Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the evaluation of post-certification teacher competency improvement policies at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Medan City. This research method is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological research approach. Collecting data using the method of observation, interviews, study documentation. The results of this study, namely (1) the policy context, such as competency training, educational qualifications, MGMP empowerment workshops and implementation of supervision. (2) Input, namely trying to become an institution that can help teachers sent by madrasas so that they have more ability in the 2013 Curriculum-based learning process. assignments in accordance with the demands of graduate competence, content, learning process, and 2013 curriculum assessment. (4) The product of the policy explains that the result is that the teacher has the ability to prepare syllabus, lesson plans, worksheets, teaching materials/materials, the media used in delivering material and the ability to compile an instrument for assessing student learning outcomes based on the 2013 Curriculum.

Abstract

Rumusan Masalah penelitian ini adalah, Bagaimana nilai Mutentu dalam pendidikan akhlak bagi anak perempuan Pada kearifan lokal masyarakat Gayo Takengon Aceh Tengah, Tujuan Penelitiannya adalah Untuk menganalisis nilai Mutentu dalam pendidikan akhlak bagi anak perempuan Pada kearifan lokal masyarakat Gayo Takengon Aceh Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan Kualitatif Deskriptif. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan penyusunan penelitian pendekatan Etnografi, yakni suatu penelitian yang ditunjukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendekatan budaya. Penelitian ini tergolong jenis penelitian field research, dimana objek dan kajian penelitian dilakukan di lapangan. Seorang anak perempuan yang bertabiat runtuh agih, murted, merke, batat dan duyus tidak mendapat atau sulit mendapat rejeki karena dalam keadaan bodoh dan miskin, tidak mampu memenuhi kebutuhan pokok untuk dirinya dan keluarga. Oleh sebab itu, sifat tersebut harus dijauhkan, maka adat istiadat masyarakat Gayo memiliki visi bidik cepat, lisik Rajin, cerdik cerdas, mersik tangguh, mutasik kaya, sehingga mendapat kehormatan.

Abstract

This research is to find out; 1) direct influence of organizational culture on lecturer performance, 2) direct influence of lecturer cognitive abilities on lecturer performance, 3) direct influence of lecturer work teams on lecturer performance, 4) influence of organizational culture on work teams, 5) direct influence of cognitive abilities on work teams , 6) the indirect influence of organizational culture on performance through work teams, 7) the indirect influence of cognitive abilities on lecturer performance through work teams. This research uses quantitative methods, with a form of descriptive research that processes data using the results of distributing questionnaires to population samples, so as to obtain a significant relationship and a mutual tendency towards the probability of error regarding the hypothesis being built. This type of research approaches path analysis (path analysis). This research examines or analyzes the relationship between research variables, as well as measuring the influence of one variable on other variables. In this research, there are four variables that will be studied, namely (1) organizational culture, (2) cognitive abilities, (3) work team, and (4) lecturer performance. The population in this study were all permanent lecturers at private universities consisting of forty-three (43) universities and high schools in Kopertais Region IX, North Sumatra. The sample used in this research was proportional random sampling guided by the Krejcle and Morgan tables. The research sample included 311 lecturers from eight (8) universities and high schools in Kopertais Region IX, North Sumatra who were still active until 2021/2022. The results of the research, the R-Square value of Lecturer Performance (Y) is 0.760, which means that Organizational Culture (X1), Cognitive Ability (X2), and Work Team (X3) are able to explain Lecturer Performance (Y) by 76%, the remaining 24% explained by other factors, the R-Square value of the Work Team (X3) is 0.500, which means that Organizational Culture (X1) and Cognitive Ability (X2) are able to explain the Work Team (X3) by 50%, the remaining 50% is explained by other factors, Organizational Culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Lecturer Performance (Y), with a coefficient value (Original Sample column) = 0.383, and P-Values = 0.000 < 0.05 (Hypothesis Accepted),

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah unutk mengeksplor terhadap perumusan dan implementasi kebijakan budaya belajar santri oleh pimpinan pesantren Muhammadiyah Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengambilan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data disajikan denga mengambil model Miles dan Huberman pengumpulan data (data collection), reduksi data (data reduction), penyajian data (data display), dan kesimpulan atau verifikasi (conclution drawing & verifying.  Kemudian, untuk memastik keabsahan data peneliti melalui teknik perpanjanga keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengematan dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian diperdapati, pertama bahwa perumusan kebijakan pimpinan pesantren dalam melakukan pengembangan budaya belajar santri adalah melakukan musyawarah secara kolektif, antara pimpinan tingkatan level pendidikan (MTS dan MA), guru, dan perwakilan santri. Pengembangan budaya belajar pun tidak terbatas pada ruangan kelas, tetapi untuk di luar kelas dan bahkan di luar lingkungan pesantren. Kedua, pelaksanaan kebijakan pemimpinan dalam melakukan pengembangan budaya belajar santri, dimulai dari sosialisasi, penguatan krakter prestasi seperti ikhlas dan sabar. Dapat ditemukan, pengembangan budaya belajar santri terlihat di ruang kelas, masjid, ekstrakulikuler.

Abstract

University is one of national education sub system. University has very important function as Tri Dharma of University. There are education, research and community development like noted at UU no. 20 at 2003 about National education System. Characteristic of University in Indonesia must have: 1) student need, national priority, and economic development, 2) effective and give contribution to social and state, 3) fund support and innovation to get quality, 4) research for national development, 5) access for development and technology, 6) moral power to social democratic. So, university must have institutional credibility. The system must have accountability, efficiency and quality graduation, and standardization internal management.

Abstract

Talking about the educator, Islam is complete in describing an ideal educator figure, but still real and synchronized in every space and time. Prophet Muhammad Sholloulohu 'alaihi wa sallam is the figure of the ideal educator in any educational activities, both the material being presented, the method applied, or programmed curriculum. So that the learners who were born into a generation that was capable both in terms of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and conative, so as to change the paradigm of civilization and distorted and underdeveloped. The idealism of the Prophet Muhammad as an educator this is the next level can be used as a reference for anyone who wants to become a full figure of educators who idealita but still reality, although of course absolutely not be able to equal it. In fact, this does not only apply to Muslims in particular, but also for other peoples. Because his message addressed to all mankind. Obviously, to be able to realize these ideals, can be reached by referring to al-Qur'an and the traditions of the Prophet Sholloulohu 'alaihi wa sallam, especially those associated with edukasinya life, because as the main source of Islam are authoritative and argumentative, certainly both discuss human philosophy as educators of the various aspects. Kata Kunci: Filosofi Manusia, Pendidik
