Abstract

One of the problems faced by motor vehicle users is the frequent theft and loss of motorbikes. The purpose of the study was to design a finger with the aim of increasing the safety of motorvehicles. The method use in the research is the research method used with the case study approach method which is the innovation of making motorcycle vehicle safety devices that will function as a log out so that motorized vehicles cannot run if they do not use the ignition key of the motor vehicle owner. The expect results of this study are the availability of motor vehicles safety devices so that the potential loss of motorvehicles can be reduce. The results of this study are expect to be useful for the benefit of many people and can be develoveas industrial innovation

Abstract

The flare stack is an important installation in the oil and gas industry as a tool to burn off-specification gas so as not to harm the environment. The problem faced is that there is a slope on the riser vertical stake so that it exceeds the safe limit (out of tolerance). The purpose of this research is to determine the method of resetting the riser flare stack so that the verticality returns to the uprightness as required by API 521. The method of resetting the verticality flare stack is carried out by adjusting the tension on all guy wire support vertical riser stacks so that each receives a voltage of 1.2 - 1.4 tons and mutually eliminate the stresses that occur when the riser stak gets a load from the outside or as a result of plant operations. The results showed that the guy wire support tension resetting method was proven to be suitable and suitable for use properly and safely with a maximum erection of 145 mm (1/800L) vs. API 521 standard tension maximum of 232mm (1/500L). The results of this study also recommend that the resetting work method that has been proven to be suitable and suitable for use can be replicated to overcome problems in the Pertamina other unit.

Abstract

The aim of the study is to provide an overview of the installation of a torch tower fuel gas distribution pipe offshore non using crane. The problem faced in the implementation of the installation is the difficulty of installing the fuel gas distribution pipe because there is no conventional crane lifting equipment that can be used at a height of 175 meters, weighing 115 tons and in very limited work locations. The solution to overcome the problem is to divide the gas distribution pipe into several trunks and install it on the derick structure by lifting the pulley system (non crane). The results showed that the lifting method using a pulley was proven to be suitable and safe to use for installing a gas pipeline for torch towers offshore. The results of this study also recommend that work methods can be replicated by other work units that experience similar problems.

Abstract

The oil and gas industry becomes an important industry for the community. The need to support survival is production carried out by the company. The company has an obligation when providing the services to the community by producing quality output. To produce good and high-quality results, one of the supporting factors is the existence of qualified production machine units that are able to operate optimally. With a planned machine maintenance system, it minimizes the occurrence of machine failures where the level of machine failure in production is very possible so that the unreliability of a machine can also occur. Therefore, the company must implement a maintenance system with an appropriate method to control the rate of machine failure. The Reciprocating Compressor C-8200 Unit is used as one of the other compressors in operations which of course has failures and also unplanned downtime. Minimizing the risk of failure in the unit, the research was conducted determining the extent to maintenance the assets with RAM Method on the Reciprocating Compressor C-8200 Unit, It has been carried out and this is also to introduce the company to the use of this method.
