Abstract

Indonesian people’s awareness of the importance of health has increased significantly so that it has a positive impact on the development of the health sector in Indonesia. The largest service facility in Central Java Province is RSUP Dr. Kariadi. The number of patients who came for an examination at Dr. Kariadi’s arrival rate is unpredictable. This can cause the service system to be busy and result in queues. The purpose of this study was to find out how the service system in Dr. Kariadi especially eye polyclinic, ENT polyclinic, laboratory, and registration. Queue theory has random arrivals and services. Bayesian method is used to analyze the queue system, that has been running for a long time by combining the prior and likelihood distribution of samples. Prior distribution is obtained from previous research, namely the Poisson distribution. Meanwhile, the likelihood of the sample obtained from the current study is the Poisson distribution and the Negative Binomial distribution. The resulting queue models for the eye polyclinic are (GAMM/BETA/4):(GD/∞/∞), ENT polyclinic (GAMM/GAMM/2):(GD/∞/∞), laboratory (GAMM/GAMM/4):(GD/∞/∞), and registration (GAMM/GAMM/3):(GD/∞/∞). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the patient care system at the eye polyclinic, ENT polyclinic, laboratory, and registration met steady state condition, meaning that the service system was running well. The value of the unemployment rate at the eye polyclinic is 96,36%; ENT polyclinic 31,86%; laboratory 34,87% and registration 32.85%. Thus, at the eye polyclinic, the unemployment rate is greater than the busy level. Meanwhile, in ENT polyclinics, laboratories, and registration is the opposite occurs.

Abstract

Bitcoin is one of digital assets that can be used to make a profit. One of the ways to use Bitcoin profitly is to trade Bitcoin. At trade activities, decisions making whether to buy or not are very crucial. If we can predict the price of Bitcoin in the future period, we can make a decisions whether to buy Bitcoin or not. Artificial Neural Network can be used to predict Bitcoin price data which is time series data. There are many learning algorithm in Artificial Neural Network, Modified Artificial Bee Colony is one of optimization algorithm that used to solve the optimal weight of Artificial Neural Network. In this study, the Bitcoin exchage rate against Rupiah starting September 1, 2017 to January 4, 2019 are used. Based on the training results obtained that MAPE value is 3,12% and the testing results obtained that MAPE value is 2,02%. This represent that the prediction results from Artificial Neural Network optimized by Modified Artificial Bee Colony algorithm are quite accurate because of small MAPE value.

Abstract

Investing is placing money or funds in the hope of obtaining additional or specific gains on the money or funds. The capital market is one place to invest in the financial field of interest to investor. This is because the capital market gives investor the freedom to choose securities traded in the capital market in accordance with the wishes of investor. Investor are included in risk averter, that means investor will always try to avoid risk. To avoid risk, investor try to diversify their investment. Diversification concept commonly used is portfolio. To maximize the return to be earned, the investor will invest his funds into several stocks in order to earn a greater profit. Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM) is a balance model that describes the relation of a risk with return more simply because it uses only one variable to describe the risk. Arbitrage Pricing Theory (APT) is a balance model that used many risk variables to see the relation of risk and return. With both models will be obtained a portfolio with each constituent stock is four stocks selected from 45 stocks in the LQ45 index. To find out which portfolio is the best performed a performance analysis using the Sharpe index. From the measurement result, it is found that the best portfolio is the CAPM portfolio with composite stock is PTBA with investment weight of 0.467%, BUMI with investment weight of 12.855%, ANTM with investment weight of 53.077% and PPRO with investment weight of 33.601%. Keywords: LQ45, portfolio, Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM), Arbitrage Pricing Theory                       (APT), Sharpe Index

Abstract

Kebutuhan akan garam semakin meningkat, baik kebutuhan garam rumah tangga apalagi kebutuhan terhadap garam industri. Kabupaten Pati sebagai salah satu pusat produksi garam di Jawa Tengah diharapkan mampu untuk memenuhi permintaan garam yang semakin meningkat. Upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas garam melalui teknologi yang tepat, murah, dan mudah diaplikasikan oleh para petani garam. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan adalah produksi garam dengan sistem Teknolgi Ulir Filter (TUF) dengan media Geomembrane. Metode ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi waktu produksi dan juga mampu meningkatkan kualitas garam yang dihasilkan. Oleh karena itu, Tim Pengabdian PKUM Undip bekerja sama dengan Kelompok Usaha Garam Rakyat (KUGAR) Karya Makmur dan KUGAR Garam Mulya dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi kuantitas dan kualitas garam di Kabupaten Pati, Jawa Tengah. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dalam bentuk perbaikan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) tentang teknik produksi garam dan pemberian bantuan alat produksi untuk meningkatkan kapsitas produksi dan kualitas garam yang dihasilkan. Hasil kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan produksi garam mencapai 30-40% dengan kualitas garam yang lebih baik (Kualitas K1/Garam Super).

Abstract

Bank sampah adalah suatu sistem pengelolaan sampah kering secara kolektif yang mendorong masyarakat untuk berperan serta aktif di dalamnya. Sistem ini akan menampung, memilah, dan menyalurkan sampah bernilai ekonomi sehingga masyarakat mendapat keuntungan ekonomi dari menabung sampah. Keberadaan bank sampah mempunyai arti penting baik dari sisi lingkungan maupun ekonomi. Pada Bank Sampah Sempulur Asri pengelolaan dan pencatatan data yang dilakukan masih sangat sederhana karena keterbatasan kemampuan dari pengelola maupun masih kurangnya kesadaran akan pentingnya pencatatan data persampahan. Oleh karena itu diperlukan suatu kegiatan yang dapat meningkatkan kesadaran dan kemampuan mencatat data persampahan bagi pengelola bank sampah Sempulur Asri. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pendampingan menabung serta pelatihan terhadap pengurus bank sampah dan perwakilan warga tentang pengelolaan data persampahan pada suatu bank sampah. Tim pengabdian membuatkan buku tabungan yang memuat volume sampah yang ditabung serta nominal harga yang ditetapkan sesuai jenis dan harga sampah. Setelah dilakukan pendampingan dan pelatihan, administrasi menjadi lebih rapi dan telah sesuai dengan aturan standar pada bank sampah.

