Abstract

Consumptive behavior in buying fashion products for students of the Department of Islamic Economics, State Islamic University of North Sumatra. The informants of this research are students of the Department of Islamic Economics, 2018-2022, who like to shop. included in the category of consumptive behavior. The method of taking is using questionnaires or interviews. All subjects show consumptive behavior when they see good fashion products in front of their eyes. This consumptive behavior occurs initiated by factors that influence the subject's shopping style, namely environmental factors, internal factors, and fashion developments. Subjects buy not because of needs but desires, and subjects tend to often make purchases suddenly. The subject does not think about whether the items at home or at the boarding house still function, are easily tempted or interested in fashion products that other people use, cannot control themselves, and buy because they want to follow the trend. The subject of buying the product is not the priority. This unconscious behavior makes the subject tend to be consumptive in shopping. The impact or effect felt by the subject is wasteful. It is said to be wasteful because the subject spends money to buy something that is not prioritized. Keywords: Consumptive Behavior, Fashion Products

Abstract

 This study aims to determinethe effect of exports, islamic mutual funds, and the labor force on economic growth. This is quantitative research with associative approach. The data used were secondary data which was obtained through the official website of the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) and the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The study used multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) method by the E-Views version 10 program. From the results obtained, it can be explained that exports had a significant positive effect on Indonesian's economic growth.Islamic mutual funds had a negative significant effect while the labor force had a positive significant effect the labor force on Indonesia's economic growth. In the F (simultaneous) test there was a simultaneous significant effect among exports, islamic mutual funds, and the labor force on Indonesia's economic growth. Adjusted R-squared = 0.863602. This showed that the independent variables are able to provide an explanation about 86.3% of the dependent variable. Meanwhile, 13.7% more wasexplained by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

