Abstract

This research purpose of this study to analyze how the behavior of farmers in the Topang which has palm plantation which starts from clearing, processing, nursery, plant up to collect the results and the behavior of the last farmers in preparing the land. farmers cleared the land himself with reason as a source of livelihood. Farmers who cultivate farming land with their own hands, without having to hire someone else to do it. To be a successful farmer should do their own farmers to comply with what is expected by each farmer. The first beginning farmers develop their plantations without government permission letter regarding land ownership in processed by farmers because the government has not contributed at that time. Behavior of farmers in processing a piece of land to plantations was not using it by burning palm plantation farmers use the traditional way to keep the preservation of the environment. Their behavior shows that there must be a way to burn to cultivate a piece of land, but there are many more ways to do it wisely. The behavior of farmers who are still stuck with the old ways that do not cause damage to the function of forests. The accusations being leveled at farmers who cultivate land by burning was never true. Because farmers clearing land must pass through that long to work his land.Keywords: local knowledge, behaviors, the farming community garden

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran persediaan terhadap Return On Assets pada PT. Indo Acidatama, Tbk. Jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder. Metode analisis yang digunakan yakni regresi linear sederhana, uji korelasi (r), uji determinasi (r2) dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persamaan regresi linier sederhana dengan nilai Y = -0,049 + 0,039X, koefisien korelasi (r) = 0,902, koefisien determinasi (r2) = 0,813, uji thitung3,614 > ttabel2,353. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran persediaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Return On Assets pada PT. Indo Acidatama, Tbk. Dengan demikian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima.

Abstract

Ideas and plans in building a business venture must be well designed. Business planning is used as a guide for business people in running a business. Seeing the large potential of taro tubers which are usually processed only as daily food preparations without processing them into products that can be sold with a higher selling value. Therefore, there is a new innovative idea for managing taro taro into a taro chips business idea. This community service training method is carried out through several stages as follows: observation, licensing, preparation, implementation, discussion and question and answer, material reinforcement. The activities can be concluded that the people of Klamalu sub-district are enthusiastic in attending community empowerment activities, the audience is enthusiastic in watching the presentation of material about the use of taro, the audience also participates in the practical process of processing taro chips, the audience can also add new insights about labeling which can be developed to increase additional income for housewives.
