Abstract

The division of­ roles of­ men and women particularly within the scope of the household becomes a crucial problem, especially if it is viewed from a gender perspective. And the extent to which equality is to fulfill a sense of justice for each part--husband and wife--in American households will be studied further.Feminism has changed the lives of American society in many aspects to come an equality so that men and women are in the same position. Abstract

This article describes the students’ difficulty in memorizing English vocabulary in Integrated Islamic Elementary School (SDIT) Amal Insani Jepara.  This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. The result denotes that students have difficulties in memorizing vocabulary including there is no visible intrinsic motivation from students, considering English as just another compulsory subject. In addition to the factors of integration and talent, it seems that attitudinal and motivational factors take the main role of the difficulties of students of SDIT Amal Insani in remembering English vocabulary. Students with a high level of intelligence coupled with high enthusiasm, because there is a reward from the teacher, easy to remember vocabulary as well as remembering other subject matter. Students with a priori and low motivation attitude find it difficult to remember the vocabulary that has been given.

Abstract:SPOILED CHILDREN: PROBLEM AND SOLUTIONS. The definitionof a spoiled child may be almost the same as a child who is overly protectedby his parents. But is it true that spoiled is synonymous with 'overprotected'?This article attempts to examine spoiled children from apsychological point of view, beginning with the definition or characteristicsof children with spoiled categories, future consequences, causal factors,prevention, and solutions if it is already happen. Some parents do notrealize that they have spoiled their child. This becomes a problem thatmust be solved. Spoiled child is a self-centered child, he does not care aboutthe needs of others. Being focused on him, he demands that everything befulfilled now and can not wait. Unconsciously by the parents actually thebehavior is caused by permissive parents because of the condition ofparents who are tired, working, and looking for easy. For the sake of thechild's future this should be prevented by the assertiveness and consistencyof the parents themselves.Abstrak: Definisi anak yang manja mungkin hampir sama dengan anakyang terlalu dilindungi oleh orang tuanya. Namun apakah benar bahwamanja identik dengan ‘over-protected?’ Artikel ini mencoba menelaahanak manja dari sudut psikologi, dimulai dari definisi atau ciri-ciri anakdengan kategori manja, akibat di masa datang, faktor penyebab,pencegahan, dan solusi jika itu sudah terjadi. Sebagian orang tua tidakmenyadari bahwa mereka telah memanjakan anak mereka. Ini menjadimenjadi problem yang harus dicarikan jalan keluarnya. Anak manjaadalah anak yang terpusat pada dirinya sendiri, ia tidak peduli dengankebutuhan orang lain. Karena terpusat pada dirinya, ia menuntut segalasesuatu terpenuhi sekarang dan tidak bisa menunggu. Tanpa disadarioleh orang tua sebenarnya perilaku itu disebabkan oleh orang tua yangpermisif karena kondisi orang tua yang lelah, bekerja, dan mencarimudahnya. Demi masa depan anak maka hal ini harus dicegah dengansikap ketegasan dan kekonsistenan dari orang tua itu sendiri.

Abstract

This paper aims to reveal how religiousness is in the United States based on the ideas of Roger Williams. From various sources, there are three things that form the background of Roger Williams thinking. Those are when he was in England, where the seekers of truth burned alive in frontof his house, the indication of churches dominating on the people’s life and the using of their force on one’s beliefs; his acquaintance with the Indians who taught him that anyone can say honestly without having to swear in the name of the holy book, and that anyone can help eachother without having or within one belief. Religiousness in America in terms of the thinking of Roger Williams is that the people have freedom to show their belief through both deeds and symbols as long as it does not annoy the others. The good and tolerant deeds are actually neededin a multicultural society. Religiousness means someone more aware of his choice in choosing a belief; his worship to the Lord was not as something imposed because of the control of the authorities.

Abstract

Tema ini membahas tentang tafsir bi al-ilmi untuk mengungkappesan-pesan al-Qur’an dalam konteks masa kini. Tujuannyaadalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tafsir bi al-ilmi itu dapatmengungkap kebenaran ilmiyah atas persolan dinamika ilmupengetahuan dan teknologi yang telah berkembang pada masaDinasti Abbasiyah yang dipimpin oleh al-Makmun (w. 813-833 M) perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan semakin pesat,kegiatan keilmuan semakin berkembang dengan banyaknyamenterjemahkan karya-karya Yunani. Pada masa inilah tafsir bial-ilmi ini muncul dan berkembang. Tulisan ini menggunakanpendekatan empiris untuk mengungkap suatu fakta temuan ilmiahyang selaras dengan al-Qur’an. Hasilnya adalah bahwa dalammenafsirkan ayat-ayat tersebut, mufasir menggunakan teori-teoriscience. Setidaknya, ada tiga alasan munculnya model tafsir dengancorak bil ilmi. Pertama, adanya kebutuhan intelektual-relegiusuntuk membuktikan dan memperkuat keyakinan bahwa kitabsuci al-Qur’an selalu sejalan serta relevan dengan perkembanganscince. Kedua, adanya tuntutan untuk mengembangkan ilmupengetahuan yang didasarkan pada interpretasi saintifi al-Qur’an. Berdasarkan asumsi bahwa al-Qur’an sendiri memuatteks-teks isyarat ilmiah (ayat kauniyah). Ketiga, sebagai upaya kritik terhadap perkembangan sains modern yang cenderungmembebaskan pemikiran yang rasional. Munculnya tafsir bi al-ilmi diharapkan mampu merevitalisasi pesan-pesan al-Qur’andalam konteks kekinian.