Abstract

Ikan bandeng merupakan bahan makanan yang tinggi akan protein, vitamin dan mineral. Salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan pemasaran adalah mix marketing, salah satunya adalah mix marketing produk. Mix marketing produk yang dapat dilakukan adalah dengan diversifikasi produk. Olahan ikan bandeng yang terkenal adalah di kabupaten Pati. UKM Primadona merupakan UKM yang bergerak pada olahan ikan bandeng dan merupakan salah satu UKM binaan dari Universitas Diponegoro dalam program pengabdian Ipteks bagi Produk Ekspor (IbPE) 2016-2018. Dalam binaan tersebut, yang menjadi salah satu program adalah diversifikasi produk UKM Diversifikasi produk yang dilakukan oleh UKM Primadona atas binaan tim pengabdi adalah keripik kulit dan abon duri ikan bandeng. Kulit ikan bandeng merupakan hasil filet dari daging ikan bandeng. Kulit ikan bandeng dicampur dengan tepung beras, tepung tapiokan dan rempah-rempah lainnya untuk diolah menjadi keripik kulit yang renyah. Tekstur keripik kulit ikan bandeng adalah renyah, mempunyai pola sisik ikan. Kandungan protein, vitamin dan mineral keripik kulit ikan bandeng juga cukup tinggi. Untuk abon duri ikan bandeng sangat berkhasiat karena kandungan kalsiumnya cukup tinggi.

Abstract

Batik Bakaran merupakan batik tulis khas Kabupaten Pati yang berasal dari Desa Bakaran, Kecamatan Juwana Jawa Tengah. Proses pembuatan batik tulis tidak terlepas dari apa yang dinamakan limbah. Limbah industri batik terdiri atas limbah cair, limbah padat dan limbah gas. Pengelolaan limbah yang kurang baik akan mengakibatkan pencemaran lingkungan dan bisa merusak ekosistem sekitarnya. Oleh karenanya perlu dilakukan sosialisasi pengelolaan limbah terhadap UKM-UKM Batik di Desa Bakaran Juwana Pati dengan narasumber dari Balai Besar Kerajinan dan Batik (BBKB) Yogyakarta. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan paparan materi dan diskusi aktif dengan UKM. Penanganan limbah bisa dilakukan melalui tahapan proses yaitu proses Kimia, proses Fisika dan proses Biologi. Dalam sosialisasi ini dibahas beberapa teknik pengelolaan limbah, dan lebih difokuskan kepada proses pada IPAL batik BBKB Yogyakarta. Tahapan prosesnya adalah: penyisihan lilin, pengendapan, koagulasi dan flokulasi, proses Biologi dan absorbsi arang aktif. Kegiatan ini diakhiri dengan kunjungan langsung dari BBPK ke lokasi pembuangan limbah industri batik.

Abstract

This research has been carried out in the quality improvement of traditional salt (krosok salt) into salt consumption for the Indonesian National Standard. This report is devoted to the elevated levels of NaCl and KIO3. Increased levels of NaCl and Iodine (represented by KIO3) is done by washing the salt with the traditional clothes washer with two rounds and by using water with saline solution at 22-24 Be (known as the old water). Traditional salt taken from three districts, such as Pati District, Jepara District, and Rembang District. We found that the concentration of NaCl in the treatment salt maximum is  96 % and Iodium or present of KIO3 is 40 ppm.   Key words: Salt,  traditional, INS, Consumtion, NaCl, KIO3

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the business sector, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). One of the government's efforts to overcome economic difficulties for affected MSME actors is capital assistance. In addition, MSMEs need assistance so that their managed businesses can run well in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. Diponegoro University through its community service program provides assistance to MSMEs. MSMEs that become partners are the SME Batik burned by Yuliati Warno and the SME Batik burned by Yahyu. Burnt batik is a typical batik of Pati district, Central Java. The method of implementing this activity is by analyzing the problems of SMEs through interviews and field observations. The program of activities carried out is based on the analysis of the problems that have been carried out. The program of activities includes aspects of production, aspects of licensing, aspects of marketing and aspects of human resources. Assistance is carried out by empowering SMEs including the use of appropriate technology, for example the use of feeders for the coloring and drying process, product diversification in the form of batik cloth masks. Licensing aspects include product standardization, such as the management of SIUP, registration of trademarks and processing of the "batik tulis Indonesia" batik mark. The marketing aspect is for example the use of digital marketing such as e-commerce platforms. The human resource aspect includes training on health protocols in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. This activity program is very helpful for SMEs Yuliati Warno and Yahyu in increasing their business.

Abstract

Technological developments help people live easier. One of the technological developments is being able to trade digitally or it can be called e-commerce. To increase revenue, e-commerce companies collect consumer sales history data that can be analyzed and obtain information about consumer habits. One of the analyzes that can be used is shopping basket analysis which aims to find a pattern in transaction data. In data processing and analysis is done using the R program computation and GUI R is made with a recommendation system simulation. The results of the shopping cart analysis produce as many as 22 rules using a minimum support of 0.06 and a confidence of 0.5. The greater the support value, the more often the product or rule is purchased by consumers from all data transactions and vice versa. Meanwhile, the greater the trust value, the more often the products purchased under the regulation are purchased together. Thus, the information can be used to help carry out promotions to increase sales by the company.
