Abstract

Revitalisasi merupakan salah satu terobosan agar menunjang dan mendukung Pedagang tradisional yang semakin terpuruk dan ditinggalkan dikarenakan Banyaknya Mall, Supermarket, dan Pasar Modren Lainnya yang bermunculan, revitalisasi diharapkan dapat membantu pasar tradisional agar tetap bertahan dan mampu bersaing dengan pasar modern lainnya, walaupun demikian perbaikan pada infrastruktur yang lebih baik dan modern tidak hanya akan memberikan pengaruh baik bagi sebuah pasar, tetapi juga didukung dengan system dan pengelolaan yang baik untuk menunjang penjualan pada pasar tersebut agar dapat meningkatkan penjualan yang berimbas kepada pendapatan yang membaik. Pendapatan merupakan alasan pedagang melakukan perniagaan juga sebagai pelangsung usaha agar tidak tutup/gulung tikar disebabkan tidak adanya pemasukan. Adapun penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ialah di pasar simpang jodoh yang telah direvitalisasi, simpang jodoh merupakan Kawasan yang terletak dipersimpangan Jl. Pasar VII menuju Jl. Besar Tembung, Kawasan yang sudah lama menjadi tempat perniagaan, dan juga sentra bahan pokok. hasil dari penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendapatan pedagang mengalami penurunan dikarenakan letak yang tidak strategis dan juga banyaknya pengeluaran uang yang dikeluarkan pedagang, kelebihan yang dirasakan pedagang dan masyarakat sekitar juga banyak, Adapun kekurangannya ialah terdapat pada system pada pasar itu sendiri, pembangunan tergolong cepat, dan Sebagian kurang tertata rapi, dan pengelolaan pasar itu sendiri belum ada menunjukkan pembaharuan dari sebelumnya

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis layanan e-ticketing dalam meningkatkan pendapatan Hotel Syariah Grand Jamee Medan sebelum dan sesudah bekerja sama dengan pihak e-ticketing. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif berupa kata-kata hasil wawancara yang dilakukan penulis kepada pihak hotel dan tamu hotel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, analisis layanan e-ticketing yang diperoleh oleh Hotel Syariah Grand Jamee sesudah menggunakan e-ticketing sebesar 26 % jika dikalkulasikan dari tahun 2014 hingga 2019. Ini menunjukkan bahwa capaian target yang diharapkan pihak hotel masih sangat rendah. Berdasarkan hasil wawacara yang dilakukan bahwa ini diakibatkan karena pihak hotel yang masih enggan untuk bekerja sama dengan beberapa pihak travel agent dan pada tamu hotel itu sendiri tedapat beberapa kendala diantaranya kemudahan akses karena sebagian besar tamu hotel tersebut adalah tamu yang sudah dikategorikan dewasa akhir dimana mereka kurang mengerti pengoperasian dalam memesan kamar hotel memalui online dan kendala selanjutnya yang ditemukan oleh penulis adalah dari segi promosi yang dilakukan oleh pihak hotel masih sangat rendah. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa kontribusi yang didapat oleh pihak hotel dari penggunaan e-ticketing masih sangat rendah

Abstract

Consumptive behavior in buying fashion products for students of the Department of Islamic Economics, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The informants of this research are students of the Department of Islamic Economics, 2018-2022, who like to shop. included in the category of consumptive behavior. The method of taking is using questionnaires or interviews. All subjects show consumptive behavior when they see good fashion products in front of their eyes. This consumptive behavior occurs initiated by factors that influence the subject's shopping style, namely environmental factors, internal factors, and fashion developments. Subjects buy not because of needs but desires, and subjects tend to often make purchases suddenly. The subject does not think about whether the items at home or at the boarding house still function, are easily tempted or interested in fashion products that other people use, cannot control themselves, and buy because they want to follow the trend. The subject of buying the product is not the priority. This unconscious behavior makes the subject tend to be consumptive in shopping. The impact or effect felt by the subject is wasteful. It is said to be wasteful because the subject spends money to buy something that is not prioritized. Keywords: Consumptive Behavior, Fashion Products

Abstract

This study aims to determine the use of an information system applied to the online sale of Nyrtera soap. This research uses a qualitative method that contains explanations about the object under study based on primary data obtained through the results of interviews and literature studies. The nature of this study is descriptive analytical. The research location is in the Medan branch, North Sumatra. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the use of the information system used in Nyrtea Soap e-commerce is a social media and online sales platform, namely through the Shopee application and through orders on social media which will later be connected via the WhatsApp Business chat listed. Sales on social media and shopee are paid for through digital and traditional payments that use courier services in delivering goods and use microsoft office excel in data collection. Abstract

The increasing number of criminal cases and the growing development of the Usama Security Service Agency or security service providers in Indonesia are seen as opportunities by PT. Bawar Sakti Indonesia, which later established a security service provider. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of service companies as a form of standardization of the feasibility of security services in the security sector at PT. Bawar Sakti Indonesia. The method used is descriptive-qualitative research method, descriptive analysis method used by researchers is to provide an overview of the role of service companies in realizing security standardization. The data source consists of. articles, encyclopedias, newspapers, magazines, websites, and other academic studies related to this research. PT. Bawar Sakti Indonesia is able to convince company partners and give satisfaction to outsourcing users. In addition, armed with education from PT. Bawar Sakti Indonesia, the selected security guard also provides services in the form of suggestions, considerations or opinions and assists in the management of methods and procedures to protect an object.

Abstract

Medan City is the largest economic contributor in North Sumatra. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the city's gross regional domestic product (GRDP) at current prices (ADHB) is IDR 242.2 trillion in 2020. This value is equivalent to 30% of North Sumatra's total GRDP of IDR 811.3 trillion . This study uses a qualitative research approach. By way of terminology for Baydan and Taylor, a qualitative approach is a research method that creates descriptive information in the form of recorded words or utterances. The results of the study show that what was carried out at the Financial Institutions and Regional Assets in North Sumatra Province regarding Financial Performance of the Regional Expenditure Budget According to the data analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the Regional Financial Independence Ratio is still below regional financial standards. Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Business Model Innovation in the Sharia-based Cake Shop Culinary Industry. This Business Model Innovation itself focuses on innovation in the internal environment such as management, human resources who manage, and internal companies, besides internal, Business Model Innovation also innovates companies such as utilizing developing technology. This research method is the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were conducting in-depth interviews with the head of the IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop and the employees who work at the bakery. The results of the study are that the overall level of product innovation at the IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop is in a good category. This shows that the innovation made by the IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop is evidenced by the increase in sales volume every month. IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop applies the six bases of product innovation as follows: Modulation-based innovation is done by increasing product characteristics Size-based innovation is done by changing the size of bread ranging from small to large sizes. Design-based innovation is done by changing the appearance of the bread shape with a unique and attractive shape. For technological innovation, IMA Brownies store itself has not used fintech, for payments and orders they are still manual and only sell in stores. Business Model Innovation carried out by IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery is proven to be able to increase sales of IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery by seeing an increase in buyers. IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery can increase sales by innovating products, increasing sales is the goal of innovation carried out by IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery so as to increase sales.