Abstract

Artikel ini dilatarbelakangi dari pemikiran bahwa al-Qur’ansebagai kitab suci umat Islam sangatlah terbuka untuk ditafsirkan(multi interpertable). Masing-masing mufasir biasanya dipengaruhioleh ideologi, kondisi sosio-kultural di mana ia tinggaldan situasipolitik yang melingkupinya ketika menafsirkan al-Qur’an. Disamping itu, adanya kecenderungan dalam diri seseorang mufasiruntuk memahami al-Qur’an sesuai dengan disiplin ilmu yang iatekuni, menjadikan hasil penafsiran al-Qur’an menjadi beragamdan plural, meskipun obyek kajiannya sebenarnya tunggal(yaitu teks al-Qur’an). Ideologi (maz\ hab) keagamaan, sangatmempengaruhi tafsir al-Qur’an. Para pengkaji al-Qur’an berusahamencari dalil untuk mendukung mazhabnya masing-masing,meskipun dengan cara memadukan secara terpaksa teks (nas} )alQur’an dengan pandangan mazhabnya. Mereka menafsirkannyasesuai jalan pikirannya. Akibatnya, tidak sedikit ayat-ayat al-Qur’anyang ditafsirkan secara tidak proporsional dan disimpangkan darimakna yang sebenarnya dalam rangka mendukung ideologi yangdiyakininya. Sehingga al-Qur’an seringkali diperlakukan hanyasebagai legitimasi bagi kepentingan-kepentingan tersebut. Posisial-Qur’an di sini sebagai obyek, sedangkan realitas dan mufasirnyasebagai subyek sering sering terjadi pemaksaan gagasan nonqur’ani dalam penafsiran, dan sektarianisme begitu kuat mewarnaiproduk-produk tafsir.

Abstract

This paper aims to describe the development of collaboration skills in early childhood through traditional games of bakiak, dhakon, and cublak-cublak suweng. This paper is absed on research using a qualitative approach and field research, where the researcher goes directly to the field to find the data. Data collection techniques were carried out by observing 24 students in a kindergarten, and 2 teachers who played the traditional games together, and by interviewing the two teachers and three participants. The results showed that the development of collaboration skills in early childhood through traditional games of bakiak, dhakon, cublak-cublak suweng was supported by the characteristics of games that were fun, challenging, familiar, and carried out together. The manifestation of the development aspects of collaboration in the traditional games is by fostering participation, patience, communication, solidarity, and self-confidence. These five aspects are important in supporting collaboration skills in children in the future.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the experiences of parents with an English educational background in supporting early childhood English learning. This research used a descriptive method, with the number of participants being 5 parents, with an English educational background, who had children aged 4-6 years in PAUD. Data was obtained from questionnaires sent via the Google Form platform which were analyzed descriptively. The research results show that parental support is in the form of providing various media to introduce English vocabulary, carrying out social interactions by talking with children, and creating 'family time' through watching videos and singing songs together as part of language enrichment at home even though it is not routine. in terms of time. From these findings, it is necessary for parents to be able to utilize a variety of media, increase social interaction, utilize 'family time', integrate learning into routines, develop creativity in learning, play an active role in communication, and be able to support children's language. more effective development at home.

Abstract

Religious moderation is crucial for fostering harmony in diverse societies but faces challenges such as extremism, social polarization, and discrimination against minorities. In Indonesia, efforts to strengthen religious moderation include interfaith dialogue and community programs. Early childhood education plays a vital role in instilling moderate values, helping prevent radicalization, and promoting tolerance. This study explores parental strategies for fostering religious moderation among children in the Industry 4.0 era. This research is field research, namely by conducting data mining on subjects or data sources in the social setting where the research was conducted. This research approach uses a case study on efforts to strengthen the foundation of children's religious moderation character in families in the Industry 4.0 era. Findings indicate that religious education, parental role modeling, and community participation significantly shape children's moderate attitudes. Strengthening religious moderation requires a balanced approach integrating education, guidance, and social engagement to nurture a generation that respects diversity and coexists peacefully in a pluralistic society.
