Abstract

Investment is needed in the development of the economy. With the decentralization of investment is expected to evolve as a whole in every province in Indonesia. Local governments need to improve the quality of economic (GDP / Capita), social (HDI) and the infrastructure to attract domestic and foreign investors. Fromthe test results showed that factors affecting investors conducting business in Indonesia is still influenced by GDP/capita, HDI and Infrastructure instead of natural resources.This study uses descriptive analysis and correlation analysis methods to look at the correlation factors that affect investors doing business in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the interdependence between the variables of marketing strategy and organizational performance of insurance companies using canonical correlation analysis with multiple multivariate analysis approach. The interdependent correlation value may explain the subgroup which the dominant variable affects other subgroups on the company based on the value of redundancy index. The study population was 9 go public insurance companies when the study was conducted in 2013. Given two exogenous variables, i.e. variables Effectiveness Strategy (STRAEFEK) and Efficiency Strategy (STRATEFIS). Endogenous variable is the Debt to Asset Ratio (DAR), Debt to Eqiity Ratio (DER), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Operating Profit Margin (OPM) and Net Profit Margin (NPM).

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the factors that affect the level of turnover margin financing murabahah contract on Sharia Bank X and to know the most influential factor on the level of revenue and margins with murabaha contract to know the calculation of turnover margin murabaha financing. The population of this research was the financial statement and the sample was quarterly income statement from 2005 until 2011. This study employed a secondary data collection methods and field research by doing research on Muamalat Institute. Analysis tools used SPSS software version 19.0. Based on the results, the study indicated that factors affecting the level of margin financing murabaha are the overhead cost factor with R2 of 0.73 and test results of F-test of 72.684, as well as a significant level of 0.0001 and administrative costs with the R2 of 0.93 and test results F-test of 72.684, as well as a significant level of 0.037. While, the financing volume factor does not affect the rate of margin on murabaha financing. The most influential factor is the overhead factor.

Abstract

The research conducted is to know the impact of social network marketing on consumer purchase intention and consumers who become research are active students at private universities in Jakarta, and how social network marketing also affect consumer engagement (as moderate variable). The research method used in this research is quantitative research method. A method of data collection used in this research is a questionnaire distributed to 119 university students. The results of this study showed that social network marketing has a strong and significant impact oncustomer engagement, customer engagementhas a strong and significant impact on consumer purchase intention, social network marketing has a strong and significant impact consumer purchase intention, and also there is a significant impact from social network marketing on consumer purchase intention through consumer engagement.

Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh berbagai negara didunia. Faktor makro seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi, tingkat pengangguran dan indeks pembangunan manusia merupakan faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh produk domestik regional bruto, tingkat pengangguran, dan indeks pembangunan manusia terhadap tingkat kemiskinan di Indonesia. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 34 provinsi di Indonesia selama periode 2011-2017. Data penelitian menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui situs BPS Indonesia. Penelitian ini bersifat asosiatif dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi data panel yang diolah menggunakan E-views. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan model yang paling tepat digunakan adalah Fixed Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara simultan laju Produk Domestik Regional Bruto, Indeks Pembangunan Manusia, dan tingkat pengangguran memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Secara parsial, laju PDRB dan tingkat pengangguran menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Sedangkan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat kemiskinan. Pemerintah diharapkan fokus dalam meningkatkan pendapatan daerah. Dengan pendapatan daerah meningkat, maka diharapkan pengangguran berkurang dan tingkat kemisinan juga berkurang.Kata kunci: Kemiskinan, PDRB/Kapita, IPM, Pengangguran

Abstract

Community service activities are very important to improve the quality of human resources for MSMEs. Copywriting training was conducted by Bina Nusantara University Semarang for 30 MSMEs in the city of Semarang. The term copywriting was not yet known to the participants and this training was attended with great enthusiasm so that the participants could increase their knowledge regarding marketing using copywriting techniques which are one of the trends in the marketing world. Training participants are expected to have the ability to write attractive promotional or advertising language so that their products can stick in the minds of customers. By mastering this copywriting technique, the participants are able to increase product sales through digital marketing via social media by using advertising writing techniques that are attractive to the customers.
