Abstract

ABSRACTSEPLIANTO MAARENDE, Analysis Income of Pineapple Farm In LobongPakasi as chairman and Celsius Talumingan and Juliana Mandei as member.This study aims to determine how much income and expense requiredpineapple farming. This research is expected to benefit the pineapple farmers toincrease earned income and be able to manage with a pineapple farm better andcan provide benefits in the form of information for farmers and those who need it.This study was conducted in Bolaang Mongondow with data retrievaldirectly from farmers in the village of pineapples Lobong Bolaang Mongondow.The data is then analyzed using analysis revenue analysis followed by analysis ofReturn Cost Ratio (Return R / C), known as the ratio between the total cost ofproduction revenue.Pineapple farm income calculation is done in stages five times the harvest.With a total cost of Rp Rp. 18.922.000 with total revenue of Rp. 30.387.000.Pinapple farmer earn incomes of Rp. 11. 465.500 for every harvest period, each inevery hectare. Results of these calculations can be conclude that the pineapplefarm in the village of Lobong Bolaang Mongondow feasible to run because it isgenerally very favorable for obtaining the value of R / C of 1.60. It means every 1rupiah cost given by farmer can produce 1,60 income. These shows that pinapplefarming in Lobong Village have economic advantages.Village of Bolaang Mongondow Regency under the guidance of Caroline B.D.

Abstract

ABSRACTNancy Aipipidely. The Consumen Satisfication Analysist of Tinutuan Product in “Wakeke” Cullinary Tourism Area Manado City. Under guidance of Gene Kapantow as chairman, and Juliana Mandei and Jean Timban as members.The objective of this research is to measure the consumer’s satisfication level of tinutuan in “Wakeke” cullinary tourism area, based on product, price, location and sevice from the employee who works at the restaurant. The method used in this research is survey method. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data are obtained from interviewed with tinutuan consument with questioner to collect the data. Secondary data are obtained from restaurant’s manager/owner. Sampling method used in this research is systematic sampling to 10 consumers in each of 13 restaurant, with total of 130 consumens as respondents. Data analys used in this research is descriptive which analized with Likert Scale and presented in table form.This research result showed that satisfication level of tinutuan consumer in “Wakeke” cullinary tourism area, based on product, price, location and sevice was the total score of 9706, which means that satisfication level index of 78,6% and classified as satisfied. That means tinutuan consumer satisfy with the product and service given by the employee in restaurants at “Wakeke” cullinary tourism area. The factor that need to be improved was in maximazing consumer satisfcation was to prepare restaurant facilities in form of available parking lot and physical look improvement by employee who work in restaurant at that area

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to compare rice farmer income between participant and nonparticipant at Agro Commodity Auction Market in Kiniar, East Tondano District, Minahasa Regency.The data have been collected for four months, since September 2013 until January 2014. The data consist of Primary and Secondary data. The primary data have been earned from survey to the farmers, participant and nonparticipant directly. The secondary data have been earned from all of the institutions that related with this research.The sampling has been done by using simple random sampling technique, where 15 samples for each population were taken to find out the difference between their incomes, so that we can compare them, with t-test.The result from this research showed that the income between farmer as participant and nonparticipant at Agro Commodity Auction Market ware different. The income average of rice farmer in Kiniar as participant is higher than the income average of rice farmer as nonparticipant at Agro Commodity Auction Market.