Abstrak Perkembangan sukuk di Indonesia telah berkembang sangat pesat. Sukuk diharapkan menjadi alternatif pendanaan negara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis determinan minat investor muda muslim dalam membeli sukuk ritel. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer, sampel yang digunakan adalah 245 orang, dianalisis dengan Partial Least Squares (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, return dan promosi berpengaruh minat investor muda muslim untuk membeli sukuk ritel. Untuk meningkatkan minat investor muda muslim untuk membeli sukuk ritel, otoritas sektor keuangan perlu memperkuat sistem keuangan dan pembangunan ekonomi di tanah air. Sementara itu, religiositas, harga, risiko investasi, atribut syariah, literasi keuangan, dan media sosial tidak mempengaruhi investor muda muslim dalam membeli sukuk ritel. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap keterbatasan pengetahuan mengenai determinan minat investor muda muslim dalam membeli sukuk ritel dengan menggali sembilan faktor yang meliputi faktor ekonomi dan non ekonomi. Abstract  The development of sukuk in Indonesia has developed very rapidly. Sukuk are expected to be an alternative to state funding. This study aims to analyze the determinants of young Muslim investors' interest in buying retail sukuk.This study uses primary data, the sample used is 245 people, analyzed by Partial Least Squares (PLS).Research findings reveal that knowledge, returns and promotions influence the interest of young Muslim investors to buy retail sukuk.To increase the interest of young Muslim investors to buy retail sukuk, the financial sector authorities need to strengthen the financial system and economic development in the country. Meanwhile, religiosity, price, investment risk, Islamic attributes, financial literacy, and social media do not affect young Muslim investors in buying retail sukuk. This study contributes to the limited knowledge regarding the determinants of young Muslim investors' interest in buying retail sukuk by exploring nine factors including economic and non-economic factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Business Model Innovation in the Sharia-based Cake Shop Culinary Industry. This Business Model Innovation itself focuses on innovation in the internal environment such as management, human resources who manage, and internal companies, besides internal, Business Model Innovation also innovates companies such as utilizing developing technology. This research method is the research approach used is a descriptive qualitative approach. The subjects in this study were conducting in-depth interviews with the head of the IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop and the employees who work at the bakery. The results of the study are that the overall level of product innovation at the IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop is in a good category. This shows that the innovation made by the IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop is evidenced by the increase in sales volume every month. IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery shop applies the six bases of product innovation as follows: Modulation-based innovation is done by increasing product characteristics Size-based innovation is done by changing the size of bread ranging from small to large sizes. Design-based innovation is done by changing the appearance of the bread shape with a unique and attractive shape. For technological innovation, IMA Brownies store itself has not used fintech, for payments and orders they are still manual and only sell in stores. Business Model Innovation carried out by IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery is proven to be able to increase sales of IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery by seeing an increase in buyers. IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery can increase sales by innovating products, increasing sales is the goal of innovation carried out by IMA BROWNIES cake and bakery so as to increase sales.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the development strategy of the halal tourist village in the district of Samosir. The research was conducted using qualitative descriptive methods. Data was collected through semi-structured interviews of 17 informants obtained through purposive sampling techniques, closed questionnaires, and non-participant observations. Data is analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques and SWOT using IFAS and EFAS matrices. The results of the research showed that the internal factors that are the strengths of the development of Samosir halal tourism village are the potential of nature, regional culture, hospitality of the community, accessibility, facilities, and prices. While internal factors which are weaknesses are the professional SDM, supporting infrastructure, digital promotion, financial support, public participation, as well as the coordination of stakeholders. External factors that become opportunities include global halal tourist trends, central government support, accessibleness and infrastructures, information technology and digital marketing, interests of investment in the halal Tourism sector, and the empowerment of the village tourism community programmes. While the threats faced are competition of halal travel destinations, local tourist interests, synergy between stakeholder, regulatory support and policy risks, social conflict and resilience of the society, and risks of health crises and natural disasters. Future development strategies need to focus on internal turn-around towards balanced and sustainable growth and stability through enhanced SDM capacity, accelerated infrastructure, optimized digital promotion, increased public participation, and strengthened stakeholder coordination. The next strategy that can be applied is horizontal integration, which is to develop and integrate existing halal tourism products and services to be more complete and attractive to tourists.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dampak usaha tambak udang vaname dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Desa Pantai Gading melalui usaha tambak udang vaname. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Pantai Gading Kecamatan Secanggang Kabupaten Langkat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan dampak positif bagi masyarakat, dengan mengembangkan sumber daya alam dengan mengoptimalkan lahan non produktif menjadi tambak udang vaname. Indikator kesejahteraan masyarakat di Desa Pantai Gading yaitu pendapatan masyarakat, kesempatan kerja, pendidikan, kesehatan, dan perumahan. Faktor pendukung peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengembangan budidaya udang vaname yaitu kemuda han akses sumber daya, etos kerja masyarakat, dan dorongan ekonomi. Faktor penghambat peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat melalui pengembangan budidaya udang vaname adalah permodalan, tidak adanya bantuan dari pemerintah daerah.

Abstract

Praktikan melaksanakan kegiatan Praktek Kerja Magang pada bagian perdagangan, koperasi dan UKM di Dinas Perdagangan dan Koperasi UKM Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara selama 26 hari kerja terhitung dari tanggal 17 Januari 2022 – 17 Februari 2022. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan mahasiswa melalui pengalaman kerja secara langsung di instansi terkait. Hal ini tentu sangat bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa dalam mengenali dunia kerja baik dalam berkomunikasi, bekerja sama dalam menjalankan tugas. Selama kegiatan berlangsung banyak sekali pengalaman dan ilmu yang didapatkan oleh praktikan di Dinas Perdagangan an Koperasi UKM Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara. Salah satunya yaitu pengalaman dalam membimbing dan melayani masyarakat yang dinaungi oleh dinas seperti Petugas Koperasi, Pedagang Pasar dan Pelaku UKM dalam kegiatan sosialisasi, meskipun banyak kendala yang dihadapi namun masih bisa diatasi oleh praktekan. Laporan ini berisi tentang manfaat dan tujuan Praktek Kerja Magang seperti kesempatan dalam mempraktekan ilmu yang sudah didapatkan di bangku perkuliahan. Laporan ini juga memaparkan kegiatan selama Praktek Kerja Magang berlangsung di Dinas Perdagangan dan Koperasi UKM Kabupaten Labuhanbatu Utara.
