Abstract

This research that the study of diplomacy and strategy analyzes about Indonesian government's efforts in maintaining the border region Indonesia-Vietnam years (2010-2014). The purpose of this research is to explain about general conditions Indonesia-Vietnam defence, the condition of Indonesia-Vietnam border region, and Indonesian government’s efforts in maintaining the border region Indonesia-Vietnam years (2010-2014).Indonesia-Vietnam border lies between the Sekatung island and Condore island in South China Sea. Indonesian government attempted to keep the border region because Sekatung Island is one of the outer islands are disturbed to conflict. Moreover Indonesia has border issues with Vietnam. The problems that Indonesia has not been completed entire sea border agreement with Vietnam and the violation of the territorial sovereignty (illegal fishing) which is rife in the waters of Natuna Islands. That problems in Indonesia-Vietnam border, it will threaten the national security and defense Indonesia.This research used qualitative methods which is done by explanning the case based on existing facts. The techniques used to collects data to study the case to library research in the form of journals, books, official documen, article, and website. The theoretical framework applied in this research are realism perspective, security concept, nation-state analysis and national security theory. National security is a form of a country's ability to provide a protection for each country from external threats indication. Abstract

Aparat pemerintah desa memiliki peranan yang penting dalam menentukan maju mundurnya suatu unit pemerintahan. Untuk menyelenggarakan administrasi desa yang efektif diperlukan pendidikan, dan pelatihan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah desa terhadap aparatur pemerintah desa, sedangkan di kantor desa ini masih terdapat beberapa permasalahan diantaranya kurangnya penguasaan terhadap teknologi, rendahnya pelayanan publik serta kurangnya kedisiplinan kerja aparatur. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah pendekatan kualitatif yang merupakan metode untuk memahami makna dari sejumlah individu atau kelompok orang yang dianggap berasal dari masalah sosial dan kemanusiaan, untuk mengetahui hasil kinerja aparatur serta faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam meningkatkan kinerja aparatur desa sungai teluk setelah dilakukannya pendidikan dan pelatihan dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut : Kualitas dan kuantitas kinerja aparatur desa sungai teluk sudah dikategorikan memuaskan namun terkendala oleh fasilitas yang kurang memadai, Aparatur masih kurang teliti dalam melakukan pelayanan, Aparatur desa kurang memiliki rasa tanggung jawab, Aparat desa sungai teluk bekerja sesuai dengan kemampuan masing-masing, Motivasi sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan semangat kerja aparatur desa sungai teluk, Faktor pendidikan sangat berpengaruh dalam kinerja seseorang, Kurangnya kedisiplinan, Kurangnya fasilitas dikantor desa sungai teluk, Kurangnya jumlah aparatur desa serta terlambatnya gaji aparatur desa Sungai Teluk Kecamatan Sangkapura Kabupaten Gresik. Kata kunci: Kinerja, Aparatur Desa, Administrasi, Pendidikan, Pelatihan.

Abstract

Community service through Real Work Lecture (KKN) activities is one form of the author's contribution to the community in overcoming existing problems by applying his theory into a service activity. This dedication was carried out by the author with the aim of providing an understanding of the importance of implementing Digital Marketing in a business activity through mentoring and socialization methods for Batik Semoi Nusantara business activities in Argo Mulyo Village, Sepaku District, North Penajam Paser Regency. In this service activity, the author did it in several stages, starting with discussions with the actors of Batik Semoi Nusantara business activities followed by execution and revision of activities and ending with the results of the author's service activities. What the author does in this devotion is, among others; logo creation, Maps point creation, Instagram account creation, and web contact person. The application of digital marketing does have a significant influence on business actors, even so there are still many who do not understand the true concept of digitalization, therefore, it is necessary to provide assistance to these business actors as well as what the author did on Batik Semoi Nusantara. There was a positive impact and response given after Batik Semoi Nusantara was given assistance regarding digitalization, one of which was increasing sales value and complete information for potential customers.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explain: 1) How to plan to improve the recognition of letters and numbers in Class A using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). 2) How to implement the application of image media in improving the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). 3) How to evaluate the use of image media in improving the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A Using Image Media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). This research uses a qualitative approach. The type of research carried out is phenomenological research. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that: (1) Planning to improve recognition of Class A letters and numbers using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). Namely by making a RPPH (Learning Implementation Plan) which is structured and directed in accordance with the applicable curriculum. (2) Implementation of the application of image media to improve the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A using image media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). Namely by using image media in the form of posters. (3) Evaluation of the use of image media in improving the ability to recognize letters and numbers in Class A Using Image Media in the Tunas Bangsa Play Group (KB). Namely by implementing an oral test. The evaluation results obtained were an increase in children's ability to recognize letters and numbers. Because with increasing ability to recognize letters and numbers students will be able to read and write.
