Abstract

The acceptance of local potentials and resources for the management of land with the concept of rice fields to be used as shops (paddy cafes). Several changes also accompanied, including the acceptance point of view by the community in which the concept of a rice field cafe is considered a driving force and an impetus for the community's economy. Of course, this is an interesting urgency for presenting scientific research that aims to find out which variables affect the acceptance of innovation in the form of a rice field cafe concept involving 51 respondents, and then uses the integration of two approaches, namely TAM and UTAUT. For UTAUT, a new variable was added, which was Brand and Service Trust. Then, all of these variables were formed into a conceptual model and processed with the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The obtained results indicate the acceptance of 7 out of 8 hypotheses. This shows the positive influence of the respondents on the acceptance of the visit and their willingness to be exposed to the concept of a rice field cafe. The final result of this research is that the respondents of this research have felt the acceptance of the development of the economic potential resulting from the rice field cafe concept.

Abstract

Pembahasan akan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) kembali menguat ketika Presiden Joko Widodo mulai menjabat sebagai presiden Republik Indonesia. Kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) menjadi hal yang berulang kali ditekankan oleh presiden di awal periode keduanya. Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang tangguh dan bersaing menjadi kunci investasi dan perekonomian yang terus meningkat, pemerintah dalam hal ini berkonsentrasi penuh dalam pembangunan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM). Salah satu unsur ekonomi adalah usaha ekonomi mikro yang dikelola oleh kelompok usaha kecil terutama bagi mereka yang kurang beruntung, baik melalui usaha individu, rumah tangga/keluarga, maupun kelompok. Tujuan penelitian yang diajukan oleh peneliti adalah : 1)Untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi apakah terdapat pengaruh program kelompok usaha bersama (X1) dan peran pendamping (X2) secara simultan terhadap perekonomian masyarakat (Y) di Bojonegoro dalam pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah. 2)Untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi apakah terdapat pengaruh program kelompok usaha bersama (X1) dan peran pendamping (X2) secara parsial terhadap perekonomian masyarakat (Y) di Bojonegoro dalam pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah. 3) Untuk mengetahui serta mengevaluasi diantara variabel program kelompok usaha bersama (X1) dan variabel peran pendamping (X2), variabel mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap variabel perekonomian masyarakat (Y) dalam pandangan hukum ekonomi syariah. Hasil dari penelitian ini untuk mencari pengaruh variabel kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) (X1) dan peran pendamping (X2) secara simultan dan juga parsial terhadap variabel perekonomian masyarakat (Y). Sehingga nantinya dapat diketahui pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel tersebut. Kata Kunci: Kelompok Usaha Kecil, Perkenomian, Ekonomi Syariah

Abstract

Umumnya guru bimbingan konseling pada suatu lembaga menjadi pusat pengendalian kecerdasan emosional dan menangani konflik perilaku siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan metode induktif dengan alur tahapan kondensasi data, penyajian data (data display) dan menarik kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa, strategi guru dalam meningkatkan kecerdasan emosional siswa melalui pendidikan agama Islam (a) Sikap-sikap terpuji siswa di dalam kelas seperti mampu memecahkan masalah dengan baik, memiliki kepedulian dan empati dengan sesama, dan saling mengingatkan kewajiban belajar, (b) Sikap-sikap terpuji siswa di luar kelas seperti tidak mudah tersinggung saat di bully dan mampu mengontrol diri untuk berkata jelek. Kata Kunci: Strategi Guru, Pendidikan Agama Islam, Kecerdasan, Spiritual, Emosional.

