values of sharia, and eight scenes with values of akhlak. Based on this analysis, it can be concluded that this film predominantly conveys dakwah messages through akhlak values. Keywords: Analysis, Da'wah Values, MARS Film

Abstract

Drama is a type of literary work that has a distinctive characteristic, namely combining literary elements and performing arts. This study analyzed the drama "Mastodon and Condor" written by W.S. Rendra using the genetic structuralism approach introduced by Lucien Goldmann. This approach was chosen because it is suitable to show how this drama depicts humanitarian issues, the author's views, and social groups in the context of Indonesia during the New Order period. This analysis uses key concepts from Lucien Goldmann's theory of genetic structuralism, with a focus on the fact of humanity, the author's worldview, and the collective group. The results of the study show that this drama not only features dramatic conflict, but also provides philosophical, moral, and spiritual reflections on the fate of humans in an oppressive system. This drama also reflects the socio-historical dynamics of society and becomes a means of criticism that arouses collective consciousness.

Abstract

Secondary dormancy in lettuce seeds which is triggered by high temperatures and darkness is caused low germination in nurseries. This issue must be solved to obtain high-quality seeds. The experimental design used factorial randomized complete block design, i.e., 6-benzyladenine concentration (0, 0.05, 0.1, 0.5, 1 mM) and radiation treatment (light, dark, red light 1, 2, 3 hours) with 3 replicates. The lettuce varieties used Grand Rapids (GR) and Ava Red (AR). The parameters observed were the percentage of seed germination (SG), seed vigor index (SVI), seed growth rate (SGR), and fresh seed that did not grow (FSdnG). Data were analyzed using ANOVA, the treatment which showed significant effect further tested using Duncan Multiple Range Test at α = 5%. The result showed that GR seed without BA soaking resulted in higher SG (39.20%), SVI (26.13%), SGR (12.04%), also lower FSdnG (6.13%). The highest percentage of SVI in GR seed was reported on light treatment (26.93%). Radiation of red light for 1 hour without seed soaking in BA produced higher SG (76%) and SGR (29.98%) in Ava Red. The highest percentage of SVI in Ava Red was obtained from seeds without soaking in BA (53.33%) and germinated in light conditions (34.93%).Keywords: BAP, photodormancy, red light, skotodormancy

Abstract

This study examines the mediating role of self-awareness in the relationship between spiritual intelligence and anti-plagiarism behavior among Muslim students in Indonesia. A quantitative approach using structural equation modeling (SEM) was employed with a sample of 300 students from Islamic higher education institutions. The findings demonstrate that spiritual intelligence significantly influences anti-plagiarism behavior both directly (β = 0.28, p < 0.01) and indirectly through self-awareness as a partial mediator (β = 0.234, p < 0.001). The mediation effect accounts for 45.5% of the total effect, indicating that self-awareness serves as a crucial psychological mechanism in translating spiritual values into ethical academic conduct. The model explains 41% of the variance in anti-plagiarism behavior, highlighting the significance of psycho-spiritual factors in academic integrity. These results challenge conventional plagiarism prevention approaches and advocate for holistic character development strategies that integrate spiritual intelligence and self-awareness cultivation within educational frameworks.
