Abstract

Abstrak : Mutu produk yang berupa barang dan jasa/servis, merupakan hal yang utama dalam mempertahankan kestabilan siklus hidup perusahaan,  serta meningkatkan, dan memperlanjar jalannya siklus hidup dari suatu barang  guna meningkatkan tingkat kepercayaan  konsumen sebagai  dari  pengguna barang dan jasa tersebut. Beberapa metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam telaah penelitian ini yaitu  metode pengendalian mutu statistik dengan menggunakan diagram pareto. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data sekunder yang di peroleh dari hasil pengamatan dan pencatatan proses produksi.  Dalam menganalisa data digunakan diagram pareto adalah jenis reject/defect yang terjadi pada produk barang. Terdapat tiga penggolongan kerusakan pada pembuatan medali yaitu dominan pada cacat permukaan rusak sebesar 55%, sisa kerusakan yaitu rusak gambar dan material rusak. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor dan dilakukan analisa melalui diagram ishikawa hal ini dilakukan agar mutu produk tetap terjaga. Proses dilakukan untuk menjaga produk agar tetap dalam mutu yang baik diharapkan dapat dipantau pada saat penerimaan material, proses produksi, sampai produk jadi yang sesuai pesanan konsumen.

Abstract

Adanya kegiatan work from home saat pandemi Covid-19 yang penyebarannya mengkawatirkan secara Nasional, maka terhitung mulai tahun 2020 ditetapkan kebijakan meliburkan kegiatan secara tatap muka baik kerja maupun kegiatan belajar mengajar. Kebijakan ini dilakukan guna meminimalisir penyebaran virus corona, salah satunya kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah maupun institusi perguruan tinggi. yang mengakibatkan proses kegiatan belajar mengajar tidak lagi dilakukan di kelas tetapi dialihkan ke rumah. Adanya situasi tersebut memaksa para pengajar harus mampu menggunakan teknologi dan menyiapkan pembelajaran secara online. Seiring dengan kebijakan pembelajaran online, maka pengajar haruslah mengubah model pembelajaran yang biasa tatap muka dialihkan dengan tatap muka secara online atau daring. Di awal mula banyak pengajar hanya menggunakan media social seperti manfaatkan whatsapp group dengan orang tua murid. Namun dala menggunakan whatsapp tugas tugas yang diberikan dan jawaban menjadi lebih rumit dalam pengelompokannya. Disatu sisi handphone memiliki kapasitas yang terbatas. Seiring berjalannya waktu pembelajaran saat ini menjadi sistem hybrid yang banyak dilakukana di institusi atau perguruan tinggi dalam mengorganisir proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan google meet maupun google classroom. Abstract

Graphic analysis tools and methods are very useful tools that can help quality managers shed light on developing problems and one that has an important role in control engineering methods is the Pareto Diagram, a simple chart that can provide actionable insight into how prioritize quality management resources that are maintained or improved. In the world of service-based work, this Pareto diagram is used to determine the level of importance that must be prioritized for improvements. The object of writing this scientific work is to examine how customer service from a company operating in the service sector achieves customer satisfaction. It is not easy for companies in the service sector to achieve customer satisfaction. There are various complaints that must be accommodated and considered in order to provide solutions so that the maximum level of customer trust is achieved. Abstract

Abstract The research aims to provide information to academics, as well as students and the public who need information regarding the use of scatter diagrams in implementing problem solving. The method used is a descriptive qualitative and quantitative research method. And use scatter diagrams to process the data obtained. The data collected comes from literature studies as well as historical company data or assumptions used so that it can be processed as an example in classroom learning. From the results analyzed, a solution will be produced which can be used for managerial decision making (problem solving) using statistical techniques to take corrective action. Keywords: scatter diagram, statistic, quality, repair, problem solving, process, output Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi kepada akademisi , serta mahasiswa maupun masyarakat yang memerlukan informasi mengenai penggunaan diagram scatter dalam pemecahan masalah secara implementatif . Adapun Pada metode yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dan kuantitatif deskriptif yang menggunakan diagram scatter dalam mengolah data yang didapatkan. Data –data yang dikumpulkan berasal dari studi literature maupun data historis perusahaan atau asumsi yang digunakan sehingga yang dapat diolah sebagai contoh dalam pembelajaran kelas. Dari hasil yang dianalisa akan dihasilkan suatu solusi yang dapat menjadi pengambilan keputusan (problem solving) secara manajerial dengan menggunakan teknik statistik guna mengambil tindakan perbaikan. Abstract

The purpose of the applied practicum is to foster independence and train students' skills in designing and running a business, as well as understanding business analysis. The activity begins with students creating a business plan project and implementing it. One of the business ideas being pursued is the culinary industry, with the aim of highlighting the potential of local products that are readily available, affordable, and popular with the community. The research method used is a mixed-methods approach with an applied approach, with the implementation of the business practice activities. The applied project learning from the entrepreneurship course practical activities is expected to foster independence and an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as train students in designing and running a business. This education is beneficial. This entrepreneurship project activity serves as an educational platform for students, motivating them to apply concepts from business management, production processes, and product innovation in real life. Abstract

As technology advances and energy demand increases, a thorough understanding of the various types of drilling platforms and systems is becoming increasingly important, especially for students pursuing engineering, energy, or environmental sciences. This knowledge will not only aid in understanding complex industrial processes but also prepare them to address the challenges and opportunities present in the oil and gas sector. By understanding various types of drilling platforms and systems, students are expected to be able to explain the characteristics, advantages, and disadvantages of each type, as well as the factors influencing the selection of the appropriate platform and system for specific conditions. This research is expected to be a useful source of information and support the development of student competencies in their fields, enabling them to contribute effectively to the oil and gas industry in the future. Abstract

The hoisting system equipment course aims to provide participants with an indepth understanding of the operating principles, components, and safety aspects of hoisting equipment in the oil and gas, construction, and manufacturing industries. Through practical learning, students will gain a comprehensive understanding of the components, functions, and operating principles of hoisting systems. The importance of hoisting system knowledge in oil and gas drilling is that participants become familiar with the main components of hoisting system equipment, the function of each component, and the operating principles of hoisting systems in field operations. The type of research used in this practicum is classroom action research. The implementation phase includes preparing tools and materials, introducing and understanding the object, conducting observations and making rough sketches, and creating narratives based on direct observations and literature review. By studying the operating principles ofhoisting systems, students gain a clear understanding of their crucial role in the oil and gas drilling industry and the construction sector.

Abstract

A prediction system for determining the number of student visits is one way to determine the priorities and the number of students interested in literacy culture each year. Creating a prediction system requires a robust calculation method, which is why a prediction system is needed. This prediction system uses the Least Squares method. Based on the research conducted, the system can implement the Least Squares method to predict students studying and using library facilities. This helps library administrators prepare the necessary needs for students who wish to study in the library.