Abstract

The mainstreaming of religious moderation is included in the 2020-2024 National Medium Term Development Plan (RPJMN) compiled by Bappenas. PTKI (Islamic Religious Colleges) has a strategic role in strengthening religious moderation by establishing RMB (Religious Moderation House) as the Leading Sector in the internalization of moderate religious understanding in the campus environment. However, the position of RMB in terms of the organization in several Islamic colleges is still unclear, thus affecting the sources of institutional funding. The purpose of this study is to describe RMB's strategies in disseminating Wasathiyyah Islam to students. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were then analyzed using the Huberman technique which consisted of data collection, data presentation, data reduction, and conclusions. The credibility of the data was tested using a triangulation technique of methods and data sources. The results showed that the RMB strategies in disseminating Wasathiyyah Islam to students consisted of 1) focusing on virtual world activities that minimized the use of budgets such as building social media networks by creating official institutional accounts on the website, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc., 2) developing creative and interactive contents with messages and activities of religious moderation, 3) facilitating lecturers and students who wish to disseminate the results of their thoughts and research related to religious moderation, and 4) compiling a book containing a collection of articles from the RMB management as a final project.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi di era digital membawa dampak signifikan pada berbagai bidang kehidupan, termasuk dalam pendidikan agama Islam (PAI). Tantangan utama yang dihadapi dalam kurikulum PAl di era digital meliputi adaptasi terhadap metode pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi, pemanfaatan media digital yang efektif, dan kebutuhan akan penguatan literasi digital bagi pendidik dan peserta didik. Transformasi digital dalam pendidikan agama Islam menawarkan peluang besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, efektivitas, dan kualitas pendidikan Islam. Meskipun era digital membawa peluang untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pendidikan agama Islam, tantangan muncul dalam integrasi teknologi dengan metode pengajaran tradisional. Pendidikan Islam di era digital dihadapkan pada tantangan keaslian dan aksesibilitas, tetapi menawarkan peluang global dan metode pembelajaran interaktif dengan mengembangkan literasi digital, tata krama internet, dan menerapkan teori yang relevan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi panduan bagi pendidik dan pembuat kebijakan dalam menyusun kurikulum PAI yang responsif terhadap dinamika zaman dan mendukung pembentukan karakter islami pada peserta didik.

Abstract

Educational activity is a process that is designed in such a way and applied formally and measurably with the hope of achieving maximum and effective goals, especially the goals of national education as stated in article 3 of Law no. 20 of 2003. In achieving this National education goal, this goal was designed by experts in the national capital while the humans who serve as this national goal are in areas with different cultures and intelligences, as well as teachers who carry out the heavy task must be able to describe and interpret Law no. 20 of 2003 must be able to achieve this at the same time, besides the teacher's responsibility to educate the nation's children, teachers also have responsibilities that are no less serious towards their families, both economic and other responsibilities. It is very wise for the government to pay more attention to teachers with a policy of providing additional financial income from the professionalism of teachers, namely a professional allowance of 100% of the basic salary, teacher professionalism is a condition for obtaining this allowance and to be recognized as a professional teacher, teachers must meet various requirements. as evidenced by the portfolio collected. Unfortunately in the collection of fortopolio there are many loopholes for dishonesty by some unscrupulous teachers where the skills and professionalism of the teacher are not as what the fortopolio explains, because fortopolio can be obtained without strict selection, so teachers who are considered professional by the state and have been given the trust to educating the nation's children and have been rewarded with a professional allowance (which is called a certification allowance) even though not all certified teachers are necessarily professional, because fortopolio is easy to manipulate.

Abstract

Religious moderation is crucial for fostering harmony in diverse societies but faces challenges such as extremism, social polarization, and discrimination against minorities. In Indonesia, efforts to strengthen religious moderation include interfaith dialogue and community programs. Early childhood education plays a vital role in instilling moderate values, helping prevent radicalization, and promoting tolerance. This study explores parental strategies for fostering religious moderation among children in the Industry 4.0 era. This research is field research, namely by conducting data mining on subjects or data sources in the social setting where the research was conducted. This research approach uses a case study on efforts to strengthen the foundation of children's religious moderation character in families in the Industry 4.0 era. Findings indicate that religious education, parental role modeling, and community participation significantly shape children's moderate attitudes. Strengthening religious moderation requires a balanced approach integrating education, guidance, and social engagement to nurture a generation that respects diversity and coexists peacefully in a pluralistic society.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems that occurred at MTs Hidayatul Islam Tanjungharjo, namely in grade VII, which include the lack of school facilities and the lack of teacher innovation in using educational media. There are still many examples of worksheets and book packages in the educational process. To overcome these problems, the purpose of this study is to describe and understand the use of spinner teaching materials based on the Wheel of Names website, which includes the mystery of impurity and thaharah procedures, in the context of Fiqh education. The approach used is the ADDIE development model, which uses data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and questionnaires, which include media, materials, teachers, and students. The results of the study indicate that the developed spinner media is quite feasible to use. Based on media analysis, 80% of students fall into the feasible category, 86.6% fall into the very feasible category from teachers, 96.6% fall into the very feasible category from teachers, and 95% fall into the very feasible category from students. Therefore, the spinner-based educational material based on the Wheel of Names is effective and innovative in improving the fiqh learning process. This media not only inspires but also facilitates students' interactive understanding of the material. Based on validation from several sources, this material is quite beneficial in the educational process at school.
